WHAT HAPPENED TO MY KEYLESS REMOTE KEY ????

I have already posted once about my one key, but I forgot to mention this issue with my "KEY"..................?????? KEYLESS IS THE MAIN REASON I WANTED THE SUV .. According to all the invoices on my vehicle that I purchased from Gunter Nissan Chrysler Dodge Jeep,in Ridgeway, Virginia, my SUV is suppose to be a "KEYLESS REMOTE ENTRY""..WHAT HAPPENED TO MY KEYLESS REMOTE KEY?? My vehicle only has one plain key and only one key hole on the driver's side..When I test drove the vehicle ( which is beautiful ), it was brought up front for me and was already started and running and two salesmen got in the back..I never looked at the key, I had no reason to look at the key, the invoices on the internet plainly stated KEYLESS REMOTE ENTRY....After the test drive we got out of the vehicle and went inside the dealership. .I did not see the vehicle nor the one key until that Friday when I went to get it..The rest is in my other comment...I feel deceived and if all the invoices for my SUV state a keyless remote entry, then that is what I should have got when I bought it.. Even the original invoice from Greer, SC has " KEYLESS REMOTE ENTRY ".......UPSET

I would not recommend this dealer.

Aggravated to no end (Not Happy)

I purchased a SUV from this dealership ( Gunter). I go to get my SUV and my husband meets me at the dealership..They were putting the new license plates on my SUV and the key was handed to me and the employee said we only have that one key..?? ??!!We were told basically that a key could be made anywhere for my vehicle...NO MENTION OF THE ONLY ONE KEY THRU THE WHOLE SALE UNTIL I WAS READY TO LEAVE WITH IT!!!!!So, I wanted an extra key for my husband..We parked my SUV in the back and went to get an extra key made..Got back, extra key will NOT start my SUV..I contacted a locksmith and two different out of state dealerships and the extra key is going to cost me between $250.00 to $335.00 or more....I also talked to one of the MANAGERS at Gunter about this today..I should have been told that there was only ONE key to my SUV before I made my purchase! ! I have always been given two keys with every new or used car I have ever purchased!!!..The key to my SUV has a chip and has to be made and programmed by a locksmith or a dealership of the same make of my SUV... I do not think this is good business practice. !!!!..AND IT IS NOT FAIR THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY A HIGH DOLLAR PRICE FOR A KEY THAT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH MY SUV IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!AGGRAVATED! !!!!! Karma is rough.........

Seriously scary "bait & swap" experience

Stay away from this dealership! Or enter st your own peril! I felt like I had walked into the twilight zone. Serious bait & swap. Sales guy gave us sob story about He was homeless & broke, right before asking for my #SS. When I asked how they got away with their scam they laughed and said because VAs Attorney general had approved it. So, when you get ripped off, you will never be able to hold them accountable for bad business practices. I dont know who is bigger crook, the dealership or the A.G. for approving such a scam!

I would not recommend this dealer.

waste of time

ALL The Good Reviews Are From When It Was Still Jim mills, DIFFERENT Owners now. They really just wasted my time and each person that spoke to me had a different story. They tried real hard to do a bait n switch and told me lots of things that were untrue. The salesperson kept spitting into a bottle of water because he had snuff in his cheeks. Seriously, go elsewhere

Did not do as they said

Bought a new car from them said I would skip one months payment, the payment still came out without any notification which lead to overdrawing my account and then was told I was left to fix it with my bank when I am financed through Nissan and they took the money from my account.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Amazing Dealership

Yesterday I went to Jim Mills Nissan in hopes of finding a new car for myself. Prior to this my friend and I had been sharing a car and it was becoming extremely hard to do what we needed to do with our hectic schedules. Before arriving at Jim Mills Nissan I had spoken with Ms. Marcy Kaigler and had told her I would only be able to put down $400 on a car and that I desperately needed to have something that was $275 or less each month because I am currently trying to graduate from college and get established. I walked into Jim Mills and the staff was amazing. Mrs. Kaigler, Mr. Jeffries, and Mr. Don Mills worked extremely hard to get me exactly what I needed. They also made sure I was very comfortable the entire time I waited. In the end I was able to get a brand new 2015 Nissan Versa for the exact down payment and monthly payment I asked for. My grandmother who was only there for moral support also was able to get a brand new Nissan Sentra for no money down. They are a great team and I recommend that everyone no matter what your credit score is and financial situation is should go to them. They are really there to help!
