can not service what they sale

I have a 2014 Altima that has a recall on the air bags and they have jerked me around for three weeks to get an appointment. Called to make one and the service tech that could do it was not going to be in on Saturday for 2 weeks. Made the appointment, the day before they called and said the tech had an emergency and would not be in the next day. That was fine, they scheduled it for the next Saturday. I had the car there at 8am and no one knew anything about it. I find this very unprofessional. I wait to here a response. I would not recommend Bob Allen to anyone until they correct the service dept. issues. You would think that a large company like that would have a little more concern for customer service.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Have never been treated so fairly or so much like family. Although they had Rogue's on the lot, the one I wanted wasn't there. Paul (the manager) worked very hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted and didn't try to sell me something that he had. I really appreciated that. I have had free oil changes from the dealership and at times that I couldn't get the service done while I waited, the dealership made sure I had a ride to and from places I needed to go. The vehicle was clean and full of gas and the deal, oh the deal. No wonder they call Bob Allen Danville's Deal Maker. They ARE! Thanks Paul and Jim!

I would recommend this dealer.
