Horrible!!!

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with Bob Bell. They LIE. Had our car there for a recall. They replaced the parts for our car and then the next day our car kept stalling and died on the side of the road. We called and Bob Bell said they would pick us up in a tow truck to bring it back to their shop. We have AAA but they said they would pick us up no charge. Then they charged us for the tow truck of 100 dollars!! Said we had to pay when they clearly said it was FREE. Why would we pay for a tow if we get free ones from AAA? If you have any car problems take it somewhere else. Costumer service is disorganized, horrible and very untrustworthy.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Waste of Time

I emailed about a truck I saw online and I did receive a timely response. We were going to wait a few days to visit so our current loan could be paid off after a recent accident that left it totaled. When I thanked the person who emailed back and said we would be in some evening next week, she encouraged us to come in today to take advantage of the Black Friday sale. So I went ahead and got pre-approved for a loan even though I knew having the existing loan would affect my credit score...we didn't want to pass up "Up to 30% off MSRP" as Danielle had stated. The truck wasn't even ready to sell (In my opinion). Keyless remote didn't work, it was missing both backseat headrests and there was a ding in the windshield. They did agree to fix all 3 items, but why should we even have to ask? Not only was there no Black Friday discount offered, we weren't even offered the internet price (and I'm not including any taxes or fees). Very disappointed we wasted our time and drove all the way from York.

I would not recommend this dealer.

They lie about thei internet pricing

I was shopping for a new 2017 Pathfinder. Bob Bell had one advertised for $24,801. When I got there I showed them the internet price on my phone and said that was the price I was only going to pay or if not tell me now so I can leave and not waste our time. George Williams said okay let me show you the vehicle. I looked over the vehicle and was happy with it. When we sat down to write the quote, the bottom line price was $27,011 not including tax, title etc. I said this is not what we agreed to. He said I didn't qualify for all the discounts available. Needless to said I left immediately and not happy!!!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

So I recently visited this dealership and found that everyone here is great. All of the employees from the service team to sales to management are great and treat you like family. They all love to help each and every customer that walks through the door and with high hopes of putting them into a great nissan or kia with all of the many many rebates that better suit each customers needs. I would recommend services here at this dealership to anyone of my friends and family.

Horrible Customer Service

Met initially with salesperson who presented great offer only to raise it by about $5,000 after performing a credit check. Manager came over and attempted to fix it but never got to price point that was offered at first. Since then they are putting in leather seats in the new car and it has been a huge ordeal. Hear something different from people when I call/go there and can not get a return call. I wish I didn't buy from this dealership and hope people can learn from my mistakes and take their business elsewhere.

Nissan NV 2500

I am from Philadelphia and saw that they advertised a Nissan NV 2500 on the internet for 27800 that came with a 5 year 100000 mile warranty. I had my dad go there before me to co sign and when I got there later to sign the papers. I saw they charged me 33,000 for the van and were charging me $3900 for an extended warranty. I showed them the price that was agreed on and they said they couldn't give it to me at that price and after I showed them the ad with the warranty they suddenly gave it to me. They did not honor the price that was advertised and I drove all the way down to Baltimore to be ripped off. I will not buy from them again

I received great and efficient service. I came in for a routine oil change but also inquired about a recall notice I had recently received. I had not discussed the recall service or scheduled an appointment prior to going to the dealer. But, I was able to get that service done as well. And very quickly I might add!

Excellent Service

This was my first 5,000 mile check up. I thought I had to pay for it but there was a policy change and it was free. I am new to these new smart cars and had not really mastered all the bells and whistles. After servicing my car, I asked how things worked. They got an expert for me and he explained things to me. This was not part of the service check, but they accommodated me. This is the way life was 30 years ago. People went the extra mile. I really appreciated this. I am very particular about time. I was in and out. I spent less time than they had originally told me. I could not have asked for better customer service. On a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the best, they were an 11!!

Sometimes waiting is a good thing

I came in for an oil change, only. However recommendations were made & I knew that it was time for it, but I didn't necessarily want to spend all day in a dealership. Not only was the young lady that waited on me adorably pleasant but she really looked out for my car's needs & my time not to mention saved me $$ for the inconvenience of having to wait. Thank you all for making this a really good experience.

I love coming to Bob Bell. Everyone is extremely friendly and it's not fake! The sales team is great and they are always willing to help you get the best deal possible. They are upfront with you about affording your dream car. The Service department is excellent! I can get my oil changed and have everything looked at while I wait in their waiting room with free wifi. Evelyn will come over and make sure everyone is comfortable while they wait. It's a second family to me. I love coming here and I will always come here for service, parts and sales! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new, certified or used car!
