warrenty repair

Absolutely the worse dealership for service. I scheduled an appointment for leaking oil pan and blown rear shock. They ordered a gasket for the oil pan leak and a shock, which took over 3 weeks to get. Did not call to schedule appointment, so I called them after about a month. I was told 5 weeks till I could bring in for repair. That appointment was cancelled and quickest I could bring in was 3 weeks later, Memorial Day weekend. So this service department is either so understaffed they don't have a mechanic or they do not want to do warrenty work. 3 monthes to schedule a repair......really??? Called Van Drunen Ford, they had the parts, and scheduled the repair in 2 DAYS! Unfortunately the Bob Harper Ford did not see the BIG CRACK in the oil pan which also had to be replaced. I would NEVER refer to this dealership!

I would not recommend this dealer.
