We are very happy for the service we received when we hit a huge dog and the car was towed to the dealership, Tom was very nice and he kept me up to date. Our car looked brand new when we picked it up.

Liars and thieves

Poor service and lying thieves! We worked out a price on paper. Had a credit issue to clear up and was going to be fixed in 24 hours. I was told that the price on the car wouldn't be valued and it was going up tomorrow if we didn't buy it today. Will never go back and will never recommend anyone to go there.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Screwed us over

We went to trade in a truck for another and we had a deal on what the downpayment and monthly payment would be, went back the next day to sign papers and it went up over 3,000 on down payment and almost 100 more on payments a month. Do not go here they are worthless xxxx bags

I've now purchased several cars from Bob Hart Chevrolet. They have always been very kind and helpful to me. From the sale to the service...their team is top notch and customer oriented. Very attentive, friendly and professional. They make things right and they are fair. In the stressful process of car buying, these guys make it so much smoother and easier. Thanks to Coach, Baker, Bob and the service department team for always being so great to deal with.

We purchased our 2015 chevy sonic at unrelated dealership in February loved the car. However in April our 4 yr old grandson got brain cancer. He was sent to Tulsa 1st then to St Judes in Memphis TN. Long story short I I've got some miles on my car. I've had to take it in where I bought it.nothings ever wrong they say ( a/c went out then on way back from St Judes my car transmission shifts hard never been the same and uses mire gas, I have grown to hate this car ) However every time I call Tom in service he let's me rant rant rant and never complains...even when I call him Tommy like he's 12.He gets me in changes my oil and never says a word about the brand new car whose chevy dealership logo sticker that's only half there cause it was applied incorrectly. Come on people really I should of known right.. Bob Hart's chevy has the best service people always smiling if u ask anybody in service a question and they don't know the answer they just don't look at u and say uh ask Adam! If they don't have an answer they will do EVERYTHING in their power to find out..Got a Chevy problem call Bob Hart. He keep us going

Horrible Customer Service!

We recently purchased a 2007 Tahoe LT from this dealer. They do not stand behind what they say they will when it comes to service!!!!! They said the vehicle went through this huge inspection, which we know it did not as fluids were low, air in tire was low and a few other things. Come to find out the OnStar and XM did not work and they agreed to take care of that for us for FREE. Once they discovered it needed a new radio, they wanted us to pay $1500 for radio and they would take care of the labor of $950!!! They said an aftermarket radio would not work, which was a lie as we found it differently and the cost of an aftermarket radio is $900-1000. Now why would we pay $1500 for a factory radio when we could get an updated one for less than that???? They said they would fix this for free and will not stand behind their word. They will also tell you they will call you to give you an update and never call you, you have to call them! This goes for the salesman and the owner of the dealership!!!! Horrible, horrible service!!!!!

I recently bought a 2013 chevrolet Z71. Everyone was very helpful and worked hard to get me the truck I wanted. They were very friendly and helpful in showing me all the options on my truck and how they worked. When I took my truck in for service the did a great job in checking things over before I took it home. I recommend this dealership to everyone I hear is looking for a vehicle.

It was very difficult purchasing a car here. I know because I was replacing a car I had bought at a previous dealership 6 months prior and that was very easy. My husband and I almost walked out on the deal. Then they did not stand behind the car with adequate service. When we found out it had bad tires from a bad alignment or poor tire rotation, all they would do was rotate the tires or sell me new tires at cost, and I quote the manager "I am not going to buy you a new set of tires." When I became upset because at first I was told there was nothing they could due the manager turned the problem on me and blamed me. I should have been nicer so he would extend customer service. I have always thought customer service is suppose to come with a product you by especially when it is only two days after purchase, not here.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I recently purchased a 2007 chevrolet with a fair price. they were very rude and pushy to deal with and i was asking for a warranty to buy it and they told me during processing that I got one, and i thought it was through them and it was an aftermarket one, but when they finally gave me the price of it i had already bought it, and it was outrageous price. But i did end up needing it it broke down a month later and i was told if they would have got the codes the dealer could have fixed it but they didn't. when we called with questions on the truck and the warranty they were very rude to deal with and all they would say was you bought it as is. i am very disappointed that a chevrolet dealership would treat us like that. I would advise people to avoid here if possible.
