I had an appt and the service department greeted me by name. The salesperson I talked with continued to be patient and understanding. As always a great experience. Fantastic Experience!

From walking through the front door to driving off the lot with my new car, the experience was superb! Everyone one we met --- reception, sales, finance, service --- were knowledgable, welcoming, and extremely helpful. With the amount of computer use in cars of today, my husband andI needed some "lessons" on the very basics of the navigation/phone/audio/steering systems. Our sales rep was a very good teacher with the utmost of patience! Over all the years of purchasing cars, this was, by far, the absolute best experience we have ever had! routine oil change and differential oil change

Excellent. People are very accommodating. Mix up on our part about time of appointment. Service department was very understanding and worked my wife in even though the time she arrived was after the time they had us down for service. Appointment time 11:00 AM and we thought time was 1:00 PM.

excellence in the sales experience

I was seriously looking for an auto when I walked into Bob Lindsay Acura in Peoria, IL I have spent 15 plus hours looking at vehicles in the two weeks prior and was not happy with what I discovered. I arrived on the lot and the salesman, Roger Waldo, whom I had talked to the year before, did a very good job of answering my questions about the various used vehicles I look at. I drove a new version of the TLX A-spec for fun while he look over the dealership inventory to find what I was interested in. He found a car, I drove it and was impressed enough to start working on a purchasing deal. Sandy did her thing and got me a very good financing arrangement. We inked the deal and that was it. Thanks

I live 100 miles from Peoria, but am a repeat customer to this dealership because they take care of their customers. I love the fact that I was able to work with my salesperson over the Internet and made just one trip to Peoria for the purchase of both of my vehicles. Roger Waldo and Sandy Schmidt are great folks to work with because they each treat you as though you're a friend as well as a customer. When I had a season issue after buying the vehicle, Jody Lindsay personally handled my case and ensured I was a satisfied customer. The people at this dealership are wonderful!

great service.

The service staff are friendly and professional. The staff ask questions and listen to the customer's requests. One thing I wish the dealership did was after washing the car, they dry it off. I bring my own chamois to dry the car as I don't want the finish to have water spots. This is just one minor issue but other than this the service department is great.

Roger Waldo was the least pushy well informed salesperson I have ever met. We ended up purchasing a 2018 RDX AWD and love it. The courtesy and professionalism on the entire staff at the dealership was great.

Purchase of 2017 MDX Hybrid

My wife and I needed a replacement vehicle as we had sold our 2006 MDX to our nephew. We already owned a 2012 MDX & decided we wanted to see what the competition had to offer. As a reference point, we did drive a 2017 MDX first. We then drove a BMW X5, an Audi Q5, a Cayenne, a Mercedes 450 GLS & looked at, but did not drive, a Mercedes GLE & GLC, an Audi Quattro & an Audi A6 "hatchback". We decided that based on the good experience we've had with our two MDX's, that we'd buy another one. On the day that I went to place the order, a new MDX Hybrid happened to be on display. I asked to drive it & took it home for my wife to see. She was as smitten as I was & I went back to the dealership to negotiate. We arrived at a satisfactory number & took delivery the next day. We haven't explored all that our MDX has to offer, but what we've found so far has either met or exceeded our expectations.

Performed work as expected

It was easy to make an appointment that supported by schedule. The service writer had the paperwork ready for me to sign as soon as I pulled into the service area. The waiting area was clean and the people walking around in the showroom were friendly and made a point to greet me. The work was completed in a timely manner and the service writer answered my questions. I have no recommendations on areas to improve!

100,000 mile evaluation

My brother is buying our 2006 MDX for his son who lives in Aspen, CO. He wanted a professional evaluation of our car. He called & received a next day appointment. The service technicians took a look & suggested a 105,000 mile major service along with a new battery. We agreed to split the cost of approximately $1600.00. He's happy.
