Fabulous

Mr.Pigg was absolutely wonderful, my husband has Parkinson’s and has very little patience and can not sit for long periods of time. Mr. Pigg took car yof everything over the phone with me and had all the paperwork ready for us to sign when we showed up early for our appointment. Great service great salesmen. Can’t thank him enough for making things so easy for us.

James Pigg and The Bob Mayberry Team

Over the past 9 years, I have been leasing cars and working with the Team at Bob Mayberry. My experience each and every time was outstanding....like dealing with a member of your family. I just finished leasing my 4th Hyundai from them and this experience was even better. It was so convenient to exchange emails and talk on the phone with James Pigg and work out the details. Then they delivered the car to my home and after 30 minutes of paperwork and introduction to my new car, the transition from my old lease to my new lease was complete. Outstanding and So Convenient!

Went to look - left with a new car!

I had been looking online for a used Santa Fe for a couple of weeks. Checked out a number of dealers locally. I saw a vehicle at Bob Mayberry that was a little more than I was planning to spend but decided to stop by and take a look. I never dreamed that about four hours later, I went home with a new car. I didn’t have an appointment or sales person when I walked in but James Pigg showed me the car, we took a test drive and he worked to get me a great deall. James Is a real gentleman - made me feel like I was his most important client of the day. I’m extremely pleased and satisfied with my new car and the purchasing experience. Steve in finance was great to work with also. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to check out Bob Mayberry Hyundai. Great selection of vehicles and first class, friendly staff to help you.

I can not say enough good things about Bob Mayberry Hyundai, especially Ed and Napoleon. I don’t have a good credit score . Life has happened. I went to several other dealerships and no one even attempted to help me . The guys at Bob Mayberry Hyundai worked very hard and was able to get me approved for a car that I absolutely love. I will definitely be back for my next purchase and recommend Bob Mayberry Hyundai to anyone who will listen. They treated me with the utmost respect despite my situation. Highly recommend them

I had traveled from Salisbury Md. to Wingate to visit family few weeks ago when my tire warning light came on, on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I knew of your location, upon pulling up to your service department and talking to a girl at her desk (Martina MooYoung, she was great) it was an awesome experience from that point on, even though I had to replace my tire, they also did a recall and changed my oil. Bob Mayberry has been an outstanding dealership, small compared to other dealer's, but huge in sell's, friendship, listening, understanding the customers needs and want's in a automobile. My wife an I drove 2 hours to check out the inventory at Mayberry's. We has 3 or 4 dealers written down to compare. We did our homework on line and knew what we wanted. Upon arriving , we were quickly greeted by Tim Smith. I must say that this was the start of a great experience. He worked with us patiently and showed us several car we had picked out. We told him that we weren't going to buy today , but that we just waned to hear their best deal.We ended up buying on the spot. I recommend Bob Mayberry to anyone looking for a vehicle.They have an awesome website and very professional people available to help you.

Did not honor emailed lease price they sent me.

My daughter wanted to lease a Hyundai Tucson Sport. She obtained a lease quote from Bob Mayberry online. My daughter verified it with the salesman before we went to the dealership. The quote price had Bob Mayberry's logo on it. The salesman Ed Roary said the quote was good. When I got to the dealership I verified that the New Car Manager Darnell Barrow had also received the quote. He said yes. I proceeded to work with saleman Ed Roary. He seemed to ignore the fact that we already had a quote. He went through a lot of personal questions as well as information about work experience and what my daughter wanted in a car. Finally he went to the new car manager, Darnell Barrow and obtained a final quote. Instead of the email quote quote of $269/mo. or one close to it, they actually printed a quote of $366/mo. They offered a quote of $100 more than the online quote! No mention was made of the online quote. Instead they tried to convince me that $366 was accurate, saying the original quote “did not include taxes and documentation”. They read out loud the fine print on the online quote which referenced the tax and documentation fees. They said they don't know what those are until they know what tax region we are in. However, I knew that even if what they said was true, that would have added at the most only $20/mo. Once I showed them that they were wrong, they started to scramble and actually try to locate the original quote. They claimed they couldn’t find it. We showed them the quote on my daughter’s computer. And we showed them where we emailed the quote to them to verify it before coming. Ultimately words were exchanged as I told them flat out that they were not making a good-faith effort to honor the email price. When Darnell Barrow, the new car manager said “sometimes we can’t do business with some people,” my daughter walked out. I followed her. She said, “If they are not going to be fair about the lease purchase, what else are they not going to be fair about. Ed Roary seemed to be a very nice guy but he wasn't able to convince the managers to give us a quote close to the one we came in with. I wasn’t going to buy any car after that experience. However, after we calmed down a bit, we went to Keffer Hyundai and ended up buying a car there. Keefer Hyundai was not the cheapest price but at least they are honest. I hereby give people permission to use my experience. If someone asks you for a quote saying they already have a quote from Bob Mayberry, you may quote what I have said above. P. Baer, Waxhaw Summary: Lease price at dealership was $100/mo. more than email price.
