Painless paperwork

Jim was just great with us from the beginning, he was always responsive through text and email. He answered the my questions and the day we came in to tKe a look to the car he had all the information organized and handed to us as soon as we arrived, the car was clean and ready next to the building. The car condition (pre-owned) was really good and the price was great. Once we decided we would take the deal it just took us about 30-40 minutes to go back home driving my new car. I would really recommend this dealer and personally Jim Elsloo to any of my friends.

Convenient, Friendly and Fast

My husband made an appointment by phone the day before because Bob Sight Kia sent us an email with an oil change coupon. We have closer service options but we have always had a great experience with the service there at Bob Sight Kia. I was there a little early and they took me right in and made me feel comfortable. It took less than an hour and I was on my way. I love my Kia Soul and my dealer. Donna

Last minute oil change

When I realized another week had come & gone, I still didn't call to get my oil changed. So on a Friday I finally called to see if I could get in the next day. The service dept. of course was busy but they made time to get my car in and had me all set to go in a very short amount of time. I truly appreciate it. Thank you guys.

Excellet experience

I recently purchased my Fiat 500X and I can say with no hesitation Bob Sight is a great place to buy a vehicle. The vehicle I bought I initially looked at in August. However when I was going to go see it I was informed it was at the Fiat dealership for a repair. Tim was my sales professional, he advised me he would call me as soon as the vehicle returned. So a month and I no call. I thought he had forgotten about calling. Tim called me back at the beginning of October to let me know the Fiat was back. I made an appointment to see it and drive it. From the time I walked in to the time I left, the way I was treated was beyond exceptional. It was like being around a group of good friends. I am a former automotive industry professional and this group of people have top notch interpersonal communication skills. No bs pitches, no high pressure sales schemes. Just a great buying and social experience. A huge thank you to Tim, Andy and everyone else at Bob Sight Kia you guys are great and many places could learn something about how to conduct business from your team.

Jake was awesome from start to finish. I went in for replacement of wheel bearing on a tire. They tried for hours but couldnt remove it. So it ended up more expensive than I had planned. He got the price down to almost half. And gave me a rental car till it was fixed. I was appreciative of his help and support. I refer everyone I know to Kia Dealership in Independence. Great experience.

Key fob and recall

Last week I had a little confusion regarding a key fob so I spoke to Jack Dpence in the service department and he helped me with the confusion and informed me about a couple recalls I had on my Kia Sorento. So on a Saturday I took my vehicle and got what needled to be done fixed and got my key fob. Jack was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process then my car got stuck in drive so on Monday morning I called my friend Jack and he didn’t hesitate to apologize and he sent a tow truck to my house (which I live at least an hour away) to get my vehicle and he made it his priority. He called me that afternoon to tell me it was fixed and apologized again and gave me 2 free oil changes. Jack at Bob Sight Kia is amazing and so professional he’s down right the bomb.com!!!!! Thanks again Jack Spence much appreciated. I will recommend you to anyone with a Kia.

Found and cured an omininus THUNK

GREAT Customer Service

Nate ALWAYS greets me by name and takes care of what needs to be done and makes suggestions as needed. This is not a place that every time you go they try to attach another product and that is why I continue to go back and trust these guys. Jack or I call him Jack "Flash" because he is always moving quickly, he closed my ticket and walked me out to my car. They even washed the dirt off my car at my most recent visit. There is a new Kia dealership near my home but I just cannot make myself go there because of the service I receive from Nate and Jack. Thanks!

Today, I'm going to share a story of Fire and Ice. If this city was westeros, the Kia Dealership would be the Seven Kingdoms and the staff would be the ever expanding soldiers in the armies who conquer it. In a time where service on Cars are full of shady deals and whispers of little birds on the streets, bob sight Kia has ruled over car service for many ages without backhanded politics. The staff, from the moment you enter the kingdom, makes sure you feel right at home. The estimated wait times and services provided leave no question to their infallible knowledge or procedures. The wait area, thrones of men before us, forged in war time, while comfortable and spacious, still allow you to finish business as needed or listen to the songs of day time talk shows to whisper their joys among those waiting. The staffs attendance while waiting eases every heartache or hindrance, in which elsewhere you would ask for a trial by combat and be met with a Mountain. It's centralized location within the metro means you won't have to traverse leagues of the seas or any Great Wall to reach the landing you require. The prices fair, much unlike the unsullied, offering service to the highest bidder, Bob Sight Kia always pays their debts and gives the price to service ratio. With Winter coming, you would be wrong to take your car regardless of make or model anywhere but here. I must remember that within a season, I'll be back and I'm positive I will recieve the same service and attention that I've gotten now. And now, my watch has ended.
