Our Lincoln MKX is the second vehicle we have bought from Bob Wade Autoworld. The service department is one reason we wanted to stay with Bob Wade. It is low key but top notch. The whole purchasing experience was smooth and very professional. Joe Gioscio was our sales consulatant. He was outstanding: very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. He is a credit to the company.. This sort of buying experience is the type that cements dealer loyalty.

Irina Kukolj is the best sales lady! She sold us our Subaru Forster. She has a great personality and was not pushy at all. She made us feel as if we had known her for years ( for us that was a big plus). She was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend Irina and Bob Wade Subaru to others.

Attentive, helpful, not pushy

Mr Gioscio was attentive and helpful. He was also patient in waiting on our decision. We test drove the car twice and took three visits to decide. Then he took care of everything, from financing to insurance. He couldn't have been nicer to me and to my 90 year old mother. He quite charmed her. Thanks Joe.

It's All About the Customer

Bob Wade Subaru is a home town friendly deanship. My overall purchase experience was very good 8/10. The reason for my visit was to lower my car payments if possible. The best option was to lease which I agreed that would lower my payments. However, there were a couple of surprises at the end of the agreement that did not set well with me. One was that the sales person had not told me that there was a "turn in" fee if any dings, dents etc repairs exceed $1000. This was explained to me by the Finance Manager. I was given the option of purchasing Easy Care Select 6....which I did to. The fact that this was not transparent up front was almost a deal breaker and stressful. The second piece of the deal that came at finance time was the Dealer document processing fee, * which I understand will be waived if I choose to lease again when the current lease is up. And lastly, I had to bring up the fact that I had extended warranty of the trade in vehicle and was not told that I would receive a refund. That was an expensive oversight. Even though Rachel Gioscio was fairly new to her job, she did a fine job. I would recommend her and Bob Wade Subaru to my friends.

Good Experience for First Time Buyers

My wife and I were looking to replace our old college car with something more reliable and fuel efficient that could still handle rough winters in the mountains where we live. Aaron was helpful in pointing out options that fit our needs in our price range, and after a little negotiation we ended up with a great deal on a 2014 Subaru Impreza. This was our first time buying a car on our own, and the folks at Bob Wade helped make it a good experience all around; everyone we encountered was polite, knowledgeable, and cooperative.

Honesty, Integrity, and Enthusiastic

Having spoken to over 15 Subaru dealerships throughout the Northern VA, I ultimately choose to buy a new 2017 Outback from Rachel Gioscio at Bob Wade Subaru for three simple reasons, Honesty, Integrity, and Enthusiasm. Rachel made the buying experience simply better than all the other dealerships. Rachel was the most upfront and honest and work way late into the evening to get the car we were looking for at the best price offered of any dealership. Although there was one other dealership that ultimately offer an equivalent price (and was closer to where we lived), they simply could not match the honesty, integrity and enthusiasm that Rachel had shown us and trust me when I say there is an intrinsic value to a good buying experience that money simply can not provide. I would also like to thank the management team for working late into the evening to get us the best deal and the car we wanted in a very very short overnight timeline. Thank you to Brandon for assisting us with the financing and being honest with us throughout the financing process.

I've just purchased a new lease on a 2017 Subaru Outback. To say that I'm satisfied would be an understatement. I've been a return customer at this dealership since 1999. The salesman, Patrick Hescox was able to answer all our questions and Brandon in finance completed the salle in a timely professional manner.
