I got an amazing deal on a gently used honda.... I was on a budget and they worked with me to get the price down. I love my honda and it was like a new car! The sales staff and finance department was an absolute pleasure to deal with- I got an awesome interest rate too. Thank you!!!

I came in recently to have my Volvo S40 serviced, and found the experience and customer service here to be excellent. The staff was welcoming and friendly, as was my service advisor, Adam. My car was serviced in a timely manner, and my keys were handed back to me before I knew it. I will definitely return here for future service, and would recommend others to do the same!

Bobby Rahal Volvo has been a pleasure to work with. I purchased my Volvo s60 there (which is my 2nd consecutive purchase at this dealership) and I can honestly say it is by far the best experience I've had at any dealership. The attention to my needs and their ability to get me in the exact car I wanted, at the price I wanted, all in a reasonable amount of time, was not only exemplary but also worth writing this review about. I had chosen to return to Rahal for these reasons, and will continue to do so. My last purchase was made from California and drop-shipped directly from Wexford, PA to my local dealer here in San Francisco. The GM I worked with, Jim Guerry, literally bent over backwards to get me what I wanted, as has the entire staff at Rahal over the past 4 years I've been working with them. This attention is why I can guarantee that any future purchase of a Volvo, Jaguar or Range Rover for me will most certainly be through this dealership.

First of all the gentleman who was selling me the vehicle did not seem enthusiastic or inviting or even very happy at all that he had me as a customer. Secondly they had not moved this vehicle since it had been inspected three months ago. The cars battery was dead and needed jumped the brakes squealed and even after a little braking they still were rubbing. I also had to point out that there was no coolant in the reservoir. The whole time it felt like the salesman (who was a tall blonde man with glasses so you will know him if you see him)was acting like he just wanted to get out of the car and kick me off the lot because I was wasting his time or something. It says on the sticker that the kelly blue book is 10000, which is a lie, it is actually 6300 for excellent. The 2004 caravan said 6998 on the sticker. They would barely would move on the price even though it was clearly not in excellent condition at all and had not been maintained. The (FINAL OFFER! AS IS!!) which the manager penned onto a piece of paper like I was irritating him was 6309. Keep in mind the sales man and manager only sell used cars as they were part of the used car dept. My overall experience was that you should not go there unless you are a rich person. Sorry middle class citizens if your not buying a JAG don't waste your time. That is also why their rating is so high, all of the bad ratings come from the used car buyers. Wonder why? Monroeville Dodge was much nicer even though I did not buy anything there.

My experience with both Jim and Robert was phenomenal. Both went above and beyond to accommodate ALL my needs, particularly on the timing around my purchase as well as the pricing and shipment of my C70. They were courteous and professional in both the pre and post-sales processes, and I would highly recommend the Wexford dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Everyone in the entire dealership, from the woman working the front desk to those handling the financial paperwork to the who washed and detailed my car, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were not at all pushy, but always available to answer questions and provide insights based on what I was looking for, rather than trying to simply move a car out the door. It was a great purchasing experience, and I will definitely look to this dealership first in all of my future car purchases.

My husband and I were looking at buying a 2010 S80 T6 AWD, we visited this dealer as they had one my husband liked, they wouldn't not even pull the car out of the showroom for us to test drive. They wasted a lot of our time and energy. We ended up buying the same car from Don Byer Volvo in Sterling, VA for $7,000 less than Rahal was offering and they let us drive the car before trying to sell it to us. I have told everyone I know not to go to this dealer.

Bobby Rahal Volvo is the only place I will ever purchase a new Volvo from. Cindy and Jim are 2 of the best in the business. Purchasing a car from Bobby Rahal is different from any other dealership I have been to. You know the experience, used-car salesman type knows nothing about what he is selling, says the deal will only last today, the car will be gone by tomorrow... This is not the case at Bobby Rahal. Cindy and Jim were not only professional, but went above and beyond what I would expect from a car dealership. Please listen to this message: if you are thinking of purchasing a Volvo, please go to Bobby Rahal Volvo. There are always people who "think" they have a bad experience, but truly are just unhappy and mean people regardless. Don't listen to them. Listen to yourself. You will thank yourself! Oh, and Volvo Cars are awesome, just wish the S60R would come back...

I have purchase all of my cars from Rahal in the past 10 years. My purchases have inclueded two S-60, 0ne V-70 and one XC-90. I have nothing but high regards for the dealership and their staff. I feel at home when I take my car for service there. All of my cars are serviced at the dealership including oil changes. They have taken extremley good care of me and my family; even when my wife is a tought customer to deal with. They have accomodate all of our needs even when the shop is full and they have no space for the day. I feel very strongly about them and often suggest to friends and families to given them a visit prior to making their final selection; of my staff at work two persons are now customers (XC-90 and XC-60) as well as other friends (three s-60, Tae Kwon Do fellow instructurs ( Two Rovers) and family (sister S-60). The priciing has always being very fair and I have never in the 10 years that I am a customer (more like a family member) to Rahal have I felt or became aware that they have taken advantage of me in any which way. They run a very tight ship, very professionial and have always done right.All of their employees realy care about the customer. My cars are always service well and they follow up after the pick-up to make sure that it was service well and there has never being any wrong situation. I always get a call from my services advisor and if there is any charges the are consuklted with me prior to any repairs performed. Furthermore, they are very active in the community and support many causes. I enjoy the social events that we as customer are invited to participate. I am very please with Bobby Rahal.

this is the first time i have ever written a review for anything, but my experience was so remarkable i felt i had to share. i am in my mid 30s and have purchased 4 cars prior to my volvo and i dreaded the process. a friend reccomended i check out the brand so i did. from the moment i walked in the door it was nothing but a pleasent experience. the staff is so incredibly kind, they made me feel like i was royalty. my saleperson was well educated about the car and did not make me feel pressure to purchase, this was extremely important to me. i love my car and i loved my experience with rahal. thanks!!

I am very happy with the two volvos I have purchased from Rahal Volvo (XC90 and S80) over the last 3 years. The sales experience was pleasant and straight forward. I received the best trade in offer from Rahal as compared to Bill Gray Volvo and the price of my new vehicle was also better at Rahal than at Gray. I have had my Volvo's serviced at Rahal as well as my Audi S4 for mechanical service and detailing. I would grade Rahal Volvo as exceptional at what they do and would not hesitate to return for a third vehicle.

I think that Bobby Rahal Volvo is the nicest, most hard working dealership I have ever worked with. I just bought a Volvo XC90 and from the moment I entered their immaculate showroom, I was treated with the highest level of respect from everyone from the lot attendents to the managers. After deciding to purchase my new car, I was contacted by the finance department to make sure I didn't have any further questions of the financing, and he made sure I understood everything I needed to do. When the vehicle was ready, I was taken outside under the "breezeway" which was nice because it was starting to rain. The car looked amazing! It had been detailed inside and out. My salesperson went over the entire car with me and made sure I understood everything about the car. I love the car and the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have worked with other dealerships, including a Saab dealership in Wexford and another Vovlo dealership in the Pittsburgh area. I found my satisfaction with these dealerships horrific. I am so thankful I found the Bobby Rahal Automotive Group. I have recommended this dealership to 4 friends already.

We have had an average to good experience with this dealer's sales and service department. They are friendly and easy to work with, but I did have to go back to the repair shop once after they didn't properly reassemble a body panel after a filter replacement. When we purchased the car, they acted like a car dealership - trying to sell it for the highest price they thought we would pay. We acted like good consumers and didn't say yes until they got to a price we were willing to pay with the extras we wanted. I wish it didn't work that way, but they weren't any worse than anywhere else we have purchased a car from, and didn't attempt to use any high pressure tactics. I do like the fact that they provide free loaners when servicing vehicles purchased by them and often do little things like wash the car and vacuum out the interior.

I would recommend this dealer.

We have a 2004 S60. The car had its 105000 check up in Jan and the check engine light was on though it was running fine. they did the check up, replaced spark plugs and did a lot of other work totalling nearly $1000. CEL was off as we left the dealership but came on before we even got home. We kept calling to ask what to do and they were completely unhelpfu as they mostly did not return our class. We kept driving the car as it was not giving us any problems. went to get the state inspection in june and could not have it done as the CEL was on - the mechanic there looked at the rahal bill for service in jan and was surprised the CEL was on after so much work was done and told us something was not done right and to go back. we drove the 40 miles to go back where they insisted on charging us $100 to just look at the car, did a software update and told us the problem should be solved. CEL was off as we got in the car, drive 25 miles and stopped at a store. when we got back in the car, CEL was back on. we have called mr anderson and gotten no response. buy and service your cars elsewhere! we will not be returning to rahal for new sales or service in the future.

I drive a 2006 S60R. I have been to bobby rahal for service before, and they always forgot something. Either canceling the service light or even fixing the problem, but I always brought the car back and payed another charge to have it done right. This time my slave cyl. Is leaking and I am replacing my clutch out of warrenty. I bought a spec 3+ clutch and made an appoitment. When I showed up for the appointment I was met at the door by Jim Anderson, who told me they could not work on my car because of modifications, even though it was not warrenty work. A call before I drove 40 min. to get to the appointment would have been nice. If you want to deal with a dealership that doesn't care about you then head over to bobby rahal. If you're interested in real service and a decent service manager I would recommend heading somewhere else. Just to clarify, every service rep I've ever dealt with at rahal was great, it's just the man behind the scenes the will ruin your service experience. I hope this is helpful to anyone in the market for a volvo.

Due to where we live, we always had our Volvos serviced by Rahal. When looking to replace our '02 S80, we visited this dealer and quickly remembered why we bought the 2 previous S80s at Bill Gray. Service dept is very good, but it's obvious they don't depend on their Volvo sales dept to keep the doors open. Why do you think Lexus of NHills built right next door to them?
