Just another sleazy dealership!

First and last time I'll bring my car in for an oil change. I brought it in after my check engine light came on and had it diagnosed at Auto Zone for "free". Told them it was oil pressure sensor. They said they needed to run the diagnostic to verify bad sensor. Charged me $94 to tell me the same exact thing I told them when I brought the car in. Then they said I still had 2 more free oil changes on my service contract. After oil change all the sudden service contract didn't cover synthetic oil so another $51. So bottom line it cost me $170 to be told what I already knew and they hide hidden fees until after the job is done. Typical sleazy dealership crap that turns people off to go back and we wonder why America is getting worse!

I would not recommend this dealer.

What a wonderful shopping experience. We are from RI. We did most of the work over the phone and they stuck to everything they said. They gave us a great price. They took their time and listened to exactly what we wanted, needed and could afford. JJ Hill was amazing. He is kind, patient and very down to earth. He walked with us every step of the way with integrity and professionalism. He took his time and treated us as if we the only customer that he had. Once we bought the car, he spent a lot of time with us going over every detail of the car. It was the perfect car buying experience that made driving to Stafford Springs, CT all worth it. Thank you so much JJ and Bolles. I highly recommend this dealer and this salesman. If you go to Bolles, ask for JJ. I would love to see him make salesman of the month, even more so, salesman of the year! He deserves it.

Brought in jeep for 42,000 mile service--oil change and check on a recurring/ previously fixed noise problem in the rear end. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, 25 April. I called 6 hours later to find out the status on my jeep and was told that there was indeed a problem with the rear end. However, they would not start any work on it until the following Monday. I had the option of leaving the vehicle or returning it Monday. I left the vehicle. I was asked if I needed a loaner car, which I declined. I think it would of been more proper if I received a call from the service department when they found the problem. I have another survey to answer after the work on Monday.

The reason for my visit was to have my oil changed and my van was making a squeaking noise. When I brought it in they changed my oil and then came and said my vehicle was ready. I asked them what was making the squeaking noise, they said we did not check the van for the noise. I told the service writer, that was the purpose of my visit. I told him I thought it might be the brake pads, so he went to the garage and had the mechanic take a look at the pads and he said that they were alright at this time. Then proceeded to tell me that the mechanics did not have anymore time to look at it today, even though that was the purpose of the visit. He said that if the noise got worse to come back, but I was all ready at the dealership why couldn't they have not fixed it at that time. Very frustrating!!!

First time was ok when they fixed small stuff. 2nd time horrible. Wanted new pads and rotors because of sqeauling and grinding. Did not replace. They only cleaned and sanded pads. And told me they were at 60 percent. Which means I was sold a car that wasnt at 100 percent. And if im not mistaken thats against the law. And then proceeded to tell me sqeakin is normal. Ive owend a lot of cars and never herd anything so ridiculous. Not only did I waste my gas in both cars I added more milege on them and wasted time driving there and not having my car for 2 days. To only not Have the problem fixed. I get its under warranty and you guys try not to spend money to fix unlesd it comes out of the customer pocket. But the car Is only 30 days old. And the things that need to be a 100 percent when buying a vehicle new or used is tires and breaks. So now I have to go and have them rwplaced and pay god knows how much. So I am not happy. JJ and rhe finance dept were excellent. But your service team sucks. I woild reccomeend to buy the car there but not get serviced. Depending how much it will cost me out of pocket I mig. Contact a lawyer to get reinbursed for it being fixed and for gas and time. I live in manchester and it takes about 45 min to get there and back. Im hoping they say the tires are ok and I dont have to replace Them. So please feel free to forward this to Tom and who ever else

My 2006 Chrysler 300 was taken in the morning I phoned. I had a diagnostic call by time I walked into my house. Was called just before noon, stating car was ready. This was AWESOME!! Bolles has definitely kicked their customer service up more than a notch or two, which is extremely important these days. Also, I felt very comfortable having to walk into Bolles Parts & Service area, being a woman in an all male dept. Thank you for an OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL YET FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE!! I brought my car in for warranty and the service department lied about tightening a seal that can not be tighten. They then called multiple times to say the car was all set, which it wasn't. When I finally went into pick the car up, they verbally said that it was all set, which included ordering parts, but the repair order said that no problems were found and that nothing was done to the vehicle. They insisted of having me sign the repair order so that I would have been left high and dry. Very unprofessional and tasteless and shady to say the least.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I went to Bolles thinking I wanted to support local business, stay driving a "American assembled" car with the New Dart. When I spoke with the Sales person he made it seem like I came to the right place to purchase a car that gets 30+ mpgs on the highway and I could be out the door under $20000-WRONG! I wasted my time driving a car that I was under the impression that it would have all these amazing dealer rebates but when I went to sign they were $4000 over my budget and were not even willing to show me another Dart that was in my price range. I received no call back after canceling my down payment check.

I would not recommend this dealer.

My wife and I entered the dealership with many questions. Although we were very knowledgable about the Ram 1500 Big Horn going in, there were still some more questions we had. JJ worked with us and answered every question we had. He knew from the start that the vehicle we were looking for wasn't on the lot. He never pressured us to buy, and he helped us try and track down the perfect vehicle for us. Scott Couture (Sales Manager) was also extremely helpful, sitting down with us, explaining all options, building and customizing our perfect vehicle, etc. We stayed nearly 3 hours in the dealership, and well past closing time. The customer service was top notch! We didn't buy a truck that night, and it was not the fault of JJ or Scott - they were great and we left wanting to buy a truck from them. Once we narrow down our options further, we will be back to hopefully ink a deal.

When I called they worked around my schedule to get my car in. When I got there, they listened to my concerns. They diagnosed the concerns and then researched the best way to take care of the situation for me. Ive always been happy with Bolles and the way they have worked with me, which I why I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was shocked to see it showroom clean inside and out. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Bolles Dodge has been great from the minute I stepped on the lot. JJ, Scott and the guys were very friendly and helpful. They got what I wanted and the monthly payment my wife requirede to get. The service has also been great. They were very accompdatong when I needed my vehicle back in a hurry. Based on this customer service I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Bolles. I have no problem recommending Bolles to friends and family because I know they will be taken care of without any problems.

I had been looking for a specfic, older model dodge truck...

I had been looking for a specfic, older model dodge truck on line for three months when I found it on Bolles Website. After my intial email inquiry, I was contacted by John(JJ)Hill within an hour. JJ answered my questions,and sent me a couple dozen more photos of the truck, even putting it up on a service lift to get shots from underneath. I had to complete the sale of my current vehicle over the next week, and JJ kept in touch, informing me that the truck I had contacted them about had been sold. That deal fell through and JJ called me to let me know. I also spoke to Scott Cauture and they offered to pick me up in Hartford and drive me to their dealership the following Saturday. You see, I live 200 miles away in New Jersey. So I took a couple of trains to Hartford, JJ picked me up, we drove the truck, they wrote me up, and I was on my way back to Jersey down I-84 with the truck I had been looking for. Sharon, who does their title work even came in on her day off to help me leave with everything I needed to title the car back home. Everyone at Bolles was friendly and helpful, just terrific folks to do business with. If you're looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Ram or Jeep; go see them!

This was one of the most if not the best car buying experience we have ever had, and we have purchased numerous vehichles thruought new england over the past seveal years and this was by far the best!!!
