Here is my honest and disappointing review about Braman. I would like to start off by saying first off the staff for the most part is very friendly. Especially the people that work in the car rental department. Now to the not so good part. I keep bringing my car back for issues that they say they fix and don’t. They end up fixing something else that I didn’t mention. You end up getting your car back dirty with grease stains and damage. I made them aware of the damage and all they could tell me it wasn’t them although it didn’t show up in the pictures they took. Mind you it’s nothing serious but it wasn’t there. Also some other issues that I don’t want to give too much detail on. Because within the next couple weeks I have to bring the car back for parts they ordered and don’t want them to deliberately mess up my car more. For the little damage that they caused to the vehicle and one of the issues I basically had to beg them to do what’s right. The other they didn’t offer a resolution on. Mind you I have give them over 8k this year so far in work with my warranty and they treat you like crap instead of gold. I went to another dealer to ask him about checking out my car for the issues that I’m having. They told me to bring it in and they will also look at the damage that the other dealer did and help me take care of it to earn my business. Now that’s customer service. I wanted to give feedback to the customer care director or service director someone who’s completely over service not the manager but can’t get the contact info when I emailed so I decided to write a review. When I get my car back next and I am done with this dealer for good I will give more details on this place.

Buying New Car

It was a great experience today at Braman Cadillac buying a new car thanks to my sale person who help me Jose Ignacio Denis he was great. I would recommend him very nice and very helpful. Thank you.

Terrible service

I’ve been waiting for a call back over a week ago. Have tried to get a small part replaced under the warranty. Left several messages to Allan and Alex and no call back from either! Service had my car for 8 hours for a simple oil change and replace a minimal thing when car was picked up still has the same issue from 7 months ago that I took it for the same thing.

I would not recommend this dealer.

In reference to Suburbanvp review:we were driving our grandchildren in that car, the same car that Braman claimed there was no smell 3x! Finally after the 3rd attempt and Braman still claiming nothing was wrong we brought it to another mechanic THE SAME DAY! He found oil leaking all over (which was very obvious) how Braman Cadillac missed it is just unbelievable and beyond suspicious. The new mechanic also said we AND OUR GRANDCHILDREN could have asphyxiated - this after the crooks at Braman charged us $2600 and sent us on our way! Braman refused to give us our money back after we had it properly diagnosed and repaired by real mechanics. Don't bring your car to them for service they will charge outlandish fees and not fix anything. Potentially causing harm to you or your family. Don't be fooled by Braman replying back on here because I witnessed the whole telephone conversation when a supposed manger did call after the first review. He was pompous,argumentative and unwilling to admit they made a mistake. Meanwhile we have the pictures and diagnostic report! See you xxx@%#@s in court! You should be ashamed of yourselves..endangering babies!

Never solved the problem for $2,600

brought my car in for service for an "exhaust" smell in the cabin. They told me it was the evaporator core. In order to replace was $2600 mainly due to the labor cost of removing the dashboard to get to the part. I approved the repair. A few days later I picked up the car and the same exact exhaust smell was in the cabin after a short highway ride. I brought the car back on and spoke to the Cadillac Service Manager - He started asking me questions like is it a burning smell or an exhaust smell. He then asked if I keep my AC on recirculate - I answered no. Then he went on to say that there are a lot of trucks in Miami during rush hour and the smell may be coming from trucks exhaust. A ridiculous response. The smell in the car is so bad it makes your eyes tear. The car can be where there are no cars around it will still smell. He went on to say that they will change the cabin air filter. Service took the car and replaced the cabin air filter and stated that there is no longer a smell in the vehicle after test driving. I picked up the car and by the time I got home the same smell persisted. I returned the car once again. I parked in the service area and kept the car running and the AC vent on "fresh air" because I wanted to the technician to sit in the car and smell the "exhaust" - If the car sits to 5 minutes it becomes very strong. The service person did her rounds on the car and I asked her to not turn off the engine so the tech can smell the problem. When the tech arrived, we got in the car and the vent was switched to Recirculate. It must have been the service person since she was the only one that got in the car before the tech. I drove with the tech and I smelled the "exhaust" but the tech refused to acknowledge that the smell was abnormal and pointed to the vent not being set on recirculate. The service department basically refused to address the problem, stating that there was not problem. After I left the dealership, the Braman sales department called me and said he saw that I stopped in for service and they have great year end deal and asked if I was interested in trading in my car for a new one. I wonder if is it Braman's policy to have the sale department call people after they just had their car serviced? In my case, with the problem still not resolved, seems like a strategy to get people to trade in their vehicles for new. Pretty shady business practices. Same day, I went to a local reputable car repair company and explained the smell to them. They put the car on the lift and immediately found oil clearly leaking from the valve cover gasket and the tech said that was surely the smell in the cabin. (see photos) The tech was baffled that Barman did not see the problem immediately. Turns out that it was not an exhaust smell but an oil burning smell. As a layman I cannot tell the difference, but Braman sure should have. This tech also suspected that they didn't change the evaporator core due to certain fasteners not being ever removed. He also said the you can clean the evaporator core with a chemical flush for a couple of hundred dollars - he had never heard of replacing it to clean it. The service department has been negligent and misdiagnosed the problem - charged me $2600 and the car is not fixed. They should have taken a look under the hood and put it on a lift - they would have clearly seen the oil leaking. Either they did not put it on a lift or open the hood and are completely incompetent or Braman has very illegal business practices going on. I have requested a refund but they have refused. Off to small claims court.

Amazing dealership

What an amazing experience !!! I was in downtown watching a game this past Sunday and decided to stop by the dealer and check out the XT5. Jose Ignacio Denis introduced himself to us and gave us a tour of the car. He showed us everything we asked for including my obsession to see all 4 different trims. We test drove the car and fell in love. I explained to Jose that I was negative on my other lease and that I would need a crazy deal to make it work. I am happy to report that not only he gave us the deal we wanted but actually we got a much better deal which shows you this dealership isn't out there to get top dollar but to create relationships and repeat customers. I bought by XT5 and I could not be happier !!! I will be going back to this dealership for my next car as well and I will be looking for Jose !! Thank you guys we love the car !!!!

Worst service Dealer I have ever been.

Well, I had own multiple brands of vehicle before and service them at dealerships, but never ever had such a bad experience specially from Cadillac since I had own 2 of them before. Brought my 2016 XTS In for 2 things, 1-Front day running light bad and 2-Cue screen control not working. Well after 2 days in the shop they said come and pick your car up, light is fixed and Cue is on back order. Pick up my car to find out that it had door dents, paint chiped and an a air dent on one fender. I was very mad and left. On my way home I notice that the light was not reflecting on the car in front, I got off at a traffic stop light and found out that the light is not working, called my advisor and she asked me to take picture and send it to her to confirm. So after 2 days in the shop and a few dents and scratches to my BLACK car nothing was accomplished. Took it back to have the light fixed,again and 2 more scratches on the paint came up. They had promised to fix them, a 3rd visit was schedule to replace the CUE and repair the scraches and at my arrival they told me that the dent guy was not going to show up to bring the car in the next day, I said well you replace the Cue today and I will bring it in tomorrow again for the paint work. Once they brought my car out I found 2 more new scratches. They had taken pictures of the car before and the service manager was very rude and refused to go out and confirm that even that the scratches were not on the pictures and they where on my car, he just told me flat out that he was not going to assume responsibility for my car any more. Today I droped of my car to get the paint repairs done, loosing income againg, and they just told me that they couldn't provide me a loaner because they had paint the floors and the cars can't cross over the wet paint and that they would reimburse for an Uber ride from and to for up to 40.00 and uber will cost me 30.00 each way. I will never ever buy or come to this dealer ever again.
