Found service person was very informative and knowledgeable explained amount of draw on battery and my words "Why doesn't Honda makes this known in their manual' for many of us who go back a few years when you could play radio for long time and no problem. I realize us older folks have to get up to the computer age..

Longtime Honda customer

I moved to this area with my old Honda Prelude in 1996, and started having it serviced here at Brown; traded it in when it was 15 years old for a new 2003 Accord. I've had an excellent experience with Brown Honda. My car is now 14 years old, but it is running better than the Prelude did at this age. Sylvain at the Service center is truly an expert and has always given me the right advice about taking care of my car. I feel like he knows me and my car and is glad to see us. He does not try to just have Honda charge me a lot of money. Although Honda service is expensive, I think Sylvain has actually saved me money sometimes. Thank you Sylvain, for your expert help and for taking care of me and my Honda so well!! I think you deserve an award for your dedication.

My wife and I traded in our 2012 Subaru Legacy on a 2017 Honda Fit EX-L with Navigation. Our salesman, Arthur, was awesome. I absolutely recommend that you ask for Arthur when you visit. He will do whatever is necessary to get you into the car of your wishes!

This is the third new Honda we've purchased from Brown Honda, but our first time working with our salesman, Jordan Uckele. Jordan was a pleasure to work with. As we discussed what we wanted in a vehicle, Jordan offered his professional opinions and experiences as to what features and options would be of benefit to us. His demeanor was approachable and relaxed and we felt that every decision we made was an informed one. He even stayed after the business closed for the day to complete the deal. We wanted some optional parts installed. Jordan and our service consultant, Bob Dye, arranged to make that happen. We were kept informed along the way and everything went smoothly. Everything Jordan and Bob promised they delivered on time and with no nasty surprises. We are very pleased with Jordan for finding the vehicle best for us and with Bob for making it look great.
