From the second I walked in the door ever person I talked to was super nice to me, right down to the finance department. Larry the sales rep that I worked with was extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted, and all its features. My test drive as long and different types of road to show what the car could do, not just around the block like I had experienced at other dealerships. And once I purchased the car Larry helped set up all the features in my car to my specification. I got a great deal and I Love Love Love my car.

Friendly, extremely informed salesperson. Zero pressure. A fair price without haggling, and going the extra mile to find the vehicle I wanted. Zero issues being a solo woman customer. I had been to several other dealerships and frankly, they were jerks. Brown's actually treated me as a valued customer and didn't try to manipulate me or assume I didn't know what I was talking about.

I rarely enjoy the car buying process even when I'm excited and in love with the car I'm buying.... but I must say that this time everything seemed so much more pleasant and easy. It was a pressure-free, quick and painless process. Kudos to Ashiq Rezaie whose relax and easy going demeanor put me at ease immediately, thus truly making the purchasing of such fun car an enjoyable experience! This is my first Mazda buying experience and I'm impressed, not to mention, I love my new Miata!!!

Service staff was out of this world! Was in a bind when my fuel pump gave out while visiting family in Fairfax and the service team was simply outstanding! They kept me informed with the problem and when the part would arrive and best of all they extended the manufacturers warranty to cover the issue since I was only a few miles outside.

Exceptional Car Buying Experience

The buying experience that Ashiq (salesperson) and Derik (sales manager) provided was quite literally the best car-buying experience I have ever encountered (and I've bought my fair share of vehicles). Specifically, Derik went above and beyond to earn my business, making I got the exact color and features I wanted, while still delivering it incredibly quickly and at a fair price. He was honest and respectful, always making sure he understood any roadblocks between me and making a sale. If everyone in the industry operated at the level of efficiency and integrity as Derik, people would be far more excited about the car-buying experience. The best way to sum up my experience at Brown's Fairfax Mazda is that I felt highly valued as a customer. I felt like their team fought for my business, always going the extra mile (or hundred miles) to ensure that the buying experience itself was just as incredible as the car, from introductions all the way through final delivery.

The work was accomplished thoroughly and as described and in the timeframe promised. The service advisor and other staff are very professional and helpful. Waiting at the dealership is a pleasure because there are plenty of refreshments, a widescreen television, the daily newspaper, and a good assortment of first class magazines.

Brown's Fairfax Mazda is a first class dealership with excellent salespeople and manager's. Had nothing but a first class experience when I went to test drive the Mazda3. I first met with Larry and he took a copy of my license, and got the keys and off we went. Larry was extremely knowledgeable about Mazda's in general, but especially talked to me about the Mazda3. Larry let me take an extensive test drive. He knew the route to take, and actually its the same route I would have taken as it gave me a combination of tight curves, back roads and highway to get it up to speed. I loved the test drive and the laid back knowledgeable salesman. Upon arriving back at the dealership, Larry introduced me to Derik, a sales manager. The three of us sat and talked for a few minutes. They both really wanted to make a deal, since it was in the middle of president's day weekend. I told them that I was interested, but hadn't made up my mind on what car I was buying yet. Both Larry and Derik bent over backwards and told me to contact them if I had any questions. A day later I received another email from another sales manager, Matthew Raymond. He reiterated the same sentiments as Larry and Derik did. Not only do I appreciate all of the emails and messages at the dealership, but since I am seriously considering this as my next car, its nice to know that the sales staff has my back. Its also nice to see that this dealership has so many great reviews. Should I purchase, I look to many years of great rapport and the ability to highly recommend this excellent dealership. If you're looking for a Mazda, make sure you stop in at Brown's Fairfax Mazda and ask for Larry Evans. Larry will make sure you get the experience you deserve and the answers and information so you can make an informed choice for your next vehicle.

I was immediately, professionally and respectfully accommodated by all staff members. Every one went above and beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable. I absolutely feel like like a valuable customer. Service director Gary Morin did a phenomenal job at explaining everything to me in a way that I could understand. He is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. He provided the absolute best experience I've ever had with a manager. Overall my service was superb. I would highly recommend this particular Mazda dealership. I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

I pirchased my SUV from Browns Mazda 3 years ago. I could not have purchased from a more professional and friending dealership. My service adviser Janette is extremely friendly and courteous (as well as all their staff I encountered recently). I am considering a new car and was thinking about trying a different brand elsewhere but I keep thinking about my experience at Browns. So, I might just stick with them!

Scam artists!

Never go to this dealership! They will scam you! I was interested in trading in my car towards the purchase of a new or used car. The manager took over 45 minutes to try and tell me my trade and then when I was ready to leave he asked if I even liked the car I test drove and I said not really but I'm open to others. His response was then why are we even talking. I then quickly left the dealership only to realize that he stole my registration out of my glove box!

Fast, Friendly and Efficient!

The front associate were warm and inviting, especially the young lady in the front(Jennifer, I think). She constantly checked up on me to give me an update on my car and discuss any questions I had! There was a tall gentleman with short hair and who seemed to be a supervisor), who was very friendly and made me feel like I had been going there for years. All around a fun and lively staff!!!

We recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Brown’s Fairfax Mazda and found buying a car can be a surprisingly pleasant experience. Our sales person, Ron Pattison had extensive knowledge of all Mazda vehicles and other brands in the industry. He wanted to know exactly what we were looking for in a car so he could find the best option for us. He was a delight to work with; we never felt pushed to purchase a vehicle. Ron clearly cares about long-term customer satisfaction and not just a quick sale. The whole experience at Brown’s Fairfax Mazda was easy and pleasant. The finance department and service center were very professional, efficient and personable. We want to thank the great team at Brown’s for making car buying fun again. Quck and efficient service

My salesman had been sent out to pick up another vehicle, so Jamal Henderson walked me through my introduction to how everything worked on the car and an overview of the warranty. His attention to detail was very impressive and greatly appreciated. Also, when I did the paperwork the financial team was excellent as well.
