I dearly love my ford escape, I have a unique color I wanted and the price was unbeatable!!!! Very friendly atmosphere and stayed open so I could run to the bank and straighten out a booboo I made on my check. Id send everyone tbere. I get alot of compliments on my new ride...

Nestled in the country close to London Ohio is the best kept secret of a Ford dealership in Ohio. I searched numerous Ford dealerships for a 2014 F150 XL. I was contacted by Eric Daniel as well as numerous other salesmen from other dealerships....Eric was different...he made sure he knew what I wanted and hit the ground running....kept in touch with me and found a truck that was exactly what I wanted and had it transferred from a different dealership...the deal was over $1000 "better" than the best deal offered from any of the other dealerships in the area...when I arrived to pick up the truck all the paperwork was ready and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Eric knows his business and is easy going with absolutely no high pressure tactics...I've been buying cars for over 49 years and this was the best experience I've ever had...a pleasure to do business with Eric Daniel and Buckeye Ford.

I would recommend this dealer.

This is the best service department I've ever been to. The work has been very good, but it's the way they communicate that separates them. John and Derek are tremendous.

Went here because a friend recommended it. Gary Kiser was my salesman, and he was really nice to work with. Didn't jerk me around on anything and it was pretty simple and quick process. Not too bad a drive from Columbus. I think I got a good deal and I would definitely go back.

I live in Grove City, but visited this dealership on recommendation of a friend. Very good experience. Much different than what I was used to in Columbus. Relaxed and easy going people and no high pressure. Worked with Scott on a new Fusion, and love the car. Will try service department too. They were doing construction so it was a little congested inside, but other than that I would say this is a very good place to buy a car.

I bought a Ford Fusion from Buckeye Ford, and it was one of the better car buying experiences I've had. Had not heard of the store, but found car online and drove there from Columbus. Much closer than I thought, and super nice and laid back atmosphere. I've started going to the dealership for service too. John and Derek in service are the best.

Want to buy the 2007 black ford mustang that I saw on the website...Went in and the first thing we were asked was if we had checked their website out...I said not really..My husband kept asking how much the mustang was...they wouldn't answer...I wanted to trade in my 2000 blazer on this mustang...when someone sat down with us they told us the mustang was 15000.00 and they would give me 2000.00 for my blazer...It was strange because their website said the mustang was 13383.00. By their figures...I was paying them to take my blazer...If I wanted to pay 15000.00 for a mustang I would have stayed in my own town and bought a nicer one with half the miles of the one at Buckeye Ford...I drove an hour away for that mustang just to feel I was being ripped off...

I would not recommend this dealer.

My mother and father purchased both of their vehicles @ BF and my mother got into an accident in her truck. BF had her truck for two weeks. She got it back and the door wouldn't shut right or lock, the gear shifter was broken and wouldn't go into the correct gear, the interior light wouldn't work because the door was inoperable.The paint on the door is peeling. Not to mention so many other things. She is disabled and I feel that she was taken advantage of. She finally had to quit driving it for a while. She took my fathers truck to be serviced and they left the oil cap off and the engine nearly seized. My husband and I are now looking for a new F150 Lariat and my parents are looking to purchase a new car and truck and it surely won't be from Buckeye Ford. It seems sad to me that you are losing 100+ thousand in business because of your service dept. and body shop. I might consider cleaning house. But I guess that is just a drop in the bucket to you guys. Your body shop makes up for it by doing shoddy work for an expensive price. Thank You, Brenda King

We recently purchased a new 2011 Mustang. My husband did most of the negotiating over the internet with Pat Santos. We were interested in one they had on their lot but wanted to have a hood scoop and louvers added to the vehicle. We were told there would be no problem to get it installed so we set up an appointment to come in and test drive the car. When we got to the dealership we was passed off to another salesman by the name of Ken Ray. He didn't seem to know what my husband and Pat had discussed and instead of Pat taking the time to sit with us he was running back and forth into her office. Every time we would ask a question he would tell us he would have to ask Pat. When we was signing the paperwork for the vehicle the loan guy tells us he could not tell us anything about the aftermarket items to ask Ken. So we ask Ken once again he tells us Pat has ordered them and they will be here Monday and should be installed the same day. We ask to see a picture of what they would look like and we were then referred to Pat. She proceeds to tell us that the company they order from are not open on Saturdays and she will have to email the pic to us Monday. Keep in mind Ken just told us it would be here Monday and installed. So now it is Wednesday and my husband calls to find out what is going on because we still do not have our new car and Pat tells us it is going to be next week sometime because the paint has to dry and everything. So we drove over and hour to purchase a car that we still do not have in our possession and our first payment is due June 4. I think they need to get it together and get their facts straight. I felt like they was just telling us whatever they thought we wanted to hear at the time to get us to sign on the dotted line. I will never go back there again. I don't recommend ever using their internet option to others who want to try to find that vehicle that may not be in your area

Where to begin... Just be careful. I had an appointment to look at a car I had seen on their website. When we go there nobody introduced themselves and when I said I was there to test drive a car the lady handed me the keys and then asked for my license. If she had asked for my license first or even just asked my name she would have known to not hand me the keys to the wrong car. When I got in the car I noticed right away that the console on the top of the dash was completely ripped off. my boyfriend convinced me that they would just have to fix it if I wanted the car so I drove it. I like it other than a few cosmetic things. When we got back we were told that some other stuff needed to be done to it as well. Alignment, power steering hose, etc. So it wasn't even ready to be out for sale. It was advertised to have keyless entry but they didn't have the key fob and only had one key. And they would not take any money off the sale price to reflect that. The plan was for everything to be fixed and the car would be delivered to me. Four days later I got the call that the car was ready and it was brought to my work. Several weeks later I realized that now the AC didnt work. It had worked when I test drove it because my boyfriend checked everything to make sure, but i bought it in February and didnt need the AC so i didnt RE-check it when i actually got possession of the car There is no power getting to it to turn the compressor on. My boyfriend (whom does high end car audio) checked it out and noticed tons of pry marks all around the radio and dash. (the console that was replaced was above and attached to the radio so the whole thing had to be taken out to fix it). Apparently they dismantled the AC or something when they "fixed" the console. When you really look at it they did a horrible amateur job of ripping the radio out. It looked like they were trying to steal it in a hurry. Hmmm...what else? My check engine light is on 70% of the time. Diagnostics narrowed it down to where it could be 5 different things wrong with the fuel system. I called and left several messages but since it was a used car there was no warranty. And of course nobody EVER called me back. So I definately got a raw deal for sure.

The sales team made sure that I was looking the vehicles that fit my lifestyle and my budget. They really made the car buying experience easy. I walked in not sure what vehicle I needed. The sale team listened and pointed me in the direction that made sense to what I was looking for. The presented options and did not put any pressure on me to make decision.

I purchased my Ford Fusion from Buckeye Ford two years ago and have been very happy with my experience at Buckeye. I feel that I got a very fair deal without hagling or pressure. I got the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately, since the purchase, the car has been struck twice. I had the vehicle repaired in the body shop. They did a fantastic job of explaining the damage and repairs to me. They dealt with the insurance company and put my car in the condition it was in before the accidents. I would recommend Buckeye for sales and service.

I went to a few dealerships in Columbus, but kept getting the run around and they acted like they didn't want my business. Marianne and PJ at Buckeye were very nice, and they helped me buy a car (Focus) that I love! They didn't pressure me at all, and they made me feel real comfotable. It was a nice atmosphere. I would go back again for my next car.

We purchased a used car and after having the car for about 2 weeks , we were told he could not get a loan, without more money down and a higher monthly payment than we had agreed on. We returned the car and had to wait on our down payment to be returned. Needless to say we were very upset at this experience. We will tell our friends not to deal with this dealer.

Priority of this dealer - Fool the buyer - harrash the customer - Trying to get much money as possible from customer - Change of language before and after signing the contract Never , Never goto this dealer. I check the others experience too, i think all of Ford dealer are like this.

This dealership is horrible, I would recommend that if you purchase a vehicle from them please take the vehicle and have your own mechanic check it out, because their service department is really lazy and they will not service the vehicles as promised, and make sure to get everything in writing because they will go back on their promises, and just watch out for the sales people because they will know the car is a lemon and still sale it to you and act as if they are trying to help you all they want is their money for the vehicle and will brush you off for everything else.

I would not recommend this dealer.
