horrible customer service after the sale

Don't buy from this business. I got an ok deal on a car from them, but getting service from them absolutely stinks. They had me come back to install the security device (SWA), said it would take 1.5 hours. It took 3. Much worse though they didn't transfer ownership with the SWA. I have called them 5 times to try to get this fixed, was on hold 20-30 minutes each time, then told someone would call me back and they never did. Obviously all there staff are out selling cars, and no one is taking care the customers after the sale.

I would not recommend this dealer.

False advertising

Dealership advertised their 2017 used Chevy Cruze for $14,888.00. This price was confirmed over the phone and before I took a test drive. Dealer obtained my personal and insurance info and ran my credit which is excellent. After waiting for about 45 minutes, the manager approached me and said the price is about $4,000.00 more than advertised. They offered me to see if there is another car I might like, saying the price was a mistake. After an argument, I left the dealership without a car. While on my way home, I received a text message telling me that the dealership is willing to give me the car for $15,513.00 plus tax. I did not take their new offer as it was above their advertised price. This must be the way this establishment lures customers in and then tries to get more money than what they advertise.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Buyer and Seller Beware

Nissani Bros. Chevrolet of Culver City is the car dealership that gives car dealers the horrible reputation they have. Seriously. If you read the negative reviews here and still do business there, you will have no one to blame but yourself. If only I had taken the time to research them, as I usually do, I could have avoided my experience. Everyone there lies -- if not directly, they know the information they are passing on to you is a lie. I had never sold a car to a dealer before. When I was told Nissani would receive my title from MINI, and I the balance of the sales price, in two weeks, I believed them. When I started calling after 2 weeks, the lies continued, including, from the General Sales Manager, through my young associate, that they had indeed received the title after two weeks. To the best of my knowledge, after talking to MINI Financial, Nissani did not receive it for 2 months. Young associate said GSM would call me that afternoon. He never did. Young associate stopped responding to my calls and texts. I left messages for the GSM. He never responded. I was told the young associate was no longer with the company, the first of two contacts who ceased to be with the company. When I finally confirmed that Nissani had the title, though I had said from the start that I wanted to pick up the check in person, I was ACTUALLY TOLD that the check was in the mail. (Somehow that check has never reached me.) After a week, when I was out of town, I said my wife would be in on Monday morning and if she was not paid I would file a fraud complaint. My wife asked for the GSM. She was told he was not in, though the man who brought the check to her, by her description to me, was the GSM. My wife is more forgiving than I and actually offered her hand. He declined to shake it. But before presenting the check, he ACTUALLY MADE THE JOKE that they would have to set up a payment plan with us because he had spent our money on his vacation. I received the balance of the sale price 3 months after the sale. True story, ladies and gentlemen. Buyer and seller beware.

Great service

While I am super happy with the car the whole wrap up of the deal was difficult. But, this can happen anywhere and it is all about how they solved it in the end. After the some discussions with Mark (the sales manager) and Mr. Derik Motevosian (sales director) we solved the issue to our mutual satisfaction. Professional and friendly !

I e-mailed quite a few dealerships in Southern California looking for a specific vehicle. Of more than 20 dealers, Paul Cha at Nissani Bros Chevrolet read my request, respected my time, made me a great deal, prepared the paperwork and the car was ready when I asked. I was in and out in 15 minutes (I asked for 30 minutes or less). The most straight forward deal I've done in a long time. My experience was so positive that we bought another car from Paul this week. No need to shop when people do business in a respectful professional way. 5 stars!!!

Veronica was exceptional

My husband and I have had some bad car buying experiences in the past, to the point where I dread going to the dealerships. I went in to meet with Veronica, who was the nicest, most efficient, and knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. She truly went above and beyond to make the experience not only as painless as possible, but also quite pleasant! Even after our purchase, she has helped me schedule service and with any follow-up questions I had. Mar in the finance department was equally as awesome!

Hooman of Culver City Service Crew-HUGO took care of my 2017 Chevy Colorado for servicing. He found 2 screws on my tire and have it patched right away with no charge. Kudos to him great customer service,. This place is not just buying cars or trucks but helps you take care of your vehicle in whatever way they can.

Car service was horrible

Dealership never notified us that our car was ready. Went a month without a car almost. Called the whole week said they didn't know about my car. Then went to confront them and they said my car was ready days ago. They tried to blame two guys there that they couldn't call because they left due to their wives in labor. What did that have to do with our car and service? Bad service and communication. Ended up wasting 100$ fro transportation getting from home to work. Never offered a shuttle or service car.

I would not recommend this dealer.

THE WORST DEALERSHIP

I HAD MY FRONT BRAKES DONE AT HOOMAN CHEVROLET 8 MONTHS AGO AND NOW THEY ARE SQUEEKING AGAIN AND THEY WONT EVEN LOOK AT THEM WITH OUT CHARGING ME. WHEN ITS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT. I NEEDED AN ESTIMATE ON MY TRUCK FOR BODY DAMAGE AND MECHANICAL DAMAGE FOR INSURANCE COMPANY SO I DROPPED MY TRUCK OFF FOR 2 DAYS AND 15 DAYS LATER STILL NO ESTIMATE FROM ERNIE SANDOVAL HOOMANS BODY WORK GUY AND IF I WANT MECHANICAL LOOKED AT, JUST LOOKED AT FOR INSURANCE THAT'S $130.00 DOLLARS JUST IN CASE THE INSURANCE DOESN'T GO THROUGH THEY SAID. ALSO IT WILL TAKE YOU ALL DAY TO GET YOUR CAR SEEN BY A SERVICE WRITER EVEN IF YOU HAVE APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE SUPER SLOOOOOW. 3 DESKS AND ONE SERVICE WRITER WORKING WHILE OTHERS ARE LOLLY GAGGING AROUND THE DEALERSHIP WHILE A LINE OF CARS WAIT FOR HELP. THE DEALER IS NOT THERE TO HELP YOU, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY THEY SEE YOU THEY SEE DOLLAR SIGNS DON'T BE FOOLED. FROM NOW ON I WILL BE GOING TO CADILLAC/GMC MARTIN AUTOMOTIVE IN SANTA MONICA AND THEY WILL BE DOING THE 6000.00 DOLLAR JOB ON MY TRUCK AND YEP THEY DID BOTH ESTIMATES FOR ME FOR FREE!!
