Ryan at Burke Chevrolet was awesome! No pressure sales was a welcome surprise compared to the other local dealers I went to. Ryan also followed up after the sale to make sure all was well. Great Dealership! Will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership!

purchased my Yukon from Burke 3 years ago, actually my daughter did all the work and talked with the salesperson. treated with respect and answered our questions. have my maintenance done by them and treated great. will purchase from them again

Review/Recommendation for Burke Chevrolet

During the last month I have visited the Dealership three times for different things. The first was for an oil change and inspection sticker, the 2nd to meet with someone about extended warranties and the third for a mechanical issue check. During all three occasions the different staff were very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions that I might have had. My wait time was very short. The customer lounge was very comfortable while I waited. I enjoyed having the TV to listen too, free wi fi and the free soda to drink. Burke Chevrolet has always been good to me when I go and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great Customer Service

Sales Dept. Bought my new Silverado from Burke back on Memorial Day weekend and have had no issues/concerns. The experience was hassle-free compared to other surrounding dealers. Went to another dealer and three salesmen came running out and before I could even sit behind the wheel I hear "So you want me to write this up for you?" At Burke there was no pressure at all. They made the buying experience very comfortable and relaxed. I will be back to buy another truck from this dealer! Service Dept> This past week (Nov 9th-13th) I got a minor ding from an impact to my front quarter panel and the folks at Burke got me right in and did a fantastic job! Salesman who sold me the truck saw that I was there and came right out to see if he could assist in any way. GREAT DEALERSHIP! I'm extremely happy with the repair and the very quick turnaround!

The way they Scam female customers

I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. My wife brought her car to this hack shack and was billed for an oil change after the car was sent their to be diagnosed for oil consumption almost a year ago and was advised by GM that it was never documented correctly so she has to bring the car back to this hack shack to be properly run through the process and had to pay for an oil change for them to diagnose the oil consumption when topping off the oil would have the same result. Oh then they rotated the tires as part of it! xxx BURKE-WHITAKER SUCKS along with their backyard certified mechanics. Don't send your wife, mother or daughters to these crooks you have been warned, don't let this happen to your family. The reason behind their not selling GM is due to the poor service and complaints against them, is is that fact! I forgot more then the techs at this place know. Sincerely my wife's husband

failure to correct / diagnose safety issues

Hate to give all of Burke a bad rap but honestly fix an issue before it's a customers problem! Had an issue with oil consumption for a while, tests done but inconclusive because of inadequate test results and documentation. Why is this now my problem? Extended warranty to replace Pistons because they have been known to corrode due to faulty systems pertaining to the oil and fuel consumption. There are specific guidelines to which the extended warranty applies. Customer's experiences/complaints is not one of them. Specific parameters for detecting oil consumption issues. So, for me to tell you that my vehicle has almost stalled, numerous times with my young child in the car must not be of any concern to address or diagnose a problem. The problems arise when the oil diminishes. Why make problems for customers? Your check engine light is on but when we diagnosed it, a bunch of other lights came on so it could be from anything. How does that help me? That creates another problem. The vehicles issues are now problematic for my life. I'd be happier without this vehicle. I'd be more secure taking a PVTA! Very frustrating to get the "run around" all the time. Sickening, where's the customer service? I've had excellent customer service from companies who haven't taken my money, yet you have taken 16,000+ and no customer service whatsoever to help my Needs.

We have bought a number of vehicles from Burke Whitaker, and have always been treated fairly and are absolutely satisfied. In addition (a very important addition) their service department is top-notch and unequaled. They are fair, have *never* suggested unnecessary work, and moreover are very honest about addressing issues that need immediate attention versus letting something wait a little. The staff knows us when we walk in and we are *always* made to feel like valued customers. We genuinely LIKE Bryan and his excellent staff.

We recommend Burke Whitaker whenever we can!!
