very untidy work

This was my 3rd visit to their service center , 1 st 2 times were only for oil change. This time was more in depth service. They charged 330 + Taxes not worth at all. Very shabby job , under the hood. Looks as if none of the components were even touched. When i called to give feedback.. their only response was ." ok Thankyou " Very bad customer service Will never go back !! and not recommend

Visited three car dealerships looking for a specific model Rogue, with a specific feature, in a specific price range. Had a bad, ok, and good experience. This dealership was clearly the best experience, and where I purchased the car. Salesperson was friendly, started by simply getting all my information, and what I was looking for. Came back with a fair price, and we discussed further, elaborating on my experiences at other dealerships and prices offered. We were eventually able to settle on the price I was looking for, comparable to one of the other dealers. Appreciated that I wasn't tried to be sold on a different car (just reminded I could save $ by not having AWD), and was able to receive the best offer without leaving and negotiating back and forth for days via e-mail. Have bought a few cars in my life, and so far this has been the best overall experience, and dealership I most recommend.

They took all the time I needed to go over and back over my options with me, and when it came time to buy I felt no pressure at all and got to make my own decision! Horrible Service Department

The service department here is horrible. The first time I took my car here they kept it for 3 days (when they said it would be 4 hours) and didn't offer a loaner car or anything. Then after 3 days they told me the part they needed still wasn't in and they'd call when it came in - I never got a call that the part came in but I did notice my car was acting strangely. My air conditioner turned on anytime I started my car, it didn't beep when it locked anymore, the lights on my dash would flash sometimes, etc. Flash forward about a year to the second time I bring it in (for the same noise as the first time) and I find out they didn't put something back the right way the first time, which was causing all of the weird issues. This time they try to charge me to repair it because I'm a few weeks past my warranty, even though they never repaired it the first time. When I tried to tell them I didn't want the repair done, they pretty much tried to break up with me by telling me they can't do business with me anymore (since they already ordered the part. I'm still not sure why they can't just send the part back). Overall, it was not a good experience either time and I would never go back to this dealership.

Unethical - Waste of Time

Leased a vehicle from here; spent 10 hours at dealership across 2 days. Went in 2nd day to wrap up paperwork; done wrong previous day and had to redo the paperwork, which took another 4 hours. By the time they finished wrapping up the paperwork, they were trying to rush through it because the Finance Manager was about to leave for the day. When I went into the dealership, I already knew the exact vehicle I wanted to lease and did not need to conduct any test drives. Complete incompetence all around.

I would not recommend this dealer.

What a great experience

I did not expect to buy the day I went to look at their Rogues, but they gave me a deal I could not refuse. They were so nice and personable. I felt like a family member by the time I left. My husband, who is critical of everything, was so impressed with them. I will DEFINITELY buy from them again and tell everyone I know to buy from them.

Extremely Bad Experience

This dealerships service department is a joke!! When I took my 2007 Murano in under warranty to get the tranny replaced I was given a list of repairs that I needed to make before they would replace it. I had the repairs done at a local mechanic and took it back to Busam. I was then again hit with another list of repairs that they said needed to be done. When I refused to pay $2500 for a new exhaust I was told I didn't need it. They kept my vehicle another week and said I needed another repair that cost $300. When I told them to go ahead and make the repair, Steffen told me the next day that they just don't want to work on the vehicle at all. I had to get a rental for all of the time they had my car! The rental was about $500 for two weeks and my transmission was still not replaced. When I contacted the consumer affairs department I was told that they would "document" my complaint which doesn't do me any good. I would never go back to this place for any reason, especially being a female!

I have attempted to purchase one specific pre-owned Nissan for over six weeks. Apparently this dealership does not want to sell cars as there is EXTREMELY poor follow up.. Even the general mgr does not respond to close the sale. Requested an out the door price 3 times from one salesperson who refused to provide it in writing. They do not answer questions. They do not return emails nor texts nor phone calls. You cannot leave a vm after hours. Conclusion: the advertised price is false....just a marketing ploy to get you in the door.

I would not recommend this dealer.

we were very disappointed in our experience at Bussam Nissan. First, the car we wanted to look at had not been cleaned up at all; it was dirty inside and out; we also felt we got the runaround as to what we needed to bring as far as paperwork, etc; made two trips and didn't get a thing accomplished, so we went elsewhere and got the car we wanted with no hastles or problems. SERVICE CENTER!

I was in your service center earlier today February 25, 2015 for about two hours. While there I read my magazines while I awaited the diagnostic test to be ran on my car. When John came over I was told my car needed over 1100.00 worth of work done. Immediately I was overwhelmed and called my family members who of course said get a second opinion. I DID get that second opinion not only was my car fixed within minutes and back to normal I was only charged for the part that was replaced and I was on my way. I wanted to come back but I was upset and that would not have been appropriate. I was (almost) completely taken advantage of! I am disgusted by the actions and care I received at this shop. I would never recommend this place again

Terrible Experience

We spent four hours at this dealership ironing out what we thought was a great deal. When signing the paperwork to purchase our vehicle, the price listed was much higher than what we had agreed on. The salesman had calculated our monthly rate for 60 months + the amount of money we were going to put down, making the total $5,000 more than we had agreed on. When trying to fix this issue, we were berated by the finance guy and made to feel like criminals for thinking we could even come close to the price we were hoping to pay. We left incredibly frustrated without making the purchase. 3 days later, we purchased the exact same vehicle at Jeff Wyler Eastgate for the price we had offered at this dealership and could not have been happier with the customer service or the entire buying process. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went to Bussam Nissan for a grind in 5th gear in my 370Z. At first they seemed happy to help. After the service manager found out that my warranty was about to run out everything changed. He gave me so many excuses as to why 5th gear kept grinding that it was laughable. Everything from "nothing is wrong with this car", "It's a tick of the 370", "Your shifting wrong", "Your not pushing the clutch down all the way",ect. With the service manager in the car I pushed the clutch to the floor and held it there and shifted back and forth between 5th and 6th. Every time it went into 5th it ground. He told me "Nissan doesn't want me putting transmissions or engines into cars that are about to go out of warranty". I told him I was going to call Nissan. He was not happy with me after that and pretty much handed me my keys and walked off. Within 50 miles my rev match quit working in 5th gear and the grind got much worse. I got a 2nd and a 3rd opinion. Both said the synchronizer in 5th gear was going out. Kings Nissan put a new transmission in my car and I could not have asked to be treated better. They were great. As for Bussam Nissan though, I will never step foot on their lot again. Neither will my family, friends, or the people I work with. I am going to go out of my way to let everyone I can know how Bussam does business. All I can say is stay away from this dealership.
