top notch service

The service center ladies that set us up for immediate service were outstanding. We needed an air filter and they had the service gentleman go out to our truck on the street and comp,ste the repair since we towed a large 5th wheel. The gentleman tha completed the service was a U.S. Veteran and a delight. Our experience was amazing. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience with the service department....

I had a terrible experience with the service department. They were over 45 minutes late for the appointment, no one gave me any explanations during this wait, as I had requested. Then when the mechanic finally looked at my car, it was like pulling teeth to get information out of him regarding the engine light being on.the second appointment to replace the oil pressure sensor was also a fiasco. I live an hour away from the dealership, have a business and have one afternoon for the appointment. I needed to be back at a certain time which the gal who made the appointment knew. However when I got there, she didn't know how long the job would take and unless I had asked I would have been even more irate...well, it was about a 2 hour job which would not have gotten me back for my business. After describing the events to the manager I was given the option of a rental car and coming back to pickup my car the next day. Could not do that so I suggested they bring my car to me and take the rental back. Ok that would work. So I go to the rental office and they are insistent I pay $35 for insurance. I got that straightened out and mile high did as we had planned. I got my car back fixed, but it was extremely unprofessionally handled on several levels. I will definitely not go back for service, nor recommend them.
