Loki, Chop and Darrell the mechanic are wonderful

Darrell, Chop and Loki truly went above and beyond what I could have ever expected in a dealership. From the time I met with them they worked with me to get the best possible financing rate. They made sure I could afford the payments and even got me out of a car I was paying out the teeth for. I now am the proud owner of a new safe vehicle (Darrell made sure it was safe for me). I am so beyond overwhelmed with the customer service that I have received. Thank you so much to all of you. I will be back and will tell all my friends about the wonderful experience I received at Cambridge Hyundai

WORST SERVICE, WORST DEALERSHIP

After purchasing a Hyundai with a recalled, blown engine, this is the customer service I get to enjoy from Hyundai trying to recover the engine replacement cost: We were promised time after time that it would be resolved "within the next few days" with no follow-up calls when we didn't hear back. It is 3 months to-date that I submitted this claim to Cambridge Hyundai. The service rep Alexus told me that there isn't anything she can do. I was told that she didn't sell me a faulty engine. She has other clients, so she can't keep following up with the warranty rep. And that this should've been taken care of when the engine blew up last summer.. it's it's not her problem? Like I signed up to replace a blown engine when I bought the car? When I asked to speak to her manager she kept telling me he's not available. When I kept insisting I'm not getting off the phone, sure enough her manager is available! He kept interrupting me and talking over me and when I asked for follow-up calls if the given timelines aren't going to be met. He asks me "so when do you want me to call you? Every day? Every hour?" When I reiterated that when you give me a timeline and you can't meet it, I would like a phone call. I got a lot of condescending tones, talking down to and was told snidely this is a circular conversation and he cut the conversation short. I am even more disappointed in the service than my blown engine.

I would not recommend this dealer.

So happy with my new car. Gerry was very helpful. They did more then what was asked and expected. Removed my whole bumper and painted it cause it had a little scratch. Thanks guys!

What a great buying experience!!!

From the minute we walked in Izzy was fantastic!!! No pressure, knowledgeable and he worked in our budget and time frame(which was like yesterday) and got our daughter into a fantastic car!!! We can’t thank you enough for everything! From sales to finance to pick up it went so smoothly and was the easiest new car purchase I have ever experienced!

Excellent Service

My car was declared total loss by insurance and when I went Cambridge Hyundai Ahmad and Puneet took care of me. I am really happy with purchase of my 18 Sonata Ultimate. They were really helpful with respect to my paper work and loan formalities as i requested @0% so they put their efforts to be on same page.

This was my first time buying a Hyundai and was extremely pleased with the service that we received from Cambridge Hyundai. They met all of my needs and then some. Thank you again Gerry for being such a friendly and knowledgeable person to work with. We also dealt with Chop and Charles - both awesome as well. Very pleasant efficient staff member helped me

Took my son's. Elantra in with an appointment Thursday Nov. 29th. Car went right in to service stall.....explained to service person that the radio and other features on monitor had stopped working....he fixed it in a minute and showed me how to reset it by just poking the reset hole with a pen.....on my way in 10 minutes total.....no charge......I was in marketing for Kodak Canada for 25 years and I was really impressed with his attitude .

Bought wrong car

Wanted the best genesis coupe there was and Kyle Colombo told me all the Genesis coupes were the same except for brakes and tires. Wrong.

Genuine service of the rarest form

I've bought a few cars and I've shopped for many more over my time and I'm pleased to say that the two staff members I dealt with at Cambridge Hyundai deserve my highest praise. Kyle Colombo and Puneet "Chop", are some of the few that stand apart in my mind as being truly dedicated to priority customer service with no ulterior motive. Most dealerships would gladly cut corners, obscure, and manipulate if it meant more profit in their pockets, but Cambridge Hyundai put all of their extra effort into making my experience as pleasant as possible. Everything from additional service, vehicle accommodation, and vehicle attention went over and above my expectations. I highly recommend you ask for them by name and without a doubt you'll receive the same top class service I did!

Everything was explained to me clearly and professionally and my options laid out for me to make a decision. The work was then carried out to the highest standard in a short period of time while I waited in a very comfortable lounge area. Mike Lear was great to deal with and Tom Urbanski did a fantastic job on my car much more than I expected. I love my Accent and the service I received was second to none. The quality of the car and the quality of the service ensures that I will always drive a Hyundai

A GREAT experience!

We were looking at buying a car in July but we weren't fully sure we were ready. We had visited another dealership but wanted to compare a few before making the jump. From the instant we came to Cambridge Hyundai, we felt comfortable and that we were ready. We worked with Gerry during this process and he was absolutely fantastic. Met our requests and we feel as though he got us the best deal he could! When we were working with Charles crunching numbers, we also had a great experience! He was funny, knowledgable and didn't make us feel like we were signing a death sentence. Would definitely recommend Gerry and the rest of the dealership at Cambridge Hyundai!

Good place to shop for your next car

Bought a 2018 Hyundai elantra. My sales rep was great to deal with. Went over all features of the car. Purchased on Wednesday, picked up Saturday. Fast delivery. The showroom is appealing and the receptionist (Amanda) was very nice.

My new Santa Fe

I was pleasantly surprised with the enjoyable experience of car shopping at this dealership. Gerry met us with a wave, and a friendly smile. He showed us the range of SUV's that interested us, and answered all of our questions. It didn't take long before we going on a road test. We loved the Santa Fe. Gerry then took us into the office, made us comfortable and began the purchase process. He explained all details efficiently. Then we met with Charles to complete the sale. He was friendly and covered all details thoroughly. He answered all the questions we had. On the day I went to pick up my SUV I witnessed other staff members in the parts department engaging with customers in the same friendly helpful manner. At this point I finished the paperwork with Charles. Gerry then spent some time with me explaining all my Santa Fe's features. I recommend this dealership and these staff members to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Mr Kyle was helpful and spent a lot of time, explained the differences between the models, and answered a ton load of my questions. Mr Charles helped me explain how the loan process would work. Helped me secure a loan which was my biggest concern of all. Got a great deal on an even greater vehicle. Liked the extended warranty option of 8 years and the Premium Plus plan. They believe in building a relationship rather than a one time sale, which to me is the best quality in sales and customer relations. Thank you all. You're the best team. 😬?🏻

The staff at Cambridge Hyundai is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone involved in the purchase of our SUV was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. None of the staff was pushy by any means, unlike other dealerships. Overall, fantastic experience!
