The best dealership!

This dealership provided us with the best customer service. We had a great experience leasing a 2018 Mazda CX-5. They were very patient, knowledgeable and professional. They didn't put any pressure on us like did other dealerships. They beat the amount of monthly payment of other dealerships. We will definitely come back in three years. Our family highly recommends Capo Mazda if you are looking for a new car.

Capo Mazda - THE BEST

No pressure. No hard-sell tactics. Full transparency. Honesty. This doesn't sound like a car dealership, does it? But Capistrano Mazda delivered all of this and more. Forouz was my salesperson, and she was kind, patient, informative and honest about all my options. She listened to every word I said, and worked the numbers exactly the way I needed them. And what got me to this Mazda dealership when another one was - literally - three minutes from my house? Marcin Paluch. He was completely forthright with me - again, honest, transparent, no BS - and that's why I came in. Every person there was incredibly friendly, and I mean that sincerely. Now - I know it's their business to sell cars, but honestly, it was the greatest car-buying experience I've ever had. Capo Mazda has a customer for life in me!

Accommodating and helpful

Forouz has a smile from the moment I walked to this beautiful store and made sure they give me the lease numbers on all three cars I chose to compare and give me a 4 year lease to fit it to my needs. By answering my questions with patience she helped me decide on the right car for my wife. Tom made sure the car I want is available and process was easy and she personally brought the car to me and explained everything about it and offered to make my wife videos if she has any questions about the features. Thank you.

Easiest car shopping in my life

Forouz helped me and my husband to find the right car within our budget. This was the first store that we started our hunt but after driving the car we were sure that is the right one. She even was nice enough to spend the time to bring the car to our house so we can be sure that it fits in our small garage.

From Mercedes to Mazda!

I was ready to start looking at new cars after owning and loving my Mercedes for over 14 years. My daughter was insistent I go talk to the guys at Mazda and at least take a look- she said Mazda’s come a long way and she was sure I’d find my next car there. So to appease my daughter I went to Capo Mazda and met the sales managers who introduced me to Diego. Diego knew what questions to ask me so he could show me exactly what I wanted and within half an hour I was coming back from a test drive and now had a whole bunch of questions for him! The whole team punched the numbers and made it very clear what my options were and what I was looking at, and it was easy for me to decide that I was going home with a new Mazda CX-5 that night! Diego showed me all the luxuries that the new technology had to offer along with some great safety features I didn’t know about. He answered all my questions and even introduced me to some of the service department staff so I feel very confident I am going to be well taken care of by the team at Capo Mazda!

Best Mazda Dealer in OC

Been through a couple terrible to mediocre Mazda dealers in the OC area before finding this gem. The sales rep Forouz, her manager Tom, and even the finance person Paul were all very tentative and professional. Forouz was very patient in hearing and working with my needs and concerns, and at the end we struck a deal that everyone was happy with. Forouz even delivered my car to me personally since I wasn’t able to drive it home the day I bought it. My wife and I think this is the best dealership experience we’d ever had. If you have numerous Mazda’s in your area and this is one of them, don’t hesitate to pay them a visit.

My wife needed a new car and Diego really went out of his way to find us one that we could afford. When dealing with finding a new car, the last thing you want to experience is more headache and having to jump through uneccessary hoops and both Diego and Paul made the process and simple and painless as possible.

Fantastic Service

I totaled my car and was in need of a new car fast. Diego facilititated the agreement between financing and everything in-between all over the phone. All I had to do in person was sign the paperwork and pickup the car. Once at the dealership, everything took less than an hour. The customer service I received was extraordinary and will definitely be returning for my next purchase.

Amazing experience, good price

My wife and I needed a new car and weren't familiar with Mazda at all. Came in and Forouz greeted us with a big smile and after she told us all about the car we were interested in she helped us choose the one that had all we wanted. Pricing was easy and they gave us a good deal the first time and we left with our Mazda CX-5. I recommend this dealership and their investment if you are looking to have a good experience and work with Forouz if you are looking for an honest sales person. I went through CarGurus when I was searching for a vehicle. They connected me with Capistrano Mazda, Diego Blakely & Jerry Aydemir made the buying experience super easy. I was so dreading the paper work and time I thought it would take. They even delivered my vehicle to San Marcos...now that was something I never experienced. Thanks to all of them.

Best Car Buying Experience — Thanks Forouz!

This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Forouz and the whole Capo Mazda team really took care of me. Forouz gave me a great quote right off the bat. I was in and out in about 2.5 hours, including a test drive and all the paperwork and financing (Chris in financing was awesome). Super nice dealership with great amenities. Forouz really made the entire experience very pleasant and easy. She is very kind and looks after her clients. Astonishing

I was in for new tires, and this gentleman came second to none! They didn't have my size tires, however he did everything possible to accommodate and help my family and I. His costumer service is excellent, he kept me informed and was very friendly. He went above and beyond any other dealership I have ever been to. I was looking for a Mazda3 and I found online Capistrano Mazda (mainly for the wide inventory). Contacting them, I was supported by Marcin that patiently answered to all my questions/doubts. I appreciated especially his understanding to give me my time to decide (I'm a slow decider). I finally bought my Mazda3 and I cannot be more happy of the choice for both car and dealer.

Mazda 3 Transmission Repair

I would like to highly compliment Freddy Campos on a recent service job for my son's 2008 Mazda 3. While attending school at Cal State San Marcos and living in Escondido my son's Mazda 3 started having transmission problems and the "AT" warning light came on. I had him take it to a AAA approved repair shop in Escondido. After spending $118 for evaluation I was told there was excessive metal and chunks in the trans fluid and they would need to open up the transmission for further evaluation. Worst case would be a $3800 rebuild. I wanted to evaluate what a Mazda factory reconditioned trans would cost at my local Mazda dealer and ended up speaking with Freddy Campos. After getting the VIN, Fredy informed me the problem may be caused by the "TCM"; and if so may be covered by a special warranty existing for this car. It would cost $140 to have it evaluated and I would have to tow it from Escondido. Initially I felt skeptical and called the Mazda dealership in Escondido (less than a mile from where the car sat at the repair shop). The service representative there was less than encouraging about this scenario and did not earn my business, even though it would have been much easier for me. I towed the car to Capistrano Mazda where Freddy was waiting just before closing on a Wed night. He informed me I would not hear from him until Friday. They would need time to do a proper evaluation. Just as he promised, he called on Friday with good news that the TCM would be covered 100% by warranty. In addition there were two other items that had service recalls that were repaired. The job was completed that same day and I picked the car up with a fresh wash. I am very appreciative that Freddy Campos has a thorough knowledge of the product he services including important warranties, and also has the enthusiasm to go the extra mile for his customers. It also appears he has a competent staff of mechanics as Hector Arvizu was successful in completing the repairs in a timely fashion. I don't typically buy brand new cars, but after receiving this level of service I will definitely consider giving Capistrano Mazda my future automotive business.
