My first Acura and was very pleased with the sales staff

Traded a Jeep Grand Cherokee on a 2019 RDX w/ Technology Pkg. Worked with Chip Crouse and Phil Brandon. The dealership went to great lengths to locate the color combination that we desired. The car was delivered in perfect condition, with all the options and accessories we requested. I was very pleased with the sales people and finance manager (Eddie Tomes). On the day the vehicle was deliverd, Phil Brandon spent over an hour explaining the technology aspects of the RDX, Very professional and knowledgable. I would not hesitate to buy from Cardinaleway Acura in the future, and will recommend the dealership to friends in my community.

Phillip Exceeded Our Expectations

We visited the Acura dealership last week and worked with Phillip Brandon to buy a vehicle. It was a fantastic experience to work with him again. There was none of the typical finance games, typical what can we do games or any of the usual scripted car sales approach that everyone hates especially the famous give me a second to look at some figures and then they return with a lifesaver manager. We’ve done business with Phillip at Acura before and was satisfied with our lease. However, this time we wanted to buy a car just to suit our simple needs and worked with Phillip yet again. He knew our needs, my temperament and my wife’s style. He hit a home run in putting us in a very nice 2014 luxury RLX Sedan. And his finance guy; Juan I believe, did us a great solid in getting us a great interest rate. We highly recommend buying a car from Phillip. We received excellent service from him and all the people from Acura. Overall, we are very satisfied customers. We feel extremely grateful for how he treated my wife and me.

Rude and very disrespectful of your time, high pressure.

My original visit with Gino was so pleasant that I returned the next day with my husband. Gino was busy so were handed off to Phil. We were up front about being there to “shop” for cars. He asked for 10 minutes to get us some numbers after test drive. After 30 minutes we were passed to even more rude Sammy. Since we finally got thru to them we were not buying that day (repeated that at lest 10 times) we walked to the door and were told get the numbers from Gino. Still no numbers. It felt very much like a “time share” sales pressure. Very unprofessional. Nice car horrible dealership.

sold me a defective car. Unsafe to drive.

In December 2018 we purchased a 2018 Nissan with about 4400 miles, like new. Clean car fax they provided. On the drive home a front collision sensor light came on. I thought well, I will take the car in to Nissan since it's under warranty. Next morning I noticed oil under the car. So I got the car in to Nissan right away and they said the oil leak was because someone failed to remove the old oil filter gasket and it was "double gasketed" . We could have been easily stranded if the gasket had blown out. Back to the sensor. Had the car in to Nissan three times for the front sensor. Finally, Nissan said the sensor won't line up because the car had been in an collision. Remember, the clean car fax. So, I took the car back to Cardinaleway and they called me a liar at first by saying it was impossible for the car to be in an accident since it had a clean car fax. I told them I took the car to a body shop for their opinion as well and they confirmed the collision. Next, Cardinaleway took the car into their service dept. and their rep told me it looks like it has an after market bumper on the car and that is why the sensor won't line up. The sensor is a safety feature that could put the brakes on and could brake the car unintentionally. Bottom line is they told me it was going to cost $2000 and they were not doing anything. We were lied to when they said they did all of this "special service" that cost about $1200 to every car they take in. That's BS. IF they did this service they charged us $1200 for they would have found this problem not to mention the High School shop 101 error with the oil filter. We are talking to our attorney. Update 5/2/19 still no response from this dealer. Just got my car back from a Nissan Body Shop and they showed me the damaged parts and gave them to me for my records. Buyers Beware.

Phil is absolutely AMAZING. he sold me my first car and just a year later he sold me my second one! He is straightforward with everything in the process, anything that may impact it he tells you his concerns right away. Most importantly he works with what you can and cannot do. I would 100% recommended everyone to ask for Phil.
