Love my new car

Dan Jones was my salesman and he did an awesome job. I had been in looking 2 times and finally we got my new Sentra. I love my car and Dan did everything he could to get my payments where I could afford it. I am still waiting on the gift card which the add was misleading. It say $100 gift card but Steve O said it was a $10 gift card. I think since I am a loyal Carlock customer I should get the $100 gift card advertised. This is my 4th Sentra and had a Versa before this one. All have come from Carlock.

Terrible Routine Service

Express service messed up a routine oil change, lied about it and tried to cover it up. I had to miss an entire day of work so they could tow my car to the dealership. After dealing with this for six days total, I get my car back and all the personal items in my console were gone. Nobody seems to know anything or are they willing to help find out what happened. Requested the GM call me. That hasn’t happened. Very upset and disappointed with this experience. This is a brand new Altima that I’ve only had for two months. I will not let them touch my car again nor will I look to them for future vehicles. This is sad too because the salesman was awesome.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Good overall

Finance piece was a bit misleading. I didn’t like that the paperwork wasn’t given to me until the last minute. Percentage rate was increased and gap insurance was included without discussion.

I called and spoke with Ryan earlier in the day and explained the situation with my current car. He asked me to come in. When I arrived, there was this very nice gentleman, Dan, waiting for me and he already had my paperwork ready. Everything went smoothly and we arrived at a great new car and a payment plan that I am comfortable with. Everyone was very nice and helpful. This is my second vehicle I purchased from them.

Always super nice

I got my first car from Carlock 5 years ago. Out of all the dealerships here in Jackson they have always been the nicest and most helpful to me and my family. When I wrecked my first back in February I checked out several of the other dealers but none were as nice and thoughtful as Carlock. Dan took really good care of me and helped find the best car for me! Would recommend anyone I know looking to get a new car to go to Carlock Nissan.

Simple fix

First we had a minor issue, due to the service department persistence, they got it right. The manufacturer had different parts for the same fix. Even though it was minor, they worked to resolve it. All along they were very accomidating. Thank you gentlemen.

Liars and con artists

There is a reason they dont put a price on the used car section. They want to con you out of as much money as they can. Also they mark the cars up ridiculously high so they can say they will take some money off the sticker price and still make a huge profit off of you.

Mileage rollback

I was in a bad spot on the vehicle I had. It had a mileage rollback on it and I owed more than double what the car was worth. They gave what they could for my car and with the rebates I was able to get out from under the car and into a car I loved. They were all really friendly. It was a great experience and I'm very happy with my new car.

Went in for a busted transfer case cost 5000 to replace never called with estimate and said my new battery went out never called just replaced this isn't the way honest people work so I will find another dealership for the future service. Wouldn't let me drive the vehicle after repairs to make sure all was done to my satisfaction until all was paid.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Dishonest Dealership, take advantage of senior citizens

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan pathfinder, after a few hours of being held hostage, we finally agreed upon a price and had asked the update of the Navigation system be thrown in as an incentive. was told that they would do that, my wife asked if it needed to be in writing , they said no, just come back when the new dvd becomes available and we would be given it for no charge. Now it has been convientintly forgotten and more or less was told, "to bad, so sad". As a senior and devout Christian I find the dealership to be dishonest and would recommend any and all to steer clear of this dealership. as far as I am concerned they do a disservice to the community and especially seniors.
