Simple fix

First we had a minor issue, due to the service department persistence, they got it right. The manufacturer had different parts for the same fix. Even though it was minor, they worked to resolve it. All along they were very accomidating. Thank you gentlemen.

A great place to purchase a new car

Liars and con artists

There is a reason they dont put a price on the used car section. They want to con you out of as much money as they can. Also they mark the cars up ridiculously high so they can say they will take some money off the sticker price and still make a huge profit off of you.

Mileage rollback

I was in a bad spot on the vehicle I had. It had a mileage rollback on it and I owed more than double what the car was worth. They gave what they could for my car and with the rebates I was able to get out from under the car and into a car I loved. They were all really friendly. It was a great experience and I'm very happy with my new car.

Went in for a busted transfer case cost 5000 to replace never called with estimate and said my new battery went out never called just replaced this isn't the way honest people work so I will find another dealership for the future service. Wouldn't let me drive the vehicle after repairs to make sure all was done to my satisfaction until all was paid.

Dishonest Dealership, take advantage of senior citizens

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan pathfinder, after a few hours of being held hostage, we finally agreed upon a price and had asked the update of the Navigation system be thrown in as an incentive. was told that they would do that, my wife asked if it needed to be in writing , they said no, just come back when the new dvd becomes available and we would be given it for no charge. Now it has been convientintly forgotten and more or less was told, "to bad, so sad". As a senior and devout Christian I find the dealership to be dishonest and would recommend any and all to steer clear of this dealership. as far as I am concerned they do a disservice to the community and especially seniors.

After searching for months for a dependable used car I finally found the perfect used car for my son. It is unbelievable what some people are trying to sell as a quality used car! Carlock was very different. They represented the car quality over the Internet correctly and we were not dissapointed when we saw it. Mark Dalton was very helpful and provided exemplary service. I had been looking online for a Murano for several weeks. I had found a platinum edition that was perfect so my husband and I went to see it. We had a delightful sales woman named Heather but we weren't able to come to terms on a cash price with management. We found another Murano online at Carlock that fit perfect in our budget on the online price so we decided to go look at it. We were very happy to see that Heather was the sales woman that greeted us at Nissan. She did a great job showing us everything about the Murano we had seen. I asked about the Internet pricing and she assured us the price was correct. We are the new owners of a Nissan Murano and we love it! It was used and had a bad scratch in the back but she even got that taken care of for us. Both times we have worked with Heather she has been a delight and was very professional during our interaction. My husband will be buying a new truck in the new year Heather and Nissan will get our business again.

Awful customer service!!!

I found a vehicle online for a great price. I talked to the internet team through several emails. They confirmed the vehicle was there and available for test drive and even sent me additional pictures through text. Before I drive an hour away I called to confirm it was still available. The salesman Dustin said yes ma'am I'll have it pulled up and ready when you get here. So I get there and he is gone to lunch and the other salesman is calling him he won't answer. So after 30 min I just ask another salesman to help me. Well I didn't see the vehicle on the lot. I saw it on the gravel in the back of the parking lot. The salesman said that them cars aren't for sale there is something wrong with that one. About that time a kid salesman pulls up and it's Dustin the one I talked with on the phone not to mention the internet team that was sending me more pictures saying the car was available. I introduced myself he said ok let's go get the keys. Then he says oh I don't think that car is for sale. I said so you mean to tell me y'all are advertising a vehicle on the internet that is not for sale and you had me come here an hour away from my home for nothing? He said well you don't see nothing else you like? If I won the lottery I would not buy a car from this dealer. It's a bunch of kid salesman standing around they just try to get you there to sell you another car when the one you want is not available. 1 star is to much!!

wouldn't do business there

I went to buy new vehicle. I found what I wanted. They told what they was going to give for trade. They try to low ball my Trade. I looked up online the value on my car it was worth 24k they only offered 16k. I told there was no way i was going to do that. I left the dealership. The sales mgr called said they made error they would fix it. They came back said they would give me 21k . I told him I looked at the car online the one I was wanting they priced it 6k more than it was on the internet. It was same stock# so go figure. That's why I will be taking my business somewhere else. They will try to screw people over but not this one. I got more sense than they do.

Bait & Switch

They tried to pull the old bait & switch game on me. Advertised a vehicle for one price, then jacked the price up $4500 when I went to buy it. It's pretty low down to send an email with one price guaranteed, only to have that snatched away. I would not recommend doing business with a company that is this lowdown.

Maintenance

Went for oil change. Said that we had services that needed to be done. Charged about 1400 dollars. Got home and the back sliding door would not open. Took back. Said it was not caused by the service. Just a coincidence? ? We would have to pay for the repairs. Second vehicle I had bought from them
