Quick and Painless Buying Experience! Highly Recommend!

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Angela Dutton is phenomenal. The whole buying process was quick, efficient, and fun. I was in and out of the dealership for less than two hours and drove away with a beautiful 2020 Kia Soul! John in the finance department was friendly, straightforward, and trustworthy. I highly recommend working with Angela Dutton! A+

They tell you one thing and then the finance officer pressure you into buying something you don't need.. never buy another vehicle from them

Refused to order a part for me under warranty.

After being told by Jason at Kia on 3/28 that Carolina Kia was ordering two wheels and possibly four for my car, I called Eric Derby the Service Manager on 4/4 to see if my wheels had arrived. Mr. Derby told me that the wheels had not been ordered and that "we, as a dealer, had decided to step away from this" and "to not get involved in this particular claim". In other words, they refused to order my wheels, which Kia determined are under warranty. Currently, since 4/4, a Kia Escalated Customer Service Rep has been trying to contact Carolina Kia to get this resolved, but from what i understand, he cannot get in contact with anyone there. Had I not called on 4/4, I would probably still be waiting to hear about the status of my wheels. I previously had difficulty getting in contact with people there, and obviously Kia of America has the same difficulty. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I want to thank the 6 people that my comments have helped. Also for spreading the word for others not to buy. The word of mouth goes a long way. They have never tried to make this completly right and ran my credit down. So spread the word as much as you can NOT to buy from this dealership. They are not for the consumer, they are for themselves. The less people buy the less people will be robbed. Carolina Kia of High Point I told you what goes around will comes back around. Start the new year off right don't buy here goes somewhere else and have Happy New Year! 6 sales you have been knocked out of, lets make it a lot more in 2018. This will continue til they make it right. So people realize that this dealership is not for you!! Oh yeah thanks to The Steven's, Hall and Becker families for not buying their cars here at Carolina Kia of High Point. Ha ha more sales knocked out of...Yeah....

Great people to deal with

Our salesman was Darrywood. He went out of his way to help me get the car that I needed. He made sure I was given top dollar for my trade in and he got my payment as close to what I asked for as he could get it. My husband and I were very satisfied customers because of him.

Not honest

Not good very bad doesn't stand behind their word. Just a very bad experience. Made previous remarks now vehicle is voluntarily repossessed and I have yet to get a call. Very dishonest people. They have no morals no backbone to make this right. Tried to get them to take the vehicle back the same day but they wouldn't. I cosigned for a new kia vehicle for my ex. Now this Sorento was for me.. So now I'm left with no vehicle..no way to get one as what little credit I did have is now destroyed and oh did I mention I am disabled. 😖 What happened to a owner of a business doing the right thing. No morals and no backbone.

Drove up to the front door and Jeff came out to greet us and with a pleasant smile. I picked out the car I wanted to test drive and fell in love with it. My son also fell in love with his new Kia Optima. Jeff was very helpful and patient with us, because he was doing two transactions that night. Great experiencefor one who hates to car shop!

Gary Mitchell was determined to help me with the vehicle I REALLY wanted and not just settle for what I could afford, he helped me negotiate to the price range that was good for me, not just them. I had chosen a vehicle that when Justin in the service dept. was doing the finally inspection before allowing me to leave with the vehicle and heard something different with the engine and wanted to check it out more before taking it home. This was really a new experience for me to have anyone care enough after completing a sale to make sure that I am not stuck with a lemon!!!! While Justin was checking the engine I was given another great vehicle to drive until they knew and had repaired the issue. I truly feel this is a great group of people that did go that extra mile to make sure that my purchase of my Kia Sorento was the best even in the face of adversity. Thanks for putting me first above profit!!!!!!

buying a new car

after i spent 5 hours to buy a car, no one told me about the oil change packages i could buy. I called several times to find out information. i called kia of america ,she caleed several times with no response. Finally she called district manager and she finally got a call back. I still have not gotten a call to this day.A friend was buying a kia for his brother took pics of mine. I told him to go to another dealership and he went to battleground and bought one.

I went just to check out the deal they had going and even though I didn't qualify for it I still got a good rate because they worked so hard for me to have this car. I had been driving the same car for 15 years and kept sinking money into the Honda. Even though I hated to see her go It was time. Everyone there wanted to help me drive this KIA home. Thanks to Gary Mitchell for telling me all about the car and boy does he know these cars. I was very impressed. Dishonest dealership

We went there to buy a Kia Sorento after agreeing to a price over the phone. All was good until we were signing paperwork when they just tried to slip past us that the price of the car was $500.00 more then what we agreed upon. Apparently we did not qualify for a Kia finance rebate since we were getting such a good interest rate. Rather then being up front about that fact they just tried to have us sign the paperwork. Needless to say we left and will never plan to do business there. In addition, they kept the registration of our trade in and t we were never able to get it back from them despite many phone calls. It was a horrendous experience and one that I hope to never relive!

Best Experience Ever

Honestly the best car buying experience ever. My husband bought a 2015 Hyundai Veloster. He wanted a black turbo that was stick shift and they didn't have one on the lot but within 24 hours he was driving off in the car of his dreams! Alishia Baker, Rodney Shue, and Gary Mitchell did everything in their power to give him the best price and made their way to another location to pick up the particular Veloster that my husband wanted. We never felt pressured into making a decision that moment and even though it meant more work for them they wanted to make sure we had the car of our dreams rather than just trying to talk us into one that they did have on the lot. They will defiantly receive more business from us in the future and if you want a car buying experience where you feel you are getting what you deserve then you must go see them! Everyone their works as a team and that is one thing that i loved.
