Service on my Nissan Rogue 5/16/19
Tiffany Baker was my service advisor 5/16/19. I brought my 2016 Rogue in for normal maintenance. Tiffany was very attentive and professional. She discussed with me exactly what I had brought the car in for and made sure the work was done. Tiffany is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. When the job was done she came and got me and explained the costs. I was thinking I still had a maintenance agreement but it had expired. Tiffany explained the situation and I agreed.

Good Dealership
We recently purchased a beautiful 2019 Rogue from Carson Nissan dealership that was within our budget but later found out finance salesman Jonathan overcharged us an $1800 on the contract for the extended warranty that he had quoted us of $1200 on that evening on May 11.. 5/25 update: Manager Linda Web has responded to my voice mail the next day and got us going at the right direction in resolving the dispute with Jonathan. Thank you Linda for your prompt assistance.

I had cake from a previous dealer and my experience was terrible. They were rushing me into trying to decide on what i wanted to do while going back and forth in helping another customer and myself. However when i came to carson nissan, it was the totally opposite and i actually did not mind paying and money with them. They made me feel comfortable and made it about what i wanted.

My first car
I came to Carson Nissan for my first car thinking the worst. They greeted me and showed me all the options they had for me. We talked on what I was looking for and we came in conclusion that a Nissan Sentra was a great fit for me. That was the best decision I’ve made this year. In and Out
Carson Nissan and Miguel Flores get 5 stars from me for their great customer service and customer appreciation. I came in to buy out my lease and Miguel got my paperwork completed fast and even threw in a car wash while I waited! I went to Gardena Nissan for the same service and was turned away. Miguel was the total opposite, he was happy to help. He got me financed at a great rate and I was on my way. I was even able to get a new key fob for a great price. Even if you have to drive a little farther than you planned, make your way to Carson Nissan. They will take great care of you!
