Excellent Service

Marcello Salvino and all the staff at Carter treated me royally. We had shopped around for quite a while before we arrived at Carter Chev. Marcello and Vince actually listened to my wife in what she wanted in a vehicle. They should us options on vehicles and genuinely cared about our budget. The Chevy Cruze was the right fit. We are grateful to Marcello for treating us like people instead of numbers. I look forward to aligning myself with Carter from now on and will recommend them to all my friends and associates. I had a maintenance done and they conducted a safety check I was told that this was sufficient then they said I had to do one and charge me $75.00 for a safety check on a car I had driven for the last 4 years Went to buy the car had an appointment and was kept waiting for an hour The only individual that gets 5 stars is the service rep Lorenda Crone When I bought the car they sprung a lease admin fee on me that I wasn't advised of but they did reluctantly waive the documentation fee when I told them I would have been charged for it the second time when buying out the lease If you enjoy disorganization and frustration then Carters Burnaby is the perfect place for you

I was incredibly impressed with Carter GM when I purchased a truck with them a few weeks ago. Not only do they have a great selection of vehicles, they also have very knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to help with any needs you may have. I was able to find a truck I wanted and drive it out all within a few hours. Very happy with my experience!

Careless dealership I've ever been

I purchased my car from this location . I got Phone call for first 6 months service maintenance .I got booked for Saturday Morning. I brought my car to them.Wish I didn't. They didn't provide the Shuttle but instead they called for Taxi. But guess What? They only paid $12 and the rest was on me. I live in North Vancouver and no one informed me about that when I got ton of Phone call for Booking department. anyway that costed me $70 From and To. at the end of the day they called to inform my car is ready to pickup ,I went there and I got shocked ; Because they just changed the Oil and filter .That's it. They didn't Check My car like Other companies Do .They didn't even check the tire pressure (because one of the tire had low pressure ) or clean/wash My car at all. When i asked the lady who did the paper work for taking the car ,She just smiled and threw her hands in the air and that's it. I deal with few Dealerships and non of them provide such cheep service tat this location Do. So disappointed of them. I don't recommend them at all.

2016 Chev. Silverado Lt >> sale & after-sale service.....

It was last year in April, when I decided to purchase brand new vehicle from Carter GM in Burnaby. Was lucky to be able to deal with Dave Palermo as staff member from sales department. He was VERY helpful and forthcoming in all aspects of the deal, he also went out of his way to get me vehicle I was looking for. When attending recently the service department from Carter GM for battery problem, was able to deal with service advisor Steve Angelis, very helpful and professional person; was kept fully informed about progress of entire service on my vehicle. My vehicle was serviced not only to my full satisfaction, I also we received technical information how to maintain my vehicle as the driver.

Not impressed ovet all

Not impressed with the salesman that sold us our SUV I left messages on his voicemail and he never returned my call. I confronted him in while waiting for a oil sometime back. He was with a customer at the time. Also not impressed about my last service rep. He I certainly don't believe he should be in service as he really doesn't have much of a personality. I also called and left a message at the service and as of now no one has returned my call. As far as I am concerned I wouldn't go back and buy another SUV from your dealership.

Cool Service!

...Brought my Envoy in to the Service Department in Burnaby with the A/C blowing warm air. Left it with Mike and prepared for the bad news phone call like a faulty compressor and $1500 estimate. Instead, he called to tell me the refrigerant was low, so they evacuated then refilled the system. It's been a steady 20 degrees ever since, even at 27 ambient outside. Cool service! Thanks!
