Wonderful experience
Showed up to Cascade Subaru by mistake, that was the best thing to happen. My husband and I met geoff. Geoff who was very helpful and willing to take time to talk with us about what kind of car we wanted; and help us find something in our price range. He was willing to help us out anyway he could, to help us get our first car.

Cascade Autocenter has always been the standard for customer service here in the valley. All of the employees understand how to help customers feel welcomed and part of the family. I was fortunate enough to talk with Tony O. about purchasing a car. Tony helped me, a first time brand new car buyer, find the right car for all my current and future needs. He went into detail about all of the safety and extra features of this specific model of Outback. His customer service was above and beyond the standard; especially with a first time buyer such as myself. His personal knowledge of the vehicles he sells and examples of financial options really helped me decide on how I wanted to purchase my car. Tony really wants to make sure his customers are taken care of; I highly recommend seeking a visit with him if you are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. I want to also say that Ted K. in finance also went over in detail about all of the coverage options for my new purchase in a way that I could understand. Horrible
Purchased a vehicle from Cascade. It was a dangerous vehicle and ended up costing me $3000 the day after purchasing. Tires ended up having bald spots and places where they were sliced by a knife or something really sharp. One hour after driving off the lot my buddy and I were looking it over and the struts were leaking and almost out of oil. Also discovered the defroster doesn't work and the fan on the climate control doesn't work. The response I received from Cascade Auto Center was that it wasn't their problem and they weren't going to do anything about it. Horrible experience! I will not reccomend even though my family has been buying from Cascade since the early 1990's myself I have purchased from them 6 times. Buyer beware!

Tony Omlin was a pleasure to work with. Followed up on all our questions in a timely manner but didn't pressure us during the purchasing process. We have purchased 3 subarus in the last few years for our family and will continue to frequent Cascade for our car needs.

A Bad Car Day turned into An Amazing New Lease
My wife and I were headed home from spending Christmas with our family in East Wenatchee, got as far as the Kittitas exit on 1-90, and our old hand-me-down Cadillac decided it was time to go. She (Iris) has not only given us a great time with little trouble, but my mom owned it new since 2007 and it served her well too. (Not for nothin', but the Cadillac ALSO came from Cascade Auto Center). So, at a cross-roads between dumping more money into our 2007, getting pushed into something that we weren't completely stoked about at the Ellensburg dealership, or limping the car home to deal with the trusted team at Cascade, it was a no-brainer. Jordan & Steve Baldock set us up with Leon Comeau and took incredible care of us. No disrespect to the other Subaru salespeople because we didn't work with them, but if you want to buy a Subaru and KNOW you are getting the absolute best of what is offered, seek out Leon. He put our mind's at ease when most people weren't even working. He made it a painless process getting into and leaving in a brand new lease. I started my day completely mad that our hand-me-down wasn't going to last until summer like we had planned, but by the end of it I was glad that series of events transpired to lead us to that experience. Truly, the best car buying experiences I've ever had, a painless and memorable first car buying experience for my wife, and a great story to dine out on when we get compliments on our new car (and there are plenty for it's a good lookin' car.)
