Found oil leaking from my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country all over my driveway one late Saturday morning. Called Central Service . Amanda told me to bring it in right away and they would look at it went time allowed . Had car back on Tuesday evening , great job.

Since the date of the purchase of my 2015 Dodge Ram, I have had this dealership service nearly every oil change at the required time interval recommended. On my last particular visit, it was for an L.O.F. and a Center link recall. Upon pick up which was the next day. I noticed there was no “Next Reminder" Sticker on the windshield. So I pop the hood to check the color of the oil, and noticed the dip stick sticking out a few inches, and other levels of fluid that were never topped off. I asked to verify that the oil actually got changed. I was assured it was. The next day driving to work, the "change oil soon light" comes on on the dash board. Now Im not too happy, so I returned the next day to reset the electronic reminder. Three visits for a simple oil change. Not to mention the cost of the oil change went from $90.00 to $110.00. That was with a $20.00 coupon. That experience is enough for me to reconsider going back there again.

Service for oil chance was fine and I would recommend. . I also have a rattle inside the car. Was told a diagnostic would cost $150 and take a few hours to complete when I got there. Was not told this in advance of my appointment. I was also told that your dealership doesnt accept third party extended warranties which is a surprise to me as I purchased my Jeep in another state. What a disappointment since I've always taken my car here for service.

Great Experience

What I was hoping was something simple turned out to be a lot more significant. Shawn made the experience less painful by being patient, talking me through what might be the problem and giving me time to digest the cost. In the end, it was costly but it was a big repair and I felt I was treated fairly. Many thanks to Shawn and Central's top notch technicians, great job by all involved!

I initially placed my service request online prior to calling for confirmation. The service associate told me that the online scheduling was not working for a period of time. I find it concerning that I was not informed on their service website that this feature was not working after completing the information needed for scheduling. I placed my appointment and received an email confirmation the day prior to my appointment date. My sister dropped off the vehicle and was granted a loaner car due to the service needed would take much of the day. After dropping off the vehicle at 8:30 AM, I received an update of the service required at 3 PM the same day. The service associate describe the issue and what was needed to resolve the issue and gave his opinion that it would be completed before the end of business. He was going to confirm with the technician working on my vehicle. I did not receive any follow up call for that day. The next day in the morning, I went to my job and my sister inquired on the loaner vehicle paperwork as it was only schedule to be used for 24 hours. My sister was informed that my vehicle would be ready at 10 AM of the same day. We pick up my vehicle after 6 PM without any issues and fees. The summary above describes my experience. As a customer, you want to know what the issue and plan to resolve it with the call. I understood the issue and action taken to resolve it but it seems to be a temporary. I am left feeling that I will need to make another visit for the same issue that may not be under warranty. My vehicle is a 2017 model and was bought in June of 2017. This issue occurred in December of 2018. Should this be a re-occurring issue?
