I recently purchased a vehicle at Century and their staff was awesome to deal with. They made my experience comfortable in making sure I had full understanding of everything before purchasing and making sure I received the best price. Their service department is excellent as well very friendly and easy to set up appointment with them. I will for sure be buying more vehicles from here. Thanks century for the great experience!

I had a very good Experience with my purchase from Century Dodge. Beau was my salesman And he was very knowledgeable friendly and actually excited to sell me a car. He was not pushy we can do a deal rather quickly he got me the best deal possible for the vehicle I trade it in and I was very appreciative of him doing that. Not many salesmen go the extra mile but my guy Beau Did just that. I highly recommend seeing him for your purchase on Dodge vehicles

I have now purchased two personal vehicles from Century and just completed the sale on a company vehicle for my work. The sales team at Century is always willing to help out as soon as you walk in the door. They are quick to start working on your deal, and the attentiveness and follow-up is fantastic. Joe D. went above and beyond as expected during my last visit and the following days before purchasing my work vehicle. If Joe was busy, Dan jumped in quickly to make sure help was being offered and had a price/vehicle specs ready in no time at all offering to have one brought from another location. They will check in with you and make sure they are doing all they can to meet your needs and make the process smooth! I will continue to recommend their team to friends and family.

Century Motors has aweomse customer service.

We have been using their services for years and have purchased 2 Chrysler 300 cars and 2 Dodge Ram pickups from them over the years. The service and follow up has always been exceptional and that is why we have stayed with them for so many years. We have referred them to several of our friends and they are as happy as we have been. Thank you to Kevin Mock and all his staff and employees for the great customer service.

Great place to buy a car/truck

Just bought my fourth vehicle from here. I will Not go anywhere else for a vehicle. The guys up there always go way above what they need to do, to not only make buying the car a good experience, but the follow up service is the best I have had. This review is coming from a guy that hates buying cars, this is why I will only go here!!!!

Service Dept is rude and they cant fix anything. They lie!

Had to have our truck towed to Century Jeep and Chrysler due to engine not coming on. It had been to another dealer just a week prior to get recall work done that should have fixed the leaking coolant. Was told by Century service Dept that the engine in our 2015 Ram 3500 was blown and to have a rebuilt one it would cost us $29,000. I almost fell over! A truck 3 years old should not need a new engine. When we proceeded to talk with Ram themselves to cover this because it was just at another dealer for repairs, we were then notified that the reason for the "bad engine" was now due to lack of maintenance. Century all of a sudden found sludge in the oil so now they are claiming that lack of maintenance caused it. Um yeah, I just spent $40,000 on a truck and not going to take care of it. Century then called to say they needed us to pick up the truck because it was sitting in their bay taking up room. It had actually been sitting outside since they weren't working on it and we were waiting to hear from Ram as to whether they would fix it or not. Sent a tow truck over to pick it up and the service Dept had put the keys in it and locked it. I called the service dept to ask why and they were so rude. So, it cost me another $100 on top of the $300 towing bill because the towing company had to do extra work to get into the truck to be able to tow it. Needless to say, I will never recommend Century to anyone. They are rude, they lie and try to take advantage of people. Not quite sure how they are even still in business.

Incompetent service department

My insurance works with this place. When I lost the keys to my truck they towed it there so I could get new keys done. After I picked up the keys my check engine light came on. Service department was closed so I drove home and called them the next day. They denied all responsibility and offered to get it checked out for the usual fee. I denied since the check engine light was not on before I had the car towed. It got worse - about a month later my key did not work anymore and I had to call my insurance again and it went back to them. The service manager was rude - even so that I told them not to do anything until I got there to check out what's going on, they had already taken my truck apart so I had no choice but to pay for the installation of a new ignition switch. The way it is the key's were not done right, so the ignition switch went bad - so I paid over $1,000 for the ignition switch and the keys and I have still an issue with my check engine light that they caused to come on. I even went thru BBB and they answered them wrong. I can only recommend to stay away from this place - incompetent and rude.

Customers are an unwanted intrusion..

The service staff is generally courteous, but seem to be hamstrung by antiquated systems and indifferent management. While waiting for my car to be released to me after being repaired the previous day, I went onto the show room floor looking to trade in my older Jeep on a new Grand Cherokee Limited. There were four sales people on the floor, huddled around a counter discussing what to order for lunch from a take out menu. I was on the floor for 15 minutes, tried to make eye contact several times as I stood patiently near by. I was the only customer, clearly waiting to talk to someone about buying a car. I was ignored to the point that I began to wonder how long I could stand there, a mere 3 feet away without being noticed. I gave up after 15 minutes and left the dealership, never to return. Two days later, I bought a Grand Cherokee from a dealer 20 miles away. They gave me a fair deal, appreciated my business, treated me with respect and the entire transaction took less time than it took to pick up my car from the service department at Century - the day after the repairs had been completed! Don't waste your time in Wentzville if you're looking to buy or service a Jeep or Dodge. This place won't be around long under current management.

Horrific Service Department

I had an absolute horrible experience with their service department. After giving them an extensive explanation on what was wrong with my car (stuttering on the highway) they somehow decided to fix an issue with a ball joint that was apparently locking up my drive train during turns, an issue I had never noticed and never told them about. Since they said the ball joint was bad, they refused a refund as it fixed an issue, even if it wasn't the one I had brought it in for, even though I heard them over the phone guaranteed me that it was a fix for the issue I had stated. I brought the car back after having the same stutter reoccur 13 times on my drive to work, and 9 times on the way back. They kept my car for over a week, never called me once with an update, and when I finally called, they said they did not have a single occurrence of the issue I stated and could not find anything wrong, but would keep testing. I picked the car up to take it elsewhere, as I do not trust them with any aspect of my vehicle, and will just take the $700 hit for the ball joint so I can make sure I get the proper service elsewhere. And also, after apparently zero occurrences of this stutter happening over a course of their week test driving, it happened 7 times on my way back from picking it up. I am absolutely disgusted by their business practices and knowledge.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Horrible Service, left car a mess, scratched paint

My experience with Century has been HORRIBLE. "Kelly" who says he's a service manager, is the most rude and mean person I have even spoken with at a car dealer. I received ZERO concern or help from him when mentioning my issues. Do not take your car here - it's worth the drive to go elsewhere!
