No Hassle...No Hustle

By pbh201 on 3/30/2018 at 4:50 PM. Helped by Frank, Gina and Austin.

Having never purchased a car online, I found Century Motors to be a positive experience through Auto Trader.com. I was looking for a clean, low mileage older car and found a 2002 Lexus LS430. When we went to the ;dealer, there was no pressure and I was impressed by the fact that being an online seller, they didn’t have a regiment of sales persons. The owners and Austin were most helpful in answering our questions. The showroom was not filled with cars for sale. It looked more like a decorated family room. The cars were in the “garage” that we could see through the glass. We bought the car and I drove the 225 miles home with a car that handled like a new car. Century Motors sells cars all over the world and have shipped many to Europe, Africa, and South America through the nearby port. We are most pleased with our purchase.

I would recommend this dealer.

Be Careful of what is under the Nice looking Car

By Upset on 2/23/2018 at 9:34 PM. Helped by Frank, Gina and Austin.

I got taken by this dealer. I know it is my fault and that I should have checked, but it was late and they were closing. I got a Chevy Impala that looked really nice. It was also very nice in the interior. 2 weeks later the transmission failed, and the 3 month warranty they gave me did not cover it. Also, when we raised the car to do the transmission work, the whole bottom of the car is corroded. All the brake and fuel lines need to be replaced and all the wheels brake and joints are all corroded as well. When I asked the owner, Mr. Fuzzy, to help me, he just told me that the car was okay and for me to enjoy it. I lost the money, I got another car that is safe to drive. He also re-finished the good car I traded in for the junky car. He got a Carfax report on my car and he left out that the car had the transmission replaced....what an honest thing to do.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great Car, like new, low mileage!

By SoccerRef on 2/7/2018 at 12:45 PM. Helped by Frank Fuzy, Gina Fuzy.

I was looking for an Impala, older year, with low mileage. I spent about 8 months looking, but patience pays off. I found it here.....2004, 44k miles. The car still smells new. The service was great, I was out with the car and all the paper work in little less than 1 hour. Great people and not your usual 'car salesman' pressuring you to get a car. I recommend this place and its people.....

Very easy to deal with

By Carl on 1/19/2018 at 12:56 AM. Helped by Frank, Gina, Austin.

I purchased a vehicle from Century Motors January 5, 2018. This was my 1st vehicle from them, my second online. I am very happy with the purchase, and happy with their service. I had the car shipped to me in Michigan, and other than it traveled through terrible weather all the way here and arrived very dirty because of it, once I ran it through a car was it was just fine and looked great. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer.

best place to buy a car

By Thakarshi C on 1/17/2018 at 12:42 AM. Helped by Frank, Austin.

I am writing this review after two months of using my minivan which I purchased from Century Motors of South Florida. When I found this car on Ebay, I had never bought a car online before. However, the description of the vehicle was accurate and there were plenty of detailed photos of both the interior and the exterior including those of any discoloration and/or scratches, which gave me enough confidence to make the purchase without seeing the vehicle in person. Also, Frank and the staff were easily available over the phone to answer all of my queries and gave me further confidence to finalize the purchase. Austin at Century Motors guided me through the entire process including money transfer, obtaining the title, and shipment. The minivan was shipped in a timely manner and arrived without any hassle. Basically, I got a well-maintained minivan with a low mileage at a fair price. I will definitely look at the Century Motors inventory before purchasing my next car and would willingly recommend Century Motors to anyone, anywhere in the United States looking to buy a car.

I would recommend this dealer.

First Class Dealership!

By Dr. J on 1/11/2018 at 3:02 PM. Helped by Frank, Gina, Austin.

After a 4-hour nightmare at CarMax, my husband and I stumbled upon Century Motors. Century Motors of South Florida (Frank, Gina and Austin) is professional, courteous, service-oriented and goes the "extra mile" to ensure customer satisfaction. I'd recommend Century Motors over CarMax any day! Their inventory is appealing, their show room is clean and nostalgic, and service is "first class". I would highly recommend Century Motors of South Florida if one is in the market for a pre-owned car.

I would recommend this dealer.

OK to do buisness with

By rcktorrez on 11/26/2017 at 8:34 AM. Helped by Frank.

Test drove three vehicles and ended up purchasing two. Frank would not budge on a two car discount but I have to say the vehicles were priced to sell. He did however detail and fill up the fuel tanks on both. Overall the experience was pleasant, I was treated well and never pushed to purchase any vehicle. I have to say the place is impeccably clean and well organized. I honestly felt as if I was at a new car dealership. Aside from being left to wait before I was able test drive the first vehicle, Austin was very attentive. I do suggest, as stated in other reviews, cleaning the inside of some of these vehicles prior to showing. Two of the three vehicles I test drove had oil finger prints inside and was extremely dirty. Now what's left is to see how the vehicles hold up and if the service they provide is as they claim if I do have any issues.

I would recommend this dealer.

Poorly prepared

By sidney on 9/1/2017 at 2:14 AM. Helped by Austin and frank.

When I picked up my Car the interior was dirt. When I pulled the mats from the trunk, which were upside down, they hadn't even been vacuumed.i opened the gas door and it's as black inside, the car is white. There was masking tape left inside the door where someone had painted the car. Of course frank knew nothing about it. After I picked up the car the check engine light came on. Franks had me take it to his garage and I was told it was the gas cap. The local parts dealer did not have one so Austin told me what to do when I got home. Well I bought a gas cap and it did not solve the problem. When I had it tested the error was too lean and a fauled injector 3 to be exact. I was told by frank that the car was from Florida. When I looked at the carfax it said that all of the services were performed in Pennsylvania. This is a poor way to dealer a car. I am going to get the car detailed when I get home and send frank the bill. Also for anything the shop finds. If frank doesn't want to pay then I will take him to small claims. The actual buying of the car was good it's the condition in which I received it. I will also write to eBay and voice my concerns

I would not recommend this dealer.

Fraud and lies. Photos were not accurate RUN RUN AWAY!!!

By DAVIDCONGER on 6/27/2017 at 2:14 AM. Helped by Frank Fuzzy, Gina Fuzzy, Austin Bullock.

This dealer advertised my 2005 Expedition as to be in like new condition to the point Frank demanded 4K above book value! What a joke vehicle had been disclosed as to have one very minor accident on the front bumper so minor no damage and the air bags did NOT deploy! HUH what a freaking lie! This vehicle has been side swiped and the rear lift gate was hit so hard that the rear lift gate appears to be replaced with a white one. My vehicle is black. The whole back lift gate has been repainted with A SPRAY CAN OF BLACK PAINT! Yes I said spray can like you would use to market a hole or paint a project not a 15K SUV! The drivers and passenger front windows didn't work, Brake and gas pedals stuck in upper position, Appears to be blood on the drivers seats leather. I told you about the the rear lift gate. I took this advertised as perfect vehicle to the auto body shop. Not including any of the mechanical problems the bill to fix it was over 11K! Now you are asking how did this dealer pull this off. Well here is the best part. I found it on ebay. Dealer had 3K in sales plus with no complaints on feedback so I trusted what he was advertising was accurate. Lots of laughs EBAY IS IN ON THE SCAM! So I pay for the SUV and it is shipped to me. It arrives with all the damage described as above. You can hear Franks stealing smile through the email. Oh we aim to please you can return it but you are responsible for shipping. So the vehicle I waited a month for I am suppose to just eat 2200 dollars on and hope this thief is going to return my money! So I had to deal with it. I filed a negative on Ebay. EBAY REMOVED IT! I have watched 3 other negatives get removed in the last 2 months from this dealer on Ebay. Ebay is in on it! I personally have started fraud charges with the Florida DMV and recommend all of Franks other VICTIMS do the same!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great experience and love my new Audi

By Daniel G on 4/5/2017 at 2:43 PM. Helped by Austin, Frank, Gina.

Not sure what issues these other people had but my experience with Austin, Frank and Gina was great. I flew down from upstate NY and was picked up the next morning at the hotel, taken to the dealership and allowed to test drive the vehicle alone I was looking at. They were open about everything and everything was as described. They were great people to work with and will definitely be going back again for my next car. In my opinion you can't go wrong working with Century Motors of South Florida.

I would recommend this dealer.

Fraud, Lies, Non-Disclosure, Horrible customer service and c

By Chris F. on 2/7/2017 at 9:34 PM. Helped by Frank Fuzzy, Gina Fuzzy, Austin Bullock.

We have also had a very bad experience with Century Motors, Frank and Gina Fuzzy and Austin Bullock. Unlike the unsuspecting victims that Century Motors preys upon, I am a paralegal and held a south Florida dealer license in the past, so let’s say I am pretty familiar with the law. This is not any type of Legal advice as I am not an attorney!! If anybody needs any contact information for the State Attorney’s office, DMV inspectors or the multiple outlets to leave negative reviews for Century Motors please, inbox me for the information as it would not allow URL's. Understand, they can play games on an individual basis, but multiple complaints to the right places will put an end to their games. All you have to remember is this “Non-Disclosure”. One of various emails sent to Frank and crew: Frank (Century Motors): You lie, cheat and tried to steal from us as you have done to so many unsuspecting victims, and you accuse us of extortion, you are clueless. The truth has no agenda, Frank you told us the truck has no issues it was inspected and test drove, not true!!! We have picture and video documentation. Of how we received the truck Sunday 1/22/2017 this is a auction vehicle at best and should have never been sold retail. See we also owned a dealership in South Florida in the past and understand the laws. All I can say is you have to be kidding me!!! (Quote from Frank ; “immaculate, no noticeable defects and drives perfectly”) These damages were never DISCLOSED. Hence “NON DISCLOSURE” Illegal The dealership knew, or because of the obviousness of the damage and defects should have known that portions of the vehicle had been damaged, and that some of the damage were still not fixed. Frank and Century motors should have known the vehicle was in one or more collisions causing damage to the vehicle. Century motors was aware of this when they sold the vehicle to us. The Toyota Sequoia was purchased as our business vehicle and now this is impeding on our ability to make a living, we will have to spend hours trying to get this truck where it’s safe to drive. we have now lost approximately $3000+ in time, lost wages costs this has been a huge inconvenience and we are going to recover from the damages caused by Frank Fuzzy Century motors fraud. Needless to say that besides the monies that this truck will cost to be repaired properly we have to take time out of our busy schedule to bring the truck around to all these different places to have the repairs done and lose income because of it. You were dishonest to us, if you would have been honest from day one we could of weighted the options of the costs of repairs and the cost of the truck to see if it was worth the price or not, $11,900 and having to add another $2500 on top of that, this vehicle is not worth it then. NON DISCLOSURE; is FRAUD 1. Loud banging noise in front 2.Bad shacking in front 3.Not 1 but 2 broken axles in front 4.Bad ball joints 5.Bald tires in rear 6.Chopped tires in front 7.Front end out of alignment 8 Hit in rear hatch and bumper 9.Rear hatch lock inoperable due to external damage 10 Engine miss was told spark plugs need replacing 11.Rims were spray painted to hide salt pitting wow what else is covered up. Also remember Century Motors was going to ship without fixing This sequoia with a dangerous lower ball joint recall/defect after the $4000 deposit and a sign contract not to mention the back dated documents oops. Frank who extorting who??? Florida Statute, 501.976(5)...it is an unfair or deceptive act or practice to: Represent orally or in writing that a particular vehicle has not sustained structural or substantial skin damage unless the statement is made in good faith and the vehicle has been inspected by the dealer or his agent to determine whether the vehicle has incurred such damage. Q: What is "auto dealer fraud"? A: "Auto dealer fraud" is a term that describes deceptive and unlawful practices used by automobile dealers, at almost any stage of the vehicle purchase process -- from advertising, to negotiation of vehicle pricing and financing terms. Examples of auto dealer fraud Include "bait and switch" advertising practices, deceptive inflation of vehicle prices, and failure to disclose information about a vehicle oops Common Examples of Illegal Practices Most types of fraudulent activity that take place at auto dealerships can be characterized as either non-disclosures, or affirmative misrepresentations. Non-disclosures occur when a salesperson withholds information affecting the desirability or value of a vehicle. Examples include a failure to inform the customer that the vehicle was previously used as a rental, that it was involved in a collision or sustained other hidden damage, or that the vehicle’s warranty has expired. Proving Fraud and Collecting Damages A victim of auto dealer fraud will likely find a tort action to be the most effective means of inflicting meaningful retribution upon the dealer and obtaining a significant damage award. To establish a common law claim for fraud, the victim must show that the dealer omitted or misrepresented material facts, resulting in a financial loss for the victim. To qualify as material, the facts at issue must pass the “but for” test. In other words, but for the omitted or misrepresented facts, the customer would not have purchased the vehicle. FACT Once fraud is proven, the victim may be entitled to various remedies tailored to the specific circumstances, such as being allowed to surrender an unwanted vehicle and having the court order a refund of all payments made toward the purchase. The victim may also be allowed to cancel any outstanding loan balances or obligations, and receive compensation for wrongful repossession of the vehicle, if that occurred. Court costs and attorney fees may be available, and in cases of especially shameful or predatory conduct by the dealer, the victim may be awarded punitive damages. How sad and pathetic, Frank is it when grown men have no other means of providing for their families but to lie and cheat and steal to make a living. All criminals are the same Frank; they get greedy, comfortable, brazen and sloppy make they make mistakes and get caught, case and point. I do have to say thanks Frank, anything over $10k make a much more interesting Tort , thanks!!! Unlike all your other unsuspecting victims we have the time and resource to see this through and you will be held accountable. See I am a man of my word and I promise you this fight is not going to be worth the few dollars you made on this swindle. We have been advised from this time forward we conduct any and all communications by email correspondence only, NO PHONE CALLS. You have 24 hours to reply to this email as to how you are going to handle this pre-meditated fraud before further legal actions are taken. Game On!! And this xxxxxxxx about you offered to buy the truck back and we refused does not excuse from the FRAUD you committed.

I would not recommend this dealer.
