No-pressure, just honest & professional service!

We came in yesterday to begin research for our next car. We still have time left on our lease, so we weren’t ready to buy yet... we were afraid that might mean we wouldn’t be given the time of day, or that we would still be pressured into making a decision, as that has often been the case in our previous experiences at other dealerships. But the staff at Audi Northlake was so helpful & professional, and at no point did we feel rushed or uncomfortable. We had the pleasure of working with Alf, and he was just fantastic. He took the time to educate us (might I mention, honestly!!) about the different SUV models and the differences between the trims, which was incredibly helpful in narrowing down our search. Though we are still a little while off from making a purchase, we will definitely be sure to begin our search at Audi Northlake.

Amazing Experience

Visited the Audi Northlake dealership looking at a used Audi Q7. Stephen Duty provided exceptional service without the high pressure sales tactics you find at other dealerships. Extremely knowledgeable about the car features, history, etc. Made the buy process enjoyable. Regarding the financing and warranty, Adam Ricker was also exceptional. Adam helped me get an extremely competitive rate and also informed me about additional warranties available on my pre-owned car. Again no high pressure sales tactics making the entire purchase stress free. I highly recommend working with Stephen and Adam if you visit this dealership.

BAIT AND SWITCH!

BAIT AND SWITCH!! ABSURD! Drove 90 miles to the dealership to see and buy a CPO car that I was told was available multiple times, 60 minutes prior to arriving, I triple checked because I had to leave work early just to drive there on time or else I would never have went. They even said they’d pull the vehicle up front for me. Turns out it was sold the day before! They tried to put me in something that’s been on their lot for 3 months (I wonder why) that is overpriced and more expensive though. Not one time did the sales manager come to talk things over with me, they knew what they were doing. I have tremendous experience working in the car sale industry being I did so for 12 years in New York City, never has this happened to me before. Don’t be fooled by the nice looking dealership design and pretty cars, for an Audi dealership who sells luxury cars, they sure pulled the good old bait and switch! Terrible! What a joke! I’m reporting them. What a waste of 180 total miles and my time and gas. Be aware! Go elsewhere!!!

My experience couldn't have been easier or better in any way

My name is Barry Landreth and I would like to take this opportunity to share what incredible experience I had in working with Northlake Audi and specifically my sales person Stephen Duty. I flew from Sarasota Florida to purchase my vehicle from Stephen, he had just exactly the car I was looking for, I was able to take a photo of my license plate, my registration, my insurance card and email it to him. Stephen graciously made arrangements for me to be picked up by one of the dealership team members at the airport and was driven to the dealership. Once I arrived I was welcomed warmly by the entire staff of the Hendrick Automotive Group. Stephen had all of my paperwork ready, the car was ready completely detailed and ready for my trip back to Florida. I not only had the very best service, bought just exactly the car I wanted, but I also received the best price, the process could not have been easier or smoother. Not only would I recommend the Hendrick Automotive Group, specifically Northlake Audi, and Steven Duty to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle and but I would most definitely fly from Sarasota again to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Service Department, Lack of Service

Gary Burke Worst Service ever never take your car here. If I could have given 0 stars I would've, let me start from the being. I bought A CPO (?)2016 A8L with 17000 miles on it still under man. warranty. (Gary Burke)(1)Went to Northlake Audi they found the rotors where warped instead of fixing them they said it had to be done at the dealer I bought it from. Went back to dealer and they did the repairs, which Audi North lake could have done because it was still under warranty. (Gary Burke)(2) The car I bought has the premium sound system in it the bass went out, It took them 30 days to get it fixed and some one stole my floor mats reported it to the service department and was told they would send news out, never happened. (Gary Burke)(3) Had a red fluid leaking from my car turned it in they seen where something was leaking cleaned it, but couldn't find the leak. I drive home car leaking again call the service department no call back. Gary Burke!!!

Horrible Customer Service!- Sales Person: Alf George

I had researched online and narrowed down on Audi Q7 or Merc based on the features, options etc. The sales person Alf was acting as if he was doing us a favor showing the car and that we should be lucky to buy a car from them. They gave us an appointment at 3pm and the sales person was not there when we went to the dealership and they kept us waiting for a long time. He came back and spent some time with us and then took another customer and asked us to wait till he finishes. We walked to the manager and told her that we could buy the car if they gave us a good deal and she offered some small discounts but then in the back of our mind, we were wondering why are we even giving these guys business when the customer service is so poor. We walked out of the dealership and almost decided not to buy Audi due to the bitter experience. We wanted to give one last try at Audi of Charlotte. We went there the same evening. what a difference.They were extremely nice and we bought our loaded Q7 there. It was a pleasant experience. Save some time and just skip these guys(Audi of Northlake) in future.

Purchased 2015 A4 - Love it!

Have been searching for a good value used A4 for awhile. Found a car at Audi Northlake and dealt with Richard Reynolds. He was not overbearing, very informative, and very responsive. After taking delivery of my car, I had a slight problem. He / Audi Northlake took care of the issue promptly and supplied a service loaner. I would say that this experience has been very positive and I would recommend Richard at Audi Northlake to anyone. - June

Alf George is Great!

I very much dislike the car buying process, but Alf made it so much better. I knew the type of car I wanted and he did a great job delivering. He didn't push at all, at anytime. I even put a deposit down on a car and we both knew it wasn't exactly right. Instead of pushing or trying to sell, he worked with me to get the exact car I wanted and was totally comfortable with me not buying the first car. He stayed in contact and I ended up with a great car at a lower price. I felt comfortable working with Alf and had little exposure to the rest of the dealership. If you are going to shop for or buy an Audi, go see Alf. He knows the vehicles and helps you purchase the right car. He does not "sell" you a vehicle. I have to mention this part of the process as well, and it is not a reflection on Alf. I also always get a frustrated when the finance team really pushes the warranty. They are the last contact with the dealer and they make you feel like you bought an unreliable car and you HAVE to get the warranty. Everyone knows they get paid more for selling those warranties, but have some faith in the car and your dealer reputation that is selling the car. The point should not be to make the consumer feel bad upon leaving. I do not have any experience with the service department yet, so we will see how that is later.

Awesome. I honestly couldn't be happier...

I had the pleasure working with Nick Gilman. A friend and I walked in recently a few days before the New Year and were looking to lease an A6 & a Q5. We walked in around 6:30 PM on a Thursday night even though they close at 7:00 PM and were greeted by one of the salespeople who welcomed us and showed us around. We looked at the cars in the showroom then the salesperson introduced us to Nick as the original salesperson politely told us he had clients that had just come in. We simply sat down with Nick told him what we both wanted and he showed us a few models on his computer, we went over leasing prices, picked two models that we liked and Nick asked if we wanted to take them for a test drive but my friend and I asked to have our credit ran before we even stepped foot in any Audi just to see our buying/leasing credit tier. Everything was good to go and we then went back to Nick's computer, he generated two quotes which laid out options with or without money down, 36 or 48 months leases, all of the features that were in the cars, the discount, the exact numbers that we wanted to see which made the whole leasing experience very straight forward and we were able to make a pretty quick decision. It's now over 9:00 at this point and Nick could have told us to come back tomorrow before we even did any paperwork but Nick didn't mind staying at all along with a few managers and a finance person, whose names I forgot now right. The whole process was very straight forward while interacting with every person who stayed to get this done for us so we could walk out of the dealership with two cars brand new 2017 Audi's that night! Nick was very informative, answered every question we had about features, pricing, leasing and general questions, we had a lot. I never felt like I was rushed into anything when deciding exactly what we wanted nor when it came to the quotes, we asked for about three different each, Nick was very outgoing, friendly and told us like it IS, not just what we wanted to hear. I have been to a lot of dealers in NYC, NJ, FL and my friend was also in other states and I can honestly say this was the best experience we both have ever had, period. We walked out with the A6 that night well past 1130 PM, it was washed for us and were given two boxes of washing soap/car care products and drove off. We decided to wait until the next morning to finish the Q5. We came in the next day earlier than we said, walked up to the front desk and asked for Nick, the woman at the front desk told us Nick wasn't in yet as we kind of figured since we were early. They called Nick who said he would be in shortly but to get all of the paperwork done before Nick came in the woman at the front desk told us she would get a manager to help us with the remaining paperwork and to see the finance person to finalize everything. We asked a few questions while with the finance person the night before and with the different one during the next day. Everything was answered without hesitation including showing us the different protection plans and explaining exactly what each plan covered and what it didn't cover, we picked the plan finished signing and they told us that the car was getting washed and that it would be done shortly. 10 minutes or so later the car was out, they gave us the keys had a young woman show us both the features in both cars and how to use them. When my friend was coming out for us to leave he noticed a little scratch on the hood so he asked Nick if he would be able to take care of it for me and Nick didn't hesitate to say, sure, no problem I'll have it fixed for you, bring it in next week, which I was perfectly fine with plus I was having them add tints to the car. I will definitely be continuing my business with Audi Nortlake, Nick and the rest of the staff and so will my friend.

Easy to work with!

Audi Northlake was very welcoming and pleasant. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but the salesman was able to help me and I ended up buying a brand new 2017 A7! It has been a fantastic car. The Dealerships service lane is one of a kind and they provide loaner cars. The Dealership was very clean. You can tell the sales team has a lot of fun and really loves their jobs. They we are laughing and having a good time with me. They were very transparent and I have never had a salesman give me all the information I needed in order to make a decision. They were not pushy and didn't force me to buy a car. They were very laid back and allowed me to be in control. I had an amazing experience!!!!!

Worst experience ever!

Certified preowned purchase had major problems, entire dealership had only excuses, refused to investigate issue, communication between sales & service non existent. Have had my car for 4 days to mk ashtray lid open to accommodate phone charger, the only repair to the "certified" car they plan to make despite bringing the issues to their attention the day after purchase. Still waiting, 1 month thus far for salesperson Nick Gilman to respond to communication day after the sale. Service tech seems completely uninterested in investigating not to mention actually resolving car issues. "Certified" means NOTHING! They simply check yes on every item on the list and park the car on the lot. With so many things the tech lied about that I can see, it scares me to death to know what I'm going to experience mechanically. Have to dump this car as soon as I can. Northlake should not be allowed to continue to tarnish Audi brand.
