Shady people

Bought a certified used vehicle from these clowns, only comes with 1 key. xxxx near had to fight for 1 free oil change since the oil life in the vehicle was at 50%. Found out from another Chevy dealer that if the vehicle is GM certified it is supposed to come with everything a new car does (2 sets of keys owners manual etc). Plus you are supposed to get 2 free oil changes with the purchase of a certified vehicle. That was my first and last purchase from this dealership, I will purchase future Chevy from a reputable dealership. IF BUYING FROM THEM DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU ARE GETTING EVERYTHING THAT IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THE VEHICLE. Once you sign all they tell you is "you already signed the contract not our problem".

I would not recommend this dealer.

Horrible-Stay Away!

Tonia did not follow through with sending paperwork on the date requested. Extremely rude after we made a purchase and asked about a second key. We stopped by the dealership to inquire about the key since she had not called us back. We were greeted with a very nasty attitude before we even stepped foot into her cubicle. She became so irate that the manager was brought in to calm the situation. However, his presence was a complete joke. Tonia continued her irrational behavior and shook her finger at my face while leaning towards me. The manager just stood there holding up the wall. I asked for her to be removed from the area. The manager did not apologize but made excuses stating that me asking why she had not discussed with us that there was only one key prior to leaving really upset her. First, she said that she looked while we were completing paperwork. Then, she said she didn't know until after I called asking about it that I had the only key. Bottom line her irrational behavior was due to being caught in a lie not because her character was in question. This location lacks a serious dose of professionalism. It's best to avoid her or the dealership all together. The car is still fine but it's keyless entry with a hefty price tag for a spare.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Stay Away!

I went to Spatanburg Cheverolet for a simple oil change with my 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Zo6 with only 3690 miles on the odometer, who better than a Chevrolet dealer to take your Corvette, right? WRONG! The oil capacity on this car is 8 quarts, these clowns put in 10 quarts, I then proceeded to drive the car to Phoenix Arizona 2100 miles at 80/90 miles per hour. Once I got home the car was running pretty rough so I took it to a local Chevy dealer and discovered what Spatanburg Chevy did. They diagnosed it to be: 1. Engine Decarb. 2. Clean Air intake boot. 3. Replace Spark plugs. 4. Throttle Body Service. 5. Engine Oil Pan Gasket. 6. Change oil. Total cost $1874.99, after some hesitation from the General Manager and after I threatened to Sue him he did agree to pay, and he did, however General Motors states on page 335 of the owners manual That “Overfilling the oil may cause engine damage” Now my Check Engine light flashes on and off and the car runs sluggish. I spoke to Mambodude who is a managing partner and Jeanne who is with Greenway Auto Group that owns/funds the dealer, both refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused. Looks like its time to find a lawyer in Spatanburg. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS they can’t even change the oil properly, let alone any real problems that you may have. Lets put them out of business!

Horrible customer service

Went in to look for a vehicle and they acted as if I didnt exist. After walking around for awhile with no service, I asked for a manager. I was told the manager, Caleb?, was busy. after waiting an additional 30 minutes without service, I left. will never do business here.

Ramero and Roger were very honest and informative during the whole sale process. I definitely urge any other dealer to TRY to beat a "Farrell" Deal. This was truly an exceptional buying experience and I certainly recommend Farrell to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
