Great deal on several cars I have purchased here. Awesome sales staff and service department. Parts department also very helpful. Always has great selection of vehicles.

they perform fraudulent repairs that don't need to be done

I Charles Prange when for aa check engine light came out with a new rebuilt engine. I was have a miss fire in one of the cylinders got it fixed then they said that so much fuel was going into the catyllict converter that it ruined it then got that well then they said the engine had some scoring going in the engine block well I had to get the entire engine replaced that got done with all the work that got done it sucks to drive because it puts off a strong smell like fuel in the cab bad enough it gives you a instant headache still owe $750 not paying them for work they didn't need to do

I would not recommend this dealer.

Customer service sucks.

Brought our 2016 buick encore in for recall work on air bag recall and got the car back with a non working information center. Was told there would be loaner car and low and behold the next day nope no car we were told Christi needed the car and took it home. I was fuming. That was a month ago. Now it's back there because and only because it's the closest gnant dealer to me to have a warranty item fixed. A simple back up camera swap. They have had the car 3 days now. No communication at all all day I had to call to find out weather it was done or not and their service rep didn't know?! Dont do service with them Ever!

I would not recommend this dealer.

HORRIBLE

So I bought a brand new 2016 Chevy Spark off this dealer back in October 2016. Love the car. Great on gas. I am supposed to get 32 City and 40 highway and I was getting that for the entire time I owned the vehicle til about 1.5 months ago. Now it gets 24 city and 32 highway.... I tried switching gas stations and everything. Nothing has worked. Called the dealer the mechanic basically told me they can look at it but it wouldn't be til later in that week to get me a loaner car. I contacted him the night before and told him i was coming in the next day. He said that would be fine. I even contacted him morning of and he said he would have a loaner car for me saved today. He lied cause I was about to come down once I was off work which i was and he said he didn't have anymore. I finally got into the dealer a couple days later after making a complaint to GM about this dealership. Got my rental and everything and they told me they would fix the issue. I get a text 2 days later saying the cars done ask whats wrong and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. So I called GM customer service again and he found out all they did was reset the computer cause it was "reading wrong mpg".... I get the car back and it continues to suck down fuel.... They did nothing but lie to me since day one. I will be filing an official complaint with GM Corporate Office to have an investigation brought because I have heard a couple complaints with the service department here.... I will not be back to buy a car nor get my vehicle serviced here.... I don't believe they even looked at my car cause while the car was there they only had 2 more miles added on it and thats probably for the oil change and tire rotation.... they didn't check anything.... DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER FOR A SALE OR SERVICE!!!

Christi Hubler helped me in a tremendous way, I had an issue with a used car I purchased from here and I didn't want to keep putting parts on a car that was only 3 years old, long story short she got me a brand new car when I thought it was nearly impossible since my wife has one too, she personally went above and beyond my expectations when I was able to deal with her directly and thank you again Christi for your customer service and satisfaction I will return again in the future for my next vehicle purchases!!

Poor customer service

Will not buy anything from this dealer ever again. Thought it would be nice to have a have new Chevy dealer in the town of a small town Crawfordsville Indiana. I thought wrong. First off. Bought my 2013 3 weeks ago. Wife drives the car this morning the front face of the tire blows out unexpected. No nail, no screw or anything caused this. Very obvious that the tire had a malfunction. I call the dealer ship ask if there was anything they could do. They gave me great news by saying yes we will have your car towed into the dealer free of charge. And will see about getting you a new tire. Car gets to the dealer. They tell me the cost of the tire is going to be 175$ plus 10$ balance fee. After calling multiple tire places they were already 20-30$ higher than everyone else. Than the best part was they said I had to pay for towing. I was furious. Being told that the tire would get taken care of. That the tire would get taken care of. That towing would be paid for. It was all lies. If I wanted my car towed and I would have to pay for it. It sure wouldn't be at a dealer. It would have been a local tire shop. Not being offered a demo for over night, not getting my tire fixed for no charge. This dealer does not care about its customers. After multiple phone calls they said, will take care of my towing but the tire was ran on a low psi for so long that it caused the side walls to blow. Never have I heard that. If my psi was to low my car would tell me and I would air it up. They wanted to come up with dumb excuses not to pay for it. Paying for my towing was expected. I was told they wouldn't charge me. So you didn't do any favors for something you said you'd already do. Fix my tire quit hacking me around. Thanks for nothing. Do not have a car till the tire is fixed. Going to be a day before I can get my car fixed. Could have offered me a demo. Something to make things right. Please do not buy from here. Small towns shouldn't have to deal with arrogant people. Small towns help one another. Especially considering the car only has 22,000 miles and maybe put 300 on it.
