Poor Service at Christopher Dodge World

We purchased our Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel from Christopher Dodge World 3 years ago. In early June, 2019 the check engine light came on so we took it back to them for service. We were told it was a transmission problem and it was going to be weeks before their mechanic could fix it because they had a back up of vehicles needing service. After a month of not having a vehicle and fully frustrated, we were told the truck was fixed and ready. We drove down from the mountains (hour away) to pick up the truck to find the next day the check engine light was back on and transmission problem was not resolved. After demanding they tow the truck back to the dealership, it was back at Christopher Dodge World for another 2 1/2 weeks waiting for the part to be delivered and installed. We were again assured it was fixed and ready for pick up. After picking up the truck and driving it 5 miles away, the check engine light was back on and transmission problem persisted. Christopher Dodge World had our truck for 6 1/2 weeks and the problem was never resolved. We are now talking to Stevenson Chevy about trading in the Dodge for a reliable Chevy Truck. I would never recommend Christopher Dodge World and a Dodge Product as they are incompetent, unable to resolve a situation in a timely manner and lack in customer service!

Service was terrible

I took my Journey at 8am after making the appointment 3 weeks prior, only had a couple issues I had to keep calling to find out anything about my car and I almost didn't get the car back till 6pm when they closed but I was told by the advisor that the tech thought my tires were unbalanced and car was out of alignment. The services advisor told me that he could see if the tire balancing and alignment could be covered under warranty Friday I called he said I'll talk with the warranty clerk and get back to you. Memorial Day they were closed so I called Tuesday and he said I'll talk to the warranty clerk I'll get back to you later today and now its Thursday and haven't heard a thing.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Ram Truck

I worked with Chris and Hai and they were great! I had searched all over the state for a 19 3500 and no one would work any deals since they were new. They gave me a great price with great service and shortest amount of time I’ve ever been at a dealership. Would highly recommend them.

Hi there! I wanted to send some feedback and a "thank you" for my recent FJ Cruiser purchase. My husband, Kevin, and I worked with Jason Seaberg, the internet manager. He was wonderful! I have to say, we have been in the market for a new vehicle for months and have loathed the process due to shady/unethical sales people with horrible sales tactics and dishonest treatment. We traveled to Denver from the Springs to see the FJ you had posted and were prepared for a similar experience We were so grateful for Jason’s candor, kindness and professionalism. He advocated for us with our counter offer and was so personable. Before he knew if we would be easy to work with he was open and gracious and we never felt “pitched” to or pressured. Shady Tactics

Would not honor "special pricing" that they sent to me via e-mail. Offered one price for my trade in, then tried to reduce that offer later with some "funny" math. General manager brushed me off when I pointed this out. B.S. artists, if you're looking for integrity, then don't shop here.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! I recently was in the market for a new vehicle as the one I had purchased I wasn't happy with. After locating a vehicle with Christophers Dodge World (2016 Mustang GT Premium) I traded in my car (2016 Outback 3.6R Limited) to them. I got hit very hard on my trade as they showed me that the vehicle had some major body work done which I was unaware of. They came up a little to move the Mustang which I guess had been sitting for a while. I took the vehicle in to my mechanic to have him inspect it as the car was modified. Mechanically the car was sound however I was told that the car had overs-pray on every body panel, indicating damage to the car which was not reflected on the CarFax. I then took it to a different car dealer and had it appraised for a second opinion. My $30k purchase came back as worth about $20k. The used car manager walked me through the car and showed me the over-spray on the panels and suggested I take it back to the dealer. I returned to Christophers Dodge World, showed them the problem and they offered to let me pick another car on the lot and they would buy back the Mustang. This however is where it went south. After looking for 3-4 hours at their inventory I wasn't able to find anything I liked in my budget. I was also informed that they would be trading my car back in for less than what I had paid for it (about $6k less). I was told that I wouldn't find a higher number anywhere else, essentially, take it or leave it. So I was stuck having to either pick a new car that I didn't like or keep the car that was now worth way less than what I paid for it. I ended up begrudgingly taking a new 2018 Charger SXT base model as it was the cheapest and I thought there wouldn't be anything wrong with it. This NEW car with 100 miles has a lovely little rattle in the dash and the fake plastic rims rattle like a pill bottle when I drive it, not to mention that when I removed them there is black paint all over the actual rims on the NEW car like they were put on and then spray painted while on the car. I'm now at least $6k upside on a NEW car that I hate paying $500 a month for a car that's worth about $21k. If you are going to buy from here, at least inspect every inch of the vehicle and make sure you take it to a reputable mechanic to have it looked at. If I were you, I would steer clear entirely.

So I have bought 4 trucks from these guys, starting with a 2008 ram 2500 hemi to my current 2018 ram 2500 cummins, both the sales dept and the service department are top notch and helped me with every question and concern I had. 2nd Time RAM Purchase

I had been looking at a new RAM for months. After doing some research I was convinced that the 2019 RAM was the truck for me, although a bit partial as my last truck was a 1998 RAM Sport. I love the redesign. Dodge did it right on this one. Additionally, the dealership, Christopher's Dodge World was an absolute pleasure to work with. The salesman, Lloyd Padilla worked with me throughout the entire process and although I changed my mind a few times regarding the model to purchase, Big Horn or Laramie, Lloyd worked diligently and did an awesome job meeting all of my needs and requirements. Brandon in the finance department did an awesome job getting the financing set up with my credit union and explaining all of my options. The experience was actually fun rather than being the typical high pressure, stressful pain in the rump experience. I have already recommended Lloyd and Christopher's Dodge World to a friend and will continue to do so going forward.

Typical Sales person! lying about a referral check.

the purchasing of my vehicle was not bad. However, I was promised a referral check of $100.. The person I referred to the dealer put over $20k down on his vehicle. I then reached out to my salesman Aaron Thompson via email. He stated it may take a few months to get the check. So I figured okay no problem. About 4 months later I then contact Aaron Thompson again via phone ( since I was not getting any response back via my emails I sent). It is now over 6 months and nothing. What a shame!! They made 2 sales and they cannot even stick to their word on offering the $100 referral. Its not the money that matters, but being lied and not treated as a quality customer. Until the matter is resolved and I get apologies, I will continue to leave one star ratings every which way I can.

First Time car buyer

My visit to Christopher Dodge ended in resounding success. As a young and first time car buyer, having someone near to my age like Christopher Moore as my sales-rep helped ease my nerves. The thought of going into one of the bigger purchases of my life with a sales-rep who could have been selling cars longer than i have been a life was nearly enough to dissuade me entirely. Chris made my first car buying experience an enjoyable experience and a breath of fresh air.

I called Christopher’s doge because I listen to kpbi I let the salesman know what my credit was and what I was trying to do and he said no problem. JT was his name. Did he call me? No he did not. I left him an email. Did he return my email ? No he did not. So general manager!! Look into it!!. Geez terrible !

Deceptive and disrespectful

It is dealers like these folks that make car shopping a terrible experience. I saw three new, last year SUVS available on the dealer's website at a discount. I communicated with the dealership several times over the course of the week, with the advertised price of the car being in every correspondence. I made an appointment, they knew I was coming, they knew I was very likely going to buy the specific vehicle. We made the two hour drive to the dealership, we test drove the car and let them look over our trade-in and decided to move forward. It was then that we learned they had raised the price on their website sometime over the course of the past few hours for that specific vehicle. They tried to play it off as that I hadn’t actually seen that price on their site, even after I showed them the e-mails FROM them that included that price. I found the same model but different color on their dealership web page, STILL reflecting the discount that I had come for. They said that price was a mistake, that they had been trying to ‘figure out’ the actual price of the car for the past few days, and that I wasn’t the only one who had come in based on that price this week. Seriously?! Why didn’t they tell me that before I made the drive there, before I wasted my evening with these fools, before I had my mind set on this car? I wasn’t trying to haggle for a lower price, I just wanted the price that they had on their website at that very moment, even willing to compromise for the color I didn’t come for. The salesmen and sales manager at this company are disrespectful, dishonest, and downright devious. I will mention that the owner called later that night to say they would honor the price (of the color we didn’t want) IF we accepted their low ball trade-in offer. After their shady tactics to get us in the door just to set us up for disappointment, I could never imagine trying to work with them on financing or future warranty / repair issues. STAY AWAY and don’t trust a single thing that they advertise!

I Phil I received the better end of a deal on a low mileage single loaned vehicle. This happened in the middle of the workday and I had appointments yet to make. Getting screwed at Christopher's Dodge World

I bought a Ram 2500 and drove it 800-1000 miles and the rear lug nuts came loose and 1 of the rear wheels came off while driving on i70. The service department only half xxx fixed the truck and expected me to pay for it I ask then to buy it back and they offered $4000 less than what I paid for it. If you want to get screwed when buying a new or used car go to Christopher's Dodge world for the best screwing
