I had been to three or four dealerships looking for the right truck and had not found one and no one seemed willing to find it for me. Circle had a truck which was very close to what I wanted in stock and were willing to make a few changes for me in order for me to be happy. I am very glad I went there and had a good experience from beginning to end. Thank you

Unethical business

They charged overage mileage when we turned in our lease on vehicle. Our salesman specifically said we would not be charged overage miles if we leased again from him. We broke our lease early and were never told about a $2,200 bill that we received a week later for wear and tear and mileage. We would have never turned in a $200 lease to get into a $300 lease and pay $2,200. Unethical business practices by salesperson who just wanted us to get into a new lease. I will never lease another vehicle from them.

James, my Sales Consultant, although slightly sociable initially, didn't really attempt to build rapport. He did ask questions, but wasn't not very helpful in offering me options/alternatives to what I was looking for. I felt very pressured and when I expressed my hesitation he was not empathetic to my concerns and only increased my discomfort and indecisiveness. The vehicle, although "certified" was an older model than I wanted and did not have the features that I wanted although, admittedly the price was ok. Since I was paying cash for a vehicle that was over $20,000, I did not want to make any immediate decisions. He'd finally pressured me into giving me but once I consulted a relative and changed my mind before going further into the sale, his attitude went from fake friendly to obviously irritated, slightly offensive even though he stated "no offense" and borderline explicitly rude. Additionally, after I explicitly conveyed to him that I did not need nor want financing, he still ran my credit.I left and purchased a vehicle that was newer, had more features, and a Carfax report, which James could not offer, and was only slightly more in price. Overall, compared to the dealership where I actually purchased my vehicle from, that made me feel like I was special and not just another sales goal, I would not recommend, at least this salesperson, I can't speak on the dealership as a whole though.

Purchased a car at Circle Buick. By the time we left it...

Purchased a car at Circle Buick. By the time we left it was raining and dark. Upon review the next day some minor scratches were seen. The dealer said they would take care of it. The car was brought back for them to work on the scratches and the only thing they did was run the buffer over it briefly. This was a D level effort and we were not taken seriously. We were called back to pick up the plate/registration. The dealership did not give us all of the paperwork. Upon asking them they told us we should have known to talk with additional personnel there to get everything which we were never told. As we had to make another trip back for the paperwork we asked for the scratches to be worked on again. At this time they backed our new vehicle into a pole. They said they would fix it and told us to leave and that they would contact us. We were promised a completely new vehicle with 100% no defects. What we got was a repaired vehicle that was far from perfect and none of the scratches were repaired. Throughout this process I tried several times to get a hold of the general manager (Wayne Druktenis) to discuss the issues. I was told every single time that he was unavailable. As I continued to express my disappointment with the various sales managers the general manager got on the phone after I was told he was not there and started screaming at me. I have never met him or talked with him and the first conversation started with him berating me, calling me a lair, and promising me that if they ever saw my vehicle there again it would be the "last time." He continued to go on and say that as long as he was at the dealership we would never get a new car after they wrecked ours. I filed a complaint with General Motors district office and spent the next two weeks dealing with them. After another several hours on the phone with the district reps I was told that there is nothing they can do because the dealership is independently owned and operated (which every dealership is). General Motors states they strive for customer satisfaction but when I questioned how they do that no one from the district could offer up examples. The district office treated me the same as the dealership did. If GM has no influence over dealerships that take advantage of customers how can they ensure customer satisfaction? It seems like General Motors as a whole does not care for satisfaction and let the dealerships take advantage of anyone they want. In addition the only thing I was offered from the dealership was gas cards for reimbursement for the multiple trips there. After we got the car back and they refused to address the deficiencies in the repair they then told me that they did "promise" to give me those so I would not be receiving them. I would not recommend this dealership or General Motors at all. This is by far the worst experience of my life. I paid for a new car and I got a repaired vehicle with 1000 miles that I did not put on for my own personal use. The district offers no support and General Motors has no system in place to protect customers. One final note: My car has already been in for service because of a check engine light (malfunction indication lamp). There was a faulty valve on the gas tank that needed to be replaced. With everything that happened my new car purchase is anything but that.

Purchased a Buick Lesabre and the salesman Ron stated everything worked. A month later when the weather warmed up I went to use the AC....nothing. I called Ron back and he stated that he couldn't help me and that I purchased it as is. I told him that the sticker said it had AC and it didn't have AS IS on the sticker. Ron told me to meet him at Circle Buick GMC on the next day at 1PM. When I got there at 1PM Ron was not there. His fellow sales people said that he was not in. They called Ron and he stated that there was nothing that he could do. The service dept stated that the salesman was the only one that could help me....THANK for NOTHING. After 3 cars purchases from Circle Buick they lost me, my family and my friends and everyone that I can tell my story to.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Absolutely terrible after purchase experience! Very deceptive dealership! They advertised and sold me a GM Certified GMC Yukon only to find out they DIDN'T certify it with General Motors. Right from the start on my first call to the dealership John Sacrementi(sp?) told me this SUV was certified. I even have printed pages from their website advertising the Yukon as GM Certified. John mentioned the 100+ point inspection numerious times and positioned this vehicle against others at competing delaerships with the Certified designation. I asked John about Certitfied documentation and he again lied to me and said it was "in there". Now the dealership is lying to General Motors about the transaction as I look to the manufacturer for support with this problem. Since my purchase they won't return my calls or emails about the misleading practice of advertising and selling a vehicle as GM Gertified then not actually ceritfying it! they They also didn't take care of an open recall on the Yukon while they had it in their inventory. Come on, this is a GMC dealership and they don't close out a recall when I assume General Motors re-imbureses them for that work.

I would not recommend this dealer.
