Great experience working with Joseph Golden ! He was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in our car buying process. We arrived and from the moment we were greeted we knew we were in the right place at the right time . He made feel completely at ease and things progressed nicely to the finance office with Jose. Outstanding Deal & Service

I found myself constantly saying thank you to the great folks at Coastal Hyundai. Wes & Brian made the deal of a lifetime in order for me to drive off in a beautiful red Tucson on Friday. Jose explained the infamous GAP deal to me in a way as never before that would be understood by anyone not savy in the insurance world. The beautiful Hyundai quality of the Tucson speaks for itself (not to mentiyo new tech features) and after years of not returning to Coastal Hyundai Melbourne I am so glad I did. The atmosphere has changed for the better and actually caring for the customer is out of this world as far as a car dealership goes, this is not your typical car dealer Go talk to them, let them know what you want and they will do their best to make it happen. Also, after Brian explained the newer features to me in the Tucson, I drove off in a beautifully detailed vehicle. Kudos to the detail team as well!

Service center is horrible

My husband an I had two appointments for 10:30. Due to construction traffic, we were late to the appointment. I called to let them know and they said no problem. When we get the, the service lady says she will try to fit us in but will have to be after 1. We could not talk to a service advisor even though they were all at their desks. I was going to look at new cars while mine was getting serviced, but I will no longer be giving this dealership my business which is a tough decision since I have bought three cars from this dealership.

unique credit situation, go here

I just purchased my first car from Coastal Hyundai and I did not expect to even walk out with a car. My credit situation is very unique as I have good credit but a thin credit file as I have one credit card to my name. My co-signer has good credit but not enough income due to being disabled. Having been to countless dealerships that either they approve us but with a ridiculously high payment over $600 a month even with a down payment, or not being approved at all, I went to Hyundai and Frankie as well as Rolando were just amazing. I was more focused on the numbers rather than the actual car so Frankie decided it was best to look at numbers and approval to see how much I can afford on a vehicle with the payment range I was looking for. Once I was approved, I already New the vehicle I wanted and I added the down payment into the factor so all I needed was to see the vehicle. I looked at it and took it on a test drive and fell in love with the car. I came back and gave my blessing on the purchase. I went to the finance office and worked with Candy who was just wonderful. She told me that my vehicle would have 5 years or 75,000 miles of warranty left as well as 5 years of Rim and Tire protection. She also stated that gap insurance was included. I was just estatic! Signing papers took about 15 minutes and after I was done I walked out to my car and took a final walk around. I noticed on the mirror there was some minor damage and the dealership offered to repair it free of charge. I am just so thankful for all the help this dealership has provided me and I am thankful for the two sales reps. That assisted me. If you have a unique credit situation or not the best credit, I would recommend to come to coastal or cocoa Hyundai to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Outstanding Organization

I have been dealing with this Hyundai since 2013. Wes Baker was my sales representative then and has since been promoted and is now a Sales Manager at this location. I just leased another car and the experience today is the same as it was back in 2013. I spent less than half hour of my time in working out the details of the new lease. Wes and his Sales Representative Rishi Maharaj work as a great team. They make you feel like you are an insider of the organization. I always have had total confidence in my dealings with them.

Service Advisors

On 07/12/2018, my fiancé took her Vehicle for an oil change and she dropped it off alone to an advisor we’ve never worked with before, Wilfredo Rivera. Upon returning to pick the vehicle back up, I accompanied her to the advisor as I usually do. He provided us with a receipt with several recommendations for service that totaled $900 in estimates. Now, I have service her vehicle completely since new and this vehicle runs perfectly and is maintained exactly to factory specifications and has topped off fluids and even perfect tire pressure, always. I decided not to question this “recommended service” on the spot, and instead, fact checked it myself. After inspecting each item, not a single thing on this list was accurate. It recommended, for example, two new radiator hoses and a coolant flush. I just flushed the coolant and inspected the radiator hoses 3 days prior to this inspection and they are in perfect condition and filled with factory replacement coolant with no spillage to lead anyone to believe there were any issues of any kind. I tried to call and speak with a manager but I was tossed around from one phone to another before hung up on. I’m upset by this, and I plan to bring this vehicle back and fix this issue.

This dealership is just great!!! Absolutely no pressure, and I was treated with the utmost respect. They really cared what features I did, and did not, want in the new car. They took a very long time explaining all the new features and "bells and whistles" that my new car had. Most features were new technology I had never used or understood, yet they took all the time needed to patiently guide a senior citizen like me through their proper use. I love the new car, and would highly recommend others consider this dealership. Ask for John or Jason!! You won't be disappointed!!!!!

Best Dealer Ever Dealt with

I've been a loyal Honda man for Many Years, in fact my current car till Yesterday was a Honda Accord EX-L Navigation. I've been watching Hyundai for at least 5 years. I decided I wanted to but an Elantra Gt, was thinking Used 2016. But no one was finding the options I wanted. John Lyons A senior Sales Manager at Coastal tried hard to find me the used Elantra. So he called me & said with all the tech packages & options you want you may want to look at New. He said they have some great sales incentives. He was right I was already thinking new before he called. So anyways with John's help they got me a great price. So this past saturday Jason Baker Took my car off the showroom floor and drove it down to me, so I could test drive it. I feel in love with the Elantra GT, I feel the Service i received thought my whole buying experience was extremely higher than any other dealer I've ever bought from. Coat Hyundai is a great dealer to buy from

This will be my third car purchased at coastal. The team here is absolutely amazing. I have horrible credit and they seem to find a way to get me approved for a car every time at a affordable rate. They have gone above and beyond any expectation's I could have. I will never go to any other dealership for a car this is mine and my family's go to place to purchase a car. I'll be back next year to get my daughter her first car from here. Thank you Coastal again for amazing service and for making me and my wife feel like family. John, Jose, and Sean were all 100% committed and worked tirelessly to get me into a great car that fit within my budget. The Best New Car Purchase Experience In 40 Years

I have been buying new cars since my first car in 1980 a Chevy Chevette. Since then have bought Nissan(1), Dodge(1), Toyota(6), Ford(2), and Mercedes(5). The experience at Coastal Hyundai was by far the best. The entire staff is professional and responsive and they went out of their way to meet ALL our needs. I highly recommend them and will be buying there again shortly as I just relocated from the northeast and need another vehicle. And, the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport is a great SUV and I have owned 5 including Ford Explorer and various Mercedes SUV models. John Lyons is absolutely committed to ensure ALL your needs are met. So is Brian Monte, a new but fantastic sales rep who met us at the door (on one of his first days on the job) after we walked out of another Hyundai dealership nearby. And, another employee, Jason Baker, walked me and my wife through all the features and technical aspects of the new car (i.e. connecting iPhone, Samsung Galaxy) in a highly effective way. Brad Swindel (finance) also handled his tasks professionally and efficiently. Best new car experience ever, period.
