Best price for a 4Runner

There are some genuine people who work at this dealership. Our salesman (Mike Stallings) was honest, transparent, and did all he could to ensure a positive experience. My wife and I shopped around at other dealerships in the area, but none were able to compete with the price we were given. Another area dealership would not honor their "sale" price, using deceit. This was not the case at Cobb Co. Toyota. All employees we spoke with were clear, concise, and considerate. I am thankful for honest and caring people in this business. Jason Wade also did a wonderful job helping us through the finance department. We drove from 2 hours away to do business here, so take my advice: don't waste your time at other dealerships. If I ever have the need to go car shopping again, this place will be my standard.

No Gimmicks Here

I visited Cobb County Toyota for two reasons: (1) a good price online and (2) no window sticker add-ons. It was refreshing to deal honestly with my sales rep and did not have to worry about playing games typically found in other dealerships. The negotiating process was straight-forward and took only 1/2 hour to complete with counter offers. My deal for a Toyota Prius was $1600 less than another dealer I visited that did play "games." I know where to go to next time I'm need of a new car.

We had the best car buying experience with Cobb County Toyota! Our salesman, Mark Kilgerman was awesome, answered all my questions and concerns. We gave him our budget and he worked within it. We got a great trade in value for our car, more than expected! They even interacted with our kids and made them feel welcome. Never tried to over sell us with the extras. It was an easy in and out. Very happy with my new Camry!

I had first gone to other dealerships that were closer to where I live, and met some pretty shady folks. I then decided to make the trip to Kennesaw, because that is where I bought my last car, and I remember it being a straightforward process. Stan was so patient with me, and listened to my needs and concerns. I was treated with such kindness. The whole vibe of this dealership is a happy one. Guys who weren’t my salesperson were stopping to say hello and checking if I needed anything while Stan was having my trade in appraised. The financial part was easy as well, a great guy, with a big smile. I had a great car buying experience! Stan called today to see if I had any questions with regard to all my fancy new “bells and whistles”. Go see Stan, he really cares about his customer!

Last year my wife try to upgrade her nissan rouge at Nissan dealer , we got humilliated by the nissan dealership. they were very rude even though we bought car from them. We decided to give toyota dealer ship kennesaw location a chance , we met Manny and Jason. We bought 2 cars in a matter of a week. we are blown away by their knowledge and customer service. one advise , go see Manny .

Need customer service training

We purchased our 5 vehicle from this location a few months ago. We received numerous voicemails and a postcard, all reminding us of our free 6 month service. Each reminder whether the postcard or the voicemails, stated to contact them to make an appointment. So I called and the first person I encountered was a woman answering the phone that when I told her I needed the service department, she transferred me. Okay, it would have been nice to say, let me transfer you or something equivalent. Then I get a man on the phone. I tell him why I am calling and he says, we don't do appointments for that. Bye. I said, wait a minute! Why am I getting multiple things saying I need to call for an appointment if you don't do appointments? He says, I don't know what you got. You just need to come down here and wait. And then he hung up. It wasn't so much the things he said, or even that he abruptly hung up. We have used this dealership and service dept for 20+ years. But these folks really could use a course on phone courtesy. Because if I hadn't used it for so long, and was a new customer, I would be going elsewhere.

Transparent, easy to work with

I used to work at a different Toyota dealership and while I was there I learned the games and manipulation tactics many dealers use with customers. Thankfully, Cobb County Toyota was not like any other dealership I had ever worked with. They are very transparent about how their dealership works and did not try to play games with made up dealer fees or “mandatory” accessories or add ons or anything along those lines. My experience with the financing was the same. Very transparent, friendly, and did not try to force 3rd party warranties or maintenance plans down my throat. Huge thanks to Gregory Munroe, Rob Smith and everyone involved in getting me exactly what I wanted. I will only be sending my friends and family here in the future and highly recommend this place.

Purchased 2018 Tacoma - Brian was awesome

"Excellent Service"

No stress buying experience

I had been in the market for a second vehicle and Rob Warren (Internet Rob) was the perfect salesman to help with all my questions on the 2016 Kia Sorento offered. He explained and demo all the features as well as offered the best test drive according to my 11 year old son...we did donut turns in a parking lot to test the cars torque handling. He also had the Service Manager discuss the items they serviced on the car. I happily purchase the car. Thank you Rob Warren for all your help!!😊

Easy process

From start to finish, the process was very easy. The sales consultant and finance manager were helpful and not pushy at all. The dealership is very nice, and their selection of cars is excellent. The car we traded in was paid off in about two weeks, which is an acceptable time. And we received our new tag about a month after purchase.

New RAV4 purchase with excellent sales experience

Bought my first Toyota on December 29 after much research and many dealer visits - Subaru, Ford, Nissan, Hyundai, Jeep and Toyota. Salesperson Jonah Amlett was thorough and patient, pleasantly persistent and got the sale. He made sure that I was happy with my decision and the price negotiated. This is a busy week to buy a vehicle and Jonah never rushed me to move on to the next customer. I love my 2018 RAV4 Limited!
