Great experience - First class operation

Made the first inquiry on Saturday and finalized the purchase on Sunday! Dealing with Kent Givens was a true pleasure as was finalizing the paperwork with Brad. Truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The only way it could have been easier would have been for the car to auto-magically appear in my driveway.

THEY RAN MY CREDIT FOR NO REASON AND LIED

I PURCHASE A NEW CAMEY AND HAD MY OWN FINANCING AND THEY RAN MY CREDIT FOR NO REASON AND LIED AND SAID THAT THE GOVERNMENT NOW REQUIRES THEM TO DO IT FOR NATIONAL SECURITY I WILL NEVER GO BACK THE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY REASON

Business Is Obviously Too Good! So, I Kept My Money!

I visited this showroom on Sunday Feb. 2, 2018, around 4:30 to look at a couple of vehicles. I was in there a good 10 minutes really studying one vehicle, checking out the engine compartment, touching the facia, opening doors, the back, checking out the spare tire/storage area, sitting in the vehicle, reading the sticker, and all. I got smiles and acknowledgements from other customers, but not one member of the staff, reception or sales. Sales folks looked right at me and kept walking, I got a hello out of one as he hurried past me. I went out on the lot and spent 5 or so minutes looking at another car, no attention still. I have never gone to a dealership without at least one person approaching me upon or shortly after arrival. Admittedly, this was a busy time, but that's when you say, after confirming a potential customer has not been helped, that someone will be with them shortly. Perhaps business is too good. I simply left. I'm in the market for a new car, but I won't be buying one from here.

I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL CARS FROM THIS FAMILY OWNED DEALERSHIP. MY FAMILY AND I ARE ALWAYS GREETED WITH WARM WELCOME. THEY HAVE A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES STAFF AND MANAGERS. I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO GOING INTO THIS DEALERSHIP. WEATHER ITS BUYING A CAR OR GETTING MY CAR SERVICED; EVERYONE SEEMS SO COURTEOUS IN EVERY WAY. EVEN THE MECHANICS HAVE SMILES, ARE HAPPY, AND FRIENDLY. EVEN THROUGH SAD TIMES, THE KINDNESS OF COLLISION DEPARTMENT, WAS REASSURING THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE ALRIGHT. THEN PROMPTLY HANDLED AND RESOLVED ACCIDENT CLAIM SITUATION. I WILL BE BACK TO BUY CARS AND CONTINUE TO SERVICE MY CAR IN THE FUTURE. I RECOMMEND OTHERS TO THIS TRULY OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP.

Drove it there still cant drive it

I drove my car to cobb collision for body repair and a little over a week after them having my car they called to tell me my car would not crank. I was told it was the battery then the alternator. After finding that was not the problem it went to the service center they could not find what was wrong so they had to take my motor apart to tell me my pistons had corrosion on them and that is why my car wont crank. MY cars engine is now in parts because they want to charge me 3800.00 to fix it. After having 2 different mechanics look at my car after it left the dealership both said the pistons is not why my car wont crank and that they can put it back together but cant guarantee it will crank because they are not sure what happen to it. My car was not knocking nor smoking had no problems when i drove it there. I also spoke to another body shop and they said if my battery cable was not taken off when they welded my side panel bumper back on they body shop may has burnt my computer in my car up. The GM of Cobb Toyota was not helpful nor was the manager of the service center in fact they were very condescending towards me. I know the problem happen while in the body shop they did something to my car and will not own up to it nor try to find out what really happen. So since 12-14-2018 i have been without my car a car that was in great condition for a 2014 Camry.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I'm glad I just purchased a Tacoma and a brand new RAV4 on Saturday morning. Only to wake up Sunday to a stress crack In my windshield, then to be told by Cobb County Toyota they will fix it! First class customer service!!! Tim Leary is the best car salesman I've ever worked with.

the used cars are not well checked before the sale

I bought a suv 2015 rogue 4 months ago and I understand that it is not the brand of the dealer but I still think they have to check each and every one of their cars for sale so I thought it would be all right with my suv but after a few weeks back and I talked to them about the power of the car and only recommended me to take it to the Nissan because they did not have the codes to check the good, after my front tire lost 3 bolts and I was loose others tires are new and installed there in the Toyota dealer and then I realized that I had no filter in the cabin or the cover where the filter goes! that's not a good check!

I recently purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Mark Kligerman in the internet department. Mark was the most professional sales consultant I've ever dealt with- period. I've bought dozens of vehicles over the years from mostly luxury brands like Porsche and BMW and I've never received the kind of customer service Mark gave me. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry and then he quickly located the exact truck I was looking for in his inventory, enthusiastically sending me a walk around video of the Tacoma which was something I wasn't accustomed to! Rarely can a sales person educate me on the features of ANY vehicle yet Mark actually ran through a quick list of updates to the truck and pleasantly surprised me yet again. All in all, I was able to work a great deal on a lease and drive off into the sunset with minimal hassle. Thanks to Mark and the Cobb County Toyota team for making my experience fantastic. I don't normally write reviews since I'm rarely impressed when buying a vehicle but these guys deserve it. For anyone in the market for a Toyota, go see Mark Kligerman, he'll treat you like family and minimize the stress typical of buying a vehicle these days.

Easy car buy

After multiple horrible experiences at competitor lots (specifically Honda) we decided to try out a Toyota. We had heard positive reviews about Cobb County Toyota bc they are privately owned and they held up the their reputation. Very kind salesman (Manny) and easy process. This was not a pushy lot and they worked with us on the price of the vehicle. They even honored our requested amount for our trade in without hesitation.

I recently purchased a 2019 tundra from this dealership after 2 years of saving up. I went in and saw Rob Smith and Gregory Munroe a month previously, and was not able to find something I liked. I purchased a new Camry at your dealership this weekend. Kent Givens was our sale consultant. He made the process easy. I had done my homework and found that his straight forward approach was refreshing. When asked a question, he actually answered it. So many of the sales reps at other dealerships never would give you an answer when it came to price, much less the bottom line walk out price. Beyond just taking me through a test drive, he really took the time to make sure that I understood the vehicle, its features, and my service options. As a first time car buyer, it was wonderful to work with someone who was friendly, kind, and willing to answer all of my questions. He walked me through pairing my phone and setting up the safety features before we left, which was much appreciated. Best experience buying a new Toyota

This was our second car from Cobb County Toyota, and I must say my experience with Mark Kligerman and the dealership staff were amazing - lowest rate available, no down payment, and absolute peace of mind buying a new car. We were shown multiple cars models, given ample time to evaluate pros & cons between the models, their features and prices. In fact, Mark came up with an absolute stunning proposal to save us a huge $$$$ amount for our new car choice. Our lease end process on our first car was all taken care of by the dealership without our slightest intervention. In all, this was one of our best days this year so far with lots of pleasant surprises from the Cobb County Toyota team. Looking forward to buy our third car from the dealership soon.

Fastest car buying experience ever

David Lightner was great! I went through Capital One navigatior found a truck I wanted and then called the dealership to set up coming in. The truck I wanted was sold while we were talking. David found me an even better truck, certified, less miles and an even cleaner CarFax. This was done with less than 2 minutes on the phone, 1 email and maybe 10 minutes total of texting. I was very transparent about wanting the time at dealership to be fast. I got there at 6:54 pm and drove off in my new truck at 7:05 pm. That included test drive! Jason in the business office was the best business mgr for that end stretch. David and Jason, thank you for the easiest and quickest car purchase ever!
