Service vs Cost

Service itself was good. Cost on the other hand , not so good. I may be forced to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere due to the costs at your establishment. I don't want to , but I am not a rich man.

Running smooth now

My service writer was extremely helpful and made sure all of my vehicle issues were tended to. Dave kept me updated through the day and sent someone to pick me up and gave me a loaner vehicle. The following day I picked up my vehicle and the other service writer explained everything they did and what it was for. Mechanics did excellent work and kept my car exactly as it was, nice & clean. Running smooth now!

Oil Change Visit

The service staff could use a little more training on "customer service" (how to greet customers, smile, use please and thank yous). Just overall basic pleasantries that go hand and hand with great customer service. There's a coldness when you walk in. But my experience has been by the time you leave the staff is falling over themeselves trying to be nice. It's weird. Also, I was promised a complimentary car wash. At first glance the car "looked" like it had been washed. But upon closer inspection, I think someone only wiped it down with a dry cloth. It was clear they hadn't touched it with a spray bottle let alone a hose and soap. Very disappointing.

General maintenance

Straight forward and easy used car purchase.

Two years ago I endured the most grueling, underhanded car buying experience I had ever had. When I decided to purchase my next car I did so with a good deal of suspicion and trepidation. I should not have worried. From the first contact through completion of the sale Lauren (Customer Care Representative) and Philip (Sales) were straightforward and a pleasure to do business with. When the price of the car for sale is fair and the value given for a trade-in is fair every thing about the transaction is easy. This HOOF (Highly Opinionated Old Fart) has a very high opinion of Coleman Buick and their employees.

I went to Coleman Buick because my last two Buicks (2002) and (2007) where bought there and I like Buicks. I went to see about leasing a car this time as I always bought my cars. My salesman, Wayne Giquinto , greeted me and we hit if off right from the start. I intended to visit 4 different cars dealers to see who would give me the best deal. Well, that never happened. I was so happy with the deal I got and how Wayne treated me that I leased a Buick Encore. Wayne and the other employees I dealt with were just wonderful. John (Jack) Pinto

Repair not covered by GMPP

I am really hot!!!!!~ I own a 2012 Terrain SLT-1 with only 28k on it. I was just informed that some kind of drain tube in the sun roof is cracked causing water damage inside the vehicle. My vehicle is covered with a GMPP. This is not a part I could have damaged as it is inside the vehicle structure somewhere. I expect the repair to be covered under my GMPP. At this time the water damage has caused mold to grow in the carpet. As a severe asthmatic mold is deadly to me. This means I can no longer drive this vehicle. I have been a customer of Coleman Buick, GMC, Cadillac since 1999. I purchased 4 new vehicles from them and have had the vehicles 100% serviced there. I drive 50 miles passing another GMC dealer (within walking distance from my home) to got here. Right now I have no beef with Coleman, but I expect GMC to do the right thing.

Quality Service

Another positive service experience. Scheduled appointment, car was taken on time and work was completed when promised. Unfortunately I found out I needed brakes but was not surprised based on my mileage and type of driving I do. Service Adviser Gina was very helpful and did not pressure me in the least.

FIVE STAR SALES EXPERIENCE!!

I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Coleman Buick and it was another amazing experience. I came in to “browse” and somehow, the wonderful Chris Tandy worked with his manager Ty Trill to not only get me out of a messy situation with my current vehicle but to have me driving off the lot in the car of my dreams! I still can’t believe it! Bring your top hat with you because they are guaranteed to pull a rabbit out of it! Chris educated me throughout the entire process and I felt like we were working together. Listen, for most of us, no one actually looks forward to the car buying process but I’m just going to say it….my day at Coleman was actually FUN! They gave me a VERY fair deal on my trade-in and made me an offer on a new car that I simply couldn’t refuse. The icing on the cake was Rory in finance working to get an extended warranty worked in to my already tight budget. More magic! I feel confident posting this review since I know this to be a consistent trend with Ty’s Coleman team. They take care of their customers!

Service fraud

I went into dealer for routine oil change. They came and told me that I need new brake pads they were down to 2 mm and 3mm at a cost of 239 a piece for front and back just for the pads. I did not let them do the work. I immediatley went to a difderent tire place and they told me my brakes were fine, still at 50%.. Never trust a dealer when it comes to service.Always get a second quote.

Pissed and they are liars

I went to this dealership looking for a used Acadia. Met with the salesman and after 45 min they could not reach the payment I wanted which was fine. Days later the salesman called me and told me that his manager told him to call me because business was slow and that they would do my price. I asked him of he was positive because I would have to drive over an hour and my husband would have to take off of work. He assured me that Yes they will do my price. I drive up there and drive the truck again. They even agreed to fix something on the truck for us. We sit down to do the deal and the finance manager comes out and tells me that there was miscommunication between him and the salesman and they can not do my price! They wasted my time and just said anything to get us up there. Very unprofessional and sneaky! Would never recommend them to anyone. That is not how you do business!

Fraudulent activities

My mom went to Coleman Buick GMC Cadillac Lawrenceville, NJ on Route 1 North, just looking around at the new cars, a sales guy comes up to her and starts hassling with his sales pitch, and escorts her inside, and asked her questions, she advised him that she was not looking to buy at this time, and went to the rest room were she overheard him and another guy talking about how they are going to put her in a 500$ a month car she can afford it and dicussing the car she has and she must know someone at that dealership , but mind you she never gave them permission or signed anything for them to run her information or look at her credit. When she came out she told them she was interested and left. Yesterday she goes to our family dealership Lawrence Lincoln and they advised her did she know that Coleman Buick GMC Cadillac had run her credit over 7 times, she contacted the credit bureau who told her to contact them and have them remove what they did off her credit. She contacted the manager who brushed her off, gave her excuse after excuse, and when she finally told him enough what they done was illegal, he said oh well there's nothing I can do for you! So ro everyone out there do not go look at their cars or give your name, they wil run your car information and run your credit in the hole trying to rip you off to sale a car and the owner is just as arrogant and worse than his employees! BEWARE
