Wouldn't let us get the truck looked at by a mechanic

We drove over an hour just to look at a 2004 F250 they had on the lot. Since it is a 13 year old vehicle, we wanted to get it looked over by a local mechanic. The sales lady, Kimberly, said that was something they don't normally do and she would have to speak with the owner. She left and after she spoke to the owner, he said that we couldn't do that but offered putting it on a rack and told us we could bring a mechanic there...really? THIS IS VERY SHADY!!! If you aren't going to give me 30 minutes to have it looked over by a mechanic, you've got something to hide. If I'm going to spend $ at your dealership, and since I'm not a mechanic, I would like to know I'm getting a dependable vehicle. Everything about Columbiana Ford seemed shady. Buyer Beware!!!!

I just bought ANOTHER car from Todd

I traded in my Envoy for a Fusion last month. Love the car! I was not the easiest to get approved but they not only stayed within my budget, but called me back a couple days later because they found me a lower payment! Ask for Todd, he'll make sure you're taken care of.

False Advertising

I enquired into a new Fiesta ST which had been marked down from $23K to $20K as an "internet price" during a year-end clearance event. There were also manufacturer incentives on offer at the time, being $2K in savings or $1K plus zero per cent financing. The dealership attempted to push me into a different direction at a higher price completely, insisting their "internet price" included manufacturer incentives, which was hokum. I walked away, and a few hours later submitted a "make an offer" price" online which added the manufacturer incentive to their dealership write-down. They never responded, and the following working day their internet price had increased by $2,000. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

Still had a front end issue after work done at Ford. Took it elsewhere and they found 3 big issues that Ford should have addressed. Problem solved. Do not go to Columbiana Ford for service.

We drove a little over 20 miles to have an issue taken care of, on one of our vehicles. We bought our new car there, in June,2015 and they took care of the recall, in this past week. We have a ford dealer, less than two miles from us, but didn't get the best service there. Columbiana Ford treated us great. We felt like they really care about their customers. They even took my car in, three hours before my given appointment, and had it done quickly! I will go back there, if I need a new car or certain issues taken care of! Awesome staff!

I was not surprised to see that this Dealership was a 3.8 at the time of my review. Jacob was new and he certainly had an acceptable personality but their pricing strategy and overall arrogance is so obvious. I am actually thankful that they gave me the opportunity to go elsewhere and find the deal that was average for the Car and time frame to buy. Find another dealership to go to, they are not interested in long term relationships.

Great staff friendly, willing to please, small but very informative about the vehicles, always willing to help you with your vehicle problems, service is great, we have been dealing with them for over 10 years and highly recommend this dealership over the other Ford dealers we have dealt with thru the many years of buying Fords.

I am writing in regards to my overall experiences with Columbinan Ford. I am a life long Ford customer. I have purchased seven Ford vehicle over the past two decades. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Demarco on every purchase. He has always been professional, curious, and has always been able to find me what I am looking for in my price range. Even though Columbinan is a smaller dealership, they always have a great inventory, and or access to what I am looking for. They take the opportunity to really get to know their customers, and have always treated me like family. When I need service both my sales person and the service department are awesome to deal with. If you are looking for a great deal, friendly sales people and a great service department, take the drive to Columbina Ford and ask for Mike DeMarco. You won't be disaponted!

I communicate through e-mail. Received direct answers to my questions. Dealers main objective wasn't to get me to come in to the dealership. No talk around trying to get me to believe that their dealership walks on water and no one else can do for me what they will. To me their main objective was to help me make a purchase not manipulate me into making a purchase. They also took time to find the exact vehicle I requested,instead of pushing anything just so to make the sale.

Purchased a new 2012 Ford Taurus last night at this dealership. Drove an hour to get to the dealer because the salesman I talked to on the phone seemed so nice. Boy was I surprised. When we got to the dealership the salesman, Pat Buckley, was even nicer than I expected. He was knowledgeable about the car, very polite, and had a great sense of humor. Also, the sales manager that we worked with was very impressive. We ended up with a very fair price, a great trade price, a coupon for lunch, and what seems to be a very nice car. Our first impression of this dealership is nothing short of terrific. I do hope their service is as good as what we have already experienced. And I encourage anyone needing a vehicle to give Columbiana Ford a shot at your business. I certainly would also say to ask for our salesman, Patrick Buckley. Pat will make your buying experience pleasant, painless, and fun.

Bought a used vechicle was told it was a good vechicle...

Bought a used vechicle was told it was a good vechicle but was lied to because the car was never looked at by the service department at All!!the vechicle was never detailed out completely dirty inside and out brought vechicle home the oil was never even changed.was told I would get a free detail and there is noise coming from the front end.made an appointment twice with the service department to get it fixed,looked at and detailed had my vechicle for a whole day and was told that they never placed an appointment for me in the computer and that they were too busy.my saleman never returned my phone calls and the manager would not get onto the phone to even speak with me.was told that they recieve used vechicles all the time and sell them off the lot before they could look at them!!!how can they tell me or even sell me a vechicle and guarantee me its a good vechicle if they never had a chance to even look at it???what kind of service is this??I will never go through this company again!!beware of their guarantees because they dis not even look at the vechicle it was dropped off by someone and bought by someone end of story.I guess they do not care about their blue oval guarantee I should of went to another dealership and I will make sure to spread the word and let everyone I know about their ignorance and horrible customer service!!!never again will they recieve a penny from me and I still have two more vechicles to buy but they will not recieve a penny from me!!!

I would just like to say what a wonderful dealership we have found! I have been looking for someplace to share my experiences with others and stumbled upon this site! I have just bought my 4th vehicle from here and I could not be anymore satisfied from the salesperson all the way through the process including down to the service after the sale! They have always been more than fair when it comes to values for my trade, the price of the vehicle purchased, the financing rates and the service for all my vehicles needs. I have met the owner, Terry Poulton, and can see why this dealership seems so successful! Their attitudes and caring employees speak for itself!

I purchased a 2007 mazda 3 from this dealership in the beginning of February 2012. It had 57,000 miles, an original manufacturers warranty through 2013, and a 4 year 48,000 mile extended warranty through the dealership. Within the first two weeks the clutch was showing extreme signs that it was going bad, and a couple days later the car was not moving because the clutch was bad. I took it back to the dealership and they charged me $500 for a new clutch. Right off the bat I had to scrape up $500 for something that they should have been aware of. Now, almost 2 months later, I took the car to a mazda dealership because the check engine light came on. After a couple hours of locating the problems they called me back to let me know the car had 2 bent rims, 2 dry-rotted tires, needed a new catalytic converter, a new $850 pulley, broken engine mounts, and maybe other things that I am forgetting. The warranty covered everything but $1500 worth of repairs. I cannot come up with $1500 as I am a full time student. I called the dealership back only to get in an argument with the manager and him hanging up on me because I "screwed" him with my trade-in. This dealership is ridiculous and is NOT a place to go to buy a car. Save your money and go somewhere reputable.

My husband and I had a great experience when we purchased our 2010 Escape last week. We both commented how we didn't feel pressured or coaxed into a deal we weren't happy with. Thanks to Mike for a stress-free purchase of a vehicle that we are extremely happy to own. He was very informative and friendly. We felt like we got a good value for our trade-in and a very fair price on the vehicle we purchased. Justin claimed to be new in his position in the financial part of the business, but if he had not told us, we would never have guessed. He was extremely professional and knew what he was doing.
