I was looking for used vehicle and particularly a Ford product. I spent over a month online looking for my particular vehicle I found it at community Chevrolet, The vehicle was pristine and had every item except one that I wanted on it. An aftermarket add-on. My salesman Oscar (little Hawaii) Was great and gave me everything that he promised that he could give me. So I give my salesman and the dealership a five star rating, and to all my friends and family I would recommend this dealer!

Pleasantly surprised

I recently purchased a used car from Community Chevrolet after seeing an online ad. I am happy to report that this dealership was a pleasure to do business with. Ana was great. I was able to thoroughly inspect and test drive the car and have all my questions answered to my satisfaction with no pressure to purchase. When we went over the numbers, everything was upfront and honest, without any bogus games or hidden fees. Once we agreed on a final amount, Brett made the final paperwork a breeze. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Keep up the good work!

A perfect Car buying experience!

My relationship with Community Chevrolet began before I was even born when my mom purchased her 1969 Camaro. Naturally when I wanted to buy a Chevy I went there. I've bought a Traverse, my own Camaro and now a new 2017 Trax. I have had nice experiences the past two times but this time was perfect. Vice my guy in service walked me over to Chad the General Manager. Then Chad sat with me to assess my needs and find out what would work for me. He then assigned a wonderful guy Dave to me to take me on a test drive and find the perfect Trax. They all got me exactly what I wanted. The finance guys were great too. Everyone was friendly and clear. There was no crazy back and forth and no games. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you everyone for being so wonderful. You have my business for always. Don't fear the dealer

It's been my past experience that an advertised good deal on a desired model was no longer available by the time I made it to the dealership. When I got there, the Volt I had in mind was gone. Jason asked if I could wait a few days because another was on the way. I did and now I've been driving around on good old American electricity. I got the pricing and vehicle I expected. What's not to like-eh?

excellent front line sales service

We recently came to Community Chevrolet to purchase a Malibu Hybrid. Robert Zeravica your sales consultant was excellent. I dealt with four Chevrolet dealerships looking for the Malibu Hybrid, and Robert went out of his way to find us just the car we were looking for. His product knowledge was exceptional and he quickly established a good working and personal relationship with us. Previously we always purchased our cars from Galpin Ford but over the years we became disillusioned with them and decided to change our dealership. One of the reasons was the detached and impersonal attitude of their financial managers and staff who did nothing to further a long term relationship and indeed their actions were counterproductive in this respect. Unfortunately I detected the same attitude at Community Chevrolet. If you can replicate the outstanding customer service demonstrated by Robert in the financial area, then we would return.

Great experience

The lease on my 2014 Volt was about up and I was torn between leasing another one or waiting for the Bolt. I contacted Community and spoke with Stephen Buckley. He confirmed that the Bolt was delayed. I then started pricing out 2017 Votls. I got some good quotes but Stephen beat them by a lot. He even delivered the new car and took back my old one. Great price and customer service!

The Service Department is horrible

Buyer Beware! I have been a customer of Community Chevrolet for many years. I have purchased many cars from them, and had them all serviced with them as well, however the dealership has gone downhill. I went to the service department have a key fob programmed. I spoke to a employee who identified himself as "Carlos the Manger". I asked him how much it would be to have FOB programmed and he said $200. I was surprised and told him that was a bit high since I had the new fob already, all it needed to do was be re-programmed. Carlos then said 'yes that is the price'. I explained that I had, had a fob programmed before and it was not that much. Carlos then said "we can do it for $75 but we will not guarantee it will work". I told him if the work cannot be guaranteed I am not interested. Carlos said "whatever" and nudged his co-worker with his elbow and laughed. As he walked off he chuckled and said "good luck". This is not the service I expect to receive after being a loyal customer for over 20 years. I have since tried reaching out to the manager of the dealership "Chad" and he has not returned even one of my 6 calls to him. I WILL NOT GO BACK THIS DEALER.
