New 2019 purchase and service

We both purchased a new 2019 pilot and selected to have the exterior package applied to the vehicle. At the time we noticed issues to be determined this default enabling of the idle start stop feature which so far has been our only issue with the vehicle

I was just at the dealership twice in two weeks: once to replace cabin filter and then for reapplication of sealant. Now there’s a bubble in tire so that’s another appointment. Wish appointments could have been consolidated. Other than that I have always been satisfied with Honda.

Great Experience

The rating is based on the service writer who took care of me. He was professional and very courteous. He checked for any recalls. He recommended what was needed. I told him I would be taking a road trip to Nevada and said that he would make sure the car would be ready for the trip by checking everything that was needed to make my trip safe and sound.

Just Okay

I was contacted multiple times regarding a special oil change deal at this service center. Booking the appointment was easy, but when I arrived, the service agent was unaware of the special price. He made it sound like I was mistaken about their offers. Thank goodness the person booking the appointment noted the special on my file and after a check with management, I got the deal. However, properly coding the transaction to receive the deal took much too long. Service was prompt and the car was done when promised. The only issue was the administrative time to get checked in and out by the service agent.

I would recommend this dealer.

Fast and Easy

Service center was communicative. We were having a "problem" with the opening of the trunk. They checked it out many times, but could not duplicate the noise we heard. They let us know that we could return for a visit if the noise continued.

The salesman and the financial associate were knowledgeable and professional. The showroom was clean and all employees were friendly. The only negative was the loud music which made it difficult to concentrate.

I always go to Community Honda for service on my Passport. They have kept. my Passport in excellent shape for the past 19 years. I plan on keeping that vehicle for many more years and know that Honda will help me do that. Special thanks to Bill Savage for going out of his way to see to it that any problem is taken care of.

Driver side seatbelt locked

Driver side seat belt locked up and unable to use. Severe safety issue! Tech wanted $120 to look at the car and we refused because Honda has lifetime warranty on seatbelts. We waited 3 hours, I called to the service rep directly back on status, no answer so left voicemail. He did not call back. Tried main number again for service and found out car was ready for pickup and a technician was able to unlock it from its position. I wonder how long it had been done and no one called us. No other information on the seatbelt. Service dept. Was very disorganized. Staff not friendly except for woman that takes payment and gives keys. She was the only nice person there. We will not be back. My husband said this is why we go to continental Acura. They know how to treat customers.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Repair of service indicator

Dennis Piecznski answered all questions about the 2019 Civic Touring, he demonstrated the new features on the car and paired my phone as well The Parts Department answered all my question for parts and accessories.

Problem never gets solved

Went in for my tire pressure light multiple times and they never fixed it and the light continues to stay on. Waste of time and can’t wait to get rid of my Honda

Fifth Honda

The 2016 Civic is my 5th Honda delivered by Community, I guess great car and great service keep me coming back. Sometime ago I met with a sales rep about a new Civic type R, he was reluctant to find out lease info and payments. I asked again and that’s when he mocked me with a $700.00 monthly payments.
