Falsified mileage on ad and on paperwork

Falsified mileage,...and the manager talked to me like I was an idiot. Very condescending. I will NEVER recommend or return to them for ANYTHING. I have rude text messages to support the terrible way in which the situation has been handled. Bad business ethics!

I can not express enough gratitude and admiration for the Salesman Dillon Flowers. He was absolutely a delight and pleasure to deal with. His knowledge and courtesy was above and beyond! Buying a used car

I am always uneasy when it comes to buying a car, especially if I am trading another one in. Victory Honda has been fair and great to deal with. This is by far one if the best car buying experiences my husband and I have encountered. I really feel like they tried to give me the best deal they could. If your looking for a car go to Victory Honda and ask for Daniel Threet!

Would Not Recommend Cookevelle Honda

Bad experience with Cookevillle Honda...Our salesman was very professional and helpful..but price dealings are done with the General Manager - Mack ...he flat out lied to us..was aggressive and rude.. We will definitely never go to this dealership again and will not recommend it to any of our relatives or friends...

New Car Purchase

They claim not to deceit their customers on vehicle purchases. They will play stupid and overcharge you whenever they can. Do not believe them or purchase your car elsewhere! From now on all my dealings will be with a truthful gealership! Do not buy a car from this dealer unless you do mega research before you step into their dealership. Quite unpleased the way we were treated!!!

I went to Cookeville Honda not knowing what kind of car I wanted to buy. Dillon Flowers was the sales associate that helped me pick out my first new Honda he knew everything about them and what was best for me. I never felt pressured to buying anything he honestly was great to work with! Would recommend him to anyone!

best think twice

bought a used car the next day the transmission was bad they wouldnt fix it right or even trade me out of the car got run arounds and they screwed us for 1200.00 we cant even trade it off cause they put us so upside down we cant get it fixed and they dont do a all points inspection on these used cars they just sell junk i would of done better to have gone to a buy here pay here lot i probably would have gotten a better car

If you are thinking about buying a car, please give these folks a look see. And, check out their "CARDOC" program which is the best thing since sliced bread! I have bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships in 78 years-I now own two Honda's from this dealership and will add another next year! This is a classy place and the service department is 6 stars out of 5! Buying the car is the shortest period on time in the purchasing of a cart- it is the long term service that makes these folks the best I have ever witnessed! Bruce Garwood, Crossville

Very unpleasant experience

My wife and I visited Cookeville Honda two times: 1. to see which ones physically fit us (my wife has had knee surgery) and 2. to test drive a Honda CRV Touring and a Honda Accord. The sales Associate, Braedon Julian, was an outstanding Honda representative. He should really move to another dealership; he is that good. Unfortunately, the sales manager lacks everything one expects in a car salesman today. He is the stereotypical "used car salesman" of the 1960s. After deciding to purchase a Honda CRV Touring, I contacted Braedon to obtain a best cash price for the car. His manager would not give him a cash price. Days passed before the manager called me. He explained that I really needed to come in for a test drive (I had already taken a test drive) for a face-to-face discussion about a cash price. I explained that I would prefer to buy locally, but I already had quotes from multiple dealers using the Internet. He refused to give me a cash price. It turned me against Honda even though I have owned multiple Hondas since 1985. Corporate Honda needs to review how its dealerships are presenting its products. Toyota's Cookeville, TN dealership was a completely different experience. I purchased a Toyota Avalon this past week-end.

Very Poor Dealership

I bought a used Honda CR-V from this dealership in February of this year. The first time I took it in for service, the service girl called and said I needed an alignment. I told her to go ahead and perform the work since the car had a 90-day warranty. She called me back in less than 10 minutes and told me she had the service tech put it back on the machine and it was really okay. I had some problems with noise in the front of the vehicle when I took it back for service. They told me it was due to an ashtray. What was causing the ashtray to cause noise? Now, I have having problems with the air conditioning and I am afraid to take it back because I do not trust them. I am at a loss as to what to do. I really think this dealership sucks!

Best car buying experince

I came in and had an appointment with Adam Spriggs. We sat down and I told him exactly everything I was looking for in a car. I told him the price point I needed to be at and Adam got me there. The first car he pulled up for me met every single one of my needs and desires. Let me tell you something. My family has been in the car business for 25 years. I have been around many many sales people in my life and none of them have ever been as kind and as professional and all about the customer as Adam was. He didn't just care about making the sale. He genuinely cared about what I needed and my payment. Thanks to Adam and Mack, I am now a new owner of a brand new 2016 Honda Civic!

Great experience- car and now a truck

We bought a Honda CRV in 2014 and really liked it but decided to trade for a 2017 Ridgeline truck. This dealership has been a pleasure to work with, like the service department. Really liked working with Dillon to buy the truck-NO pressure, felt like he dealt honestly with us, he knew the vehicles, was gracioius and they worked hard to get exactly the vehicle we wanted. Would recommend this dealership and Hondas. We've been Toyota loyalists but the RAV 4 didn't compare to the CRV so we went back to Honda when we wanted a truck and wow is the Ridgeline great. Thanks, Dillon! I would recommend getting an appointment though. They were swamped when we were there and the wait was VERY long. So, call ahead and reserve time.

New Car Experience

On our way on vacation to Tennessee our a/c went in our 2013 Honda Odyssey (33,000miles). We decided to take it in for service and found out that the repair was going to be much greater than anticipated. We spoke to the Service Director and expressed our displeasure of the expense to fix the issue for a vehicle that was only 3 years old. We explained our situation and our options. We are now walking out the door with a brand new 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring. Our buying experience was stress free. We have to say the best buying experience for us yet. Houston was very personable, just easy to work with. We will most definitely come back from Florida to buy a vehicle in the future.
