Unprofessional thevies work at Kia!!!!

Everyone from sales to finance to management is a joke they don’t car about you they just want your money save yourself the aggravation and buy else where avoid this dealership at all cost!!!

Horrible experience

All I can say is buyer beware. When the floor manager Rick realized we would not be able to make a deal he threw his hands in the air like a child quickly walked away and said I'm done with you. This was a very humiliating experience and one I did not expect. I will never step foot in this dealership again.

Non return of down payment

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. The fourth time I was asked to return the car because the bank decided not to honor the loan due to a Gap claim dispute. We were told we would receive our down payment back, but when I called the day the check was supposed to be ready, the finance manager Petri Seppanen said the car was damaged. When we returned the car, our salesman, Orlando Prieto checked the car and the mileage, so any damage to the car happened after we left. Mr. Seppanen refuses to answer my calls. I contacted Kia Customer Service 3 times and no one there cares enough to call back. Congratulations, Coral Springs Kia, you have successfully cheated a disabled senior citizen who is trying to survive on widow benefits

Still Waiting for my Money!!

I purchased a new car from the dealership earlier this year. The purchase went well. However I sold my car to Kia and it has been 3 weeks and I have still not been sent my check for 9K. People will not return my call and I can't leave a voice message since everyone's voice mail is full. If I don't get my check by tomorrow. I will hire my attorney to file a lawsuit. I would NOT recommend this dealership. Their customer service is the worst.

Regular oil change

I went for a regular oil change And a potential tire replacement JOHN helped find the best fit for my needs/budget He also helped getting fixed some sort of recall in my ABS system He’s the best!

I paid them to scratch my car

Make sure to take pictures of you're vehicle from all angles before getting a KIA of Coral Springs service. They will splash dirt on you're car so you won't notice the scratches until you get home. Afterwards tell you they will look into the cameras and never contact you back or pick up you're phone calls. Almost 3 weeks, countless voicemails, transferred calls, run arounds, and nothing... No countability from them. Why is this a joke to you, Ramon?

I've have been going to Coral Springs Kia for over 10 years. Always excellent service. I have been going to John Porpora but he was off today but Jeremy was wonderful. I always recommend them. I have also worked with the sales dept in the past and they were excellent also.
