I used to work for Criswell Chevrolet back in 2005! First owner (Harry Criswell), First rate sales manager (Kevin Szot). Even though I worked there, I would gladly return to buy a car and hope to with my dad very soon!!

Pretty Good So Far

I just bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox 2.0 Turbo, back in July, and I love it. I’m a guy who loves his bells and whistles, so as far as available features go, it’s pretty loaded. Had some scheduled maintenance done and a tire plugged. Everyone is very nice, and they even remember my name. Too early to give five stars, but we’ll probably get there soon.

Had a great experience with Russ Carter and Scott LeStrange at Criswell. Super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. First time buying a Chevy (Bolt) and can't say enough about how easy and painless the whole process was. Highly recommend going with these guys for a car.

I Took my car in for a check up and I had general questions. JJ was amazing, and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to answered all my questions! He was able to top off my tire pressure and gave the best advised about services I needed. I will defenatly return. I recommend 100% !!!

Bad Service

Took my Jeep in there the first time because my mechanic noticed my rear axle leaking. I took my jeep in to have the axle looked at since it was still under warranty. When I came back the next day to pick it up they told me they fixed it plus found another defective part. When I went to pull out the oil light came on. I immediately turned around to tell them they forgot to put oil in my car. They assumed I meant the change oil sensor not the oil level. By the time they realized it they made it seem like it wasn't a big deal my engine could of locked up. The owner or GM called me back days later after I filled out the survey telling me it was one of their most experienced Mechanics and apologized. He said I could get a free oil change. I was not coming back to have an oil change done by people whos most experienced mechanic doesn't put oil in a truck. The next oil change I got my mechanic said they never fixed my axle. So I call them to tell them I needed this resolved immediately and while I had it in I needed a safety recall done. They confirmed they had the recall part in so I could drop it. I dropped it off only to get a call hours later saying they didn't have the safety part. The voicemail said it would come in the morning and be put on. It said only to call back if I had questions. I go to pick it up the next day at noon only to be told yeah the recall part is in but your axle wont be fixed until tomorrow night. When I told them I was taking my car because I had to be at work they had already had my car for a day and a half. They laughed it off then told me they could get me a rental car with no apology of why they didnt call me back to say it wasnt going to be finished. I go to pick my car up two days later and return the rental car just for the girl at the front desk to tell me I owe $1200. I told her it was all warranty work and I show her that I just had a free rental car. I said why would they of given me a free rental car if it was not covered. She makes me sit there for 10 minutes then leaves. She comes back says I need to wait for someone to come confirm it. I wait 5 more minutes and as she sees me getting upset she says well you can go talk to the person you have been dealing with. So I take it upon myself to walk out to talk to the guy I had been dealing with. He says it was a clerical mistake and starts laughing it off asking how mad I must of been when I thought I was going to be charged. Then he cannot figure out how to change it to warranty to zero out the bill. He tells me he had to rig it to show 0.00 and that his warranty clerk would be mad at him. I take it back to the girl and she tries to tell me it wasn't right in the system. I said it is not my problem and that if she didn't believe it was warranty she could ask him as if I should be to blame that the employee cannot figure out how to bill it to warranty. I am a patient person but every part of the process both times I have taken my vehicle here I have had issues.

Fastest & Easiest Car Purchase I've Ever Made!!!

Russell exceeded my expectations!!! When I contacted him about test driving and possibly purchasing an SS, he promised the process would be quick and easy. I didn't even have a chance to sit when I got to Criswell; a quick copy of my driver's license and out for a test drive. By the time I got back, Russell had crunched the numbers, and I was able to walk out the door with an offer in hand — about 30 minutes after I FIRST arrived. I returned the next morning to pick up my new car and couldn’t be any happier! Russell, along with Abe and Greg, made this the most pain-frees auto purchase EVER! The SS is AMAZING, btw!

Ordered my 2017 C7 Z06 Black/Black/3LZ/M7/Chrome from Mike on 1/10/17, it was built on 2/14/17, museum delivery on 2/27/17. Absolutely an excellent experience all the way through. I can not recommend Mike highly enough, a true professional.

Criswell is by far the BEST dealership ever!

Initially was going to buy a 2018 Chevy equinox from another dealership---then realized --I should call Criswell before buying from another dealership. Criswell was able to beat the other dealerships sale price and the purchasing of the vehicle was smooth and easy! I love cars and purchase 2 cars from them years ago- Their customer service and professionalism is the BEST I have had in a long time (even better than when we bought our home). Especially since it seems, excellent customer service is no where to be found. I LOVE MY EQUINOX and so grateful I remembered to come back to Criswell!!!!
