They really care and the best dealship I've ever been to

This is by far the best dealership ever been to. Cullen was very helpful and very caring and his handling of the whole transaction. He was really concerned about my needs as well as my concern for my credit score by running queries and all I could stuff. He took great care and handling all the details that I gave him and we found a way to make him work. He was patient and just take it over all outstanding employee. He is by far the best salesman I've ever dealed with as far as buying a vehicle goes. I would recommend him to anybody who was looking to buy a vehicle. I've already talked to my wife to see if she wants to go and get a vehicle and even brought it to her attention to go talk to this fella right here. I request he stays at this dealership so I can come back and work with him to get my next truck. It doesn't matter what state I moved to I will come back to the dealership and work with this guy right here to get my next vehicle. We also work with a guy named Josh I forgot his last name but he was awesome as well and he really does care about your credit score as well as giving you the best impossible.going to dealership felt like home did not feel like any pressure was all meat or anything like that it was very comfortable and everything was perfect. I will return at some point to get my next truck. Thanks to all over part of the deal really appreciate everything y'all did thank you.

The service center gets you in and out in a reasonable time

Trever was a great salesman, very helpful during my buy of my Chrysler 300, he was positive throughout and very helpful in working with me to use all the features on my car since this was my first new car in 21 years. Technology has changed so much and he was very patient with showing me and setting me up in my new car. The car is awesome and continues to be amazing. Have had so many complements on the car and many of the features it has and does for me. He continues to help with anything or question that comes up even a year after my purchase of my Chrysler. Needed a another ride.

Was in need of another vehicle after being in a wreck that totaled my previous truck. Frank was great to work with, easy going, and quick with the information that you would need. I hope I don't need to worry about a new car for a long time, but if I do Frank is the man that I'll be looking for.

Finally a dealer that treats you with fairness and courtesy! You will not be disappointed, the whole staff was wonderful. My salesman Josh Blackburn was so kind and helpful, but very genuine and sincere. Kenny the finance manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lance took excellent care to offer me a very fair trade on my Lexus. This is a dealer I'd be happy and proud to refer business too. Even with a unexpected snag, they took care of it professionally and swiftly without putting any pressure or making me feel uncomfortable. I recommend the staff from a woman's prospective, you will not be disappointed, you will be treated kindly! What a refreshing car buying experience! Definitely did not even have a quarter of the satisfaction with several other dealers in the Knoxville area. I traveled 2 hrs to complete my purchase, they made it worth my time! Great Experience

Everything, from start to finish, went very smoothly and satisfactory. From the minute I walked in, through all my interactions with Terry Robey, Kenny Reagan and Grayson Doss were comfortable, professionally handled and easy to understand. I was impressed by Grayson Doss' knowledge of 100% Disabled Veteran purchase issues, USAA Member Discounts and his efforts to find all available discounts for me. Terry Robey went the extra mile by going to Cleveland, TN to bring the vehicle I wanted to Chattanooga and then transferring all of my contents, trailer hitches and license plates from my trade-in truck to my new truck. I also felt Kenny Reagan dug deep to get the best financing possible which was not the easiest task given the late hour. This was, without a doubt, an Exceptionally GREAT EXPERIENCE.

New Vehicle Diamond Finnish Application

Andrew Blair was the Service Representative who handled getting my work done. All went well and I was most pleased with the way Andrew kept me posted on my truck's service status. It took a little longer than anticipated but that was probably because I was not aware everything I had in the cab had to be removed first. The only hiccup was that my personal property was not returned to the truck when the work was done resulting in the Porter having to take my truck back to the service area and loading everything. Not a major issue and Andrew kept on it until I was done and ready to roll out. Overall a very good experience.

Great service!

I took my new Ram in for a check engine light and the problem was diagnosed and repaired relatively quickly. Jeff Honeycutt was my service advisor and he was very friendly and communicated to me what they found and what the repair was. Very pleased with Jeff and everyone at Crown.

Just had the best car buying experience ever in my life .. from our salesman to managers to Fiance department .. Our Salesman Josh Blackburn went above and beyond to make sure That we were completely happy with our new vehicle purchase...A+ on all the customer service from each and every employee we came in contact with ... Now to Taralynne Stricklin in the Fiance department was amazing making sure we got the best deal and the most out of it .. she even took the time to explained to our 17 year old daughter different questions she had about purchasing her own car when she graduates high school... all around blessed and over excited about our new vehicle purchase...

Great experience in shopping for a new vehicle

Although Mr Terry Robey was waiting on his customer to come back out of finance office. He took the time to acknowledge us. And to see if we had been waited on yet. When we advised him not yet that we were looking around. He stated would get someone. Ok. Then Terry Robey said if we didn't mind waiting. He would be more than happy to help us . If we found one he let us drive it. I think we drove 3 or 4 before deciding on our Jeep wrangler. He gave excellent customer service and made sure that we were happy with our choice. Worked with us on getting payments at want we wanted. Would certainly come back and shop again using Terry Robey as our Salesperson. And will recommend to anyone wanting or looking to buy a new car. And they stayed 2 hours after they closed to make sure we took our new jeep wrangler home Monday. Thank you so much Donna

Jayme was very attentive. Listened to my needs. No pressure was put on me. Very informative and educated on the cars. Allowed me to voice my opinions and concerns and treated me like I was family. Ensured I left with a smile on my face. He's awesome. Everyone was helpful. The environment is not overwhelming. I felt like a person, not a number or a sell. Car still not fixed but im out of 750 dollars

I brought my car in for an diagnostic test because my coolant tank was bubbling 8/22/19 an on that day i was advised by Jeff Honeycutt that they had found the problem. My radiator cap wasn't pressurized so they replace that an did a coolant system flush also replaced spark plugs I agreed to those services by text an in person also I had a couple of recalls cool so i also agreed to those as well. I went ahead an got a tune up even though I really didn't think I needed one Later on that same day I was called back with some more repairs which made my total 801 I also was informed that I would be called around 5ish to let me know when car would be done I received no call but I was ok with that because I just wanted my car fixed. Jeff Honeycutt called 8/23/19 an stated I got you a 50 dollar discount because I didn't call you back on Thursday cool my bill was reduced to 750.I pay for the repairs drive home car seems to fixed I drive around town 8/24/19 an when I pull in my driveway my car is making the same boiling sound as before I leave my car parked at home until I got off work 8/26/19 an take car back to repair shop it is immediately wrote up for service an Tuesday 8/27/19 an im called during the day we've found your problem a blown head gasket an will give you 10% discount off of 1944.82 because we've had your car before well if my car would have been diagnosed right the previous week I wouldn't be out of 750 an car that is not driveable. I was told we put some dye in your radiator an found that you have blown head gasket upon doing my own research after the fact bubbling in the coolant tank is a sign of a blown gasket any ase trained technician would be able to tell that an besides I brought to a Chysler shop it should have been diagnosed right because seems they would no more about Chrysler products than anybody else I feel taken an Jeff Honeycutt you acted if that was ok that my car was mis diagnosed an 750 was down the drain I am beyond upset I'm appalled that a service repair shop would do a hard working paying customer that way

Curious they don’t care about the customer

I bought a car from them and when I signed all the paperwork and got my key for the car I bought, the salesman Jami gave me only one key. I asked where is the second key? Jami said he will go to his manager and ask him. Jamie asked the manager “Benny” he came back saying don’t worry we will take care of it we will send it to you by mail. I left the dealership thinking that they will send it to me. I got disappointed when I text the salesman and he answered “ who I as it that said they’d give you an extra key?” I kept calling the management for this dealership and left 2 voice mail messages. With no response until today,.Finally I decided to write this review because this is not right. So be careful when they promise you something get it at the same time because this dealer will TURN around and they say who told you that?

I would not recommend this dealer.
