Charged me 500% markup for an OReilly part

fuel pump went bad on a trip. They were out of stock, & they bought an OReilly fuel pump ($80), & charged me $470 for it!! NEVERGOINGTHEREAGAIN!

I would not recommend this dealer.

service dept. profit trumps integrity

They lied about waiting for parts because I saw no one working on my car. Roger and Bill need to get their stories straight rather than to get caught lying.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Lymari Acevedo always goes above and beyond the call of duty!!! I hope she will be my service advisor when ever I come in. I was a service writer at a Chevrolet dealership back in the day so I know what Customer service is. Please have Lymari teach all new hires about how to deal with customers. Thanks Charles D'angelo 727 266 9677 I will be back!
