I have been a Nissan customer for 17 years at a different dealership. Victor Santos contacted me along with other dealerships because my lease was coming to an end. I was very impressed with his interest and helpfulness over the phone and through texts to sell me my next car. I first went to my former dealership and worked out a decent deal, but I also gave Victor the chance to get my business. He was so polite, respectful, helpful, not pushy, quick with responses and quick with a deal. I went in to meet him and his crew and received a better deal and a more pleasant atmosphere. The entire buying experience was exceptional. They stayed in Conran contact, informing me of vehicle arrival date. I needed to change my pickup date - absolutely no problem at all. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Very important to me.

Always satisfied, always informed!

I have leased from D’ADDARIO NISSAN for six plus years. During that time the staff at D’ADDARIO NISSAN have always made me feel welcomed and most of all “informed” on the performance of my vehicle. Dave Fagnani, the Nissan Service Consultant at Nissan D’addario is fantastic!!! On my scheduled visits he has sat with me and discussed my vehicle’s performance and what I should expect in the upcoming months. For example, he sat with me on a routine oil change and discussed the fact that I would be needing tires soon. As a result, I ordered tires and had them installed that same day. Mr. Fagnani, mentioned during that visit that my rear brakes were “good” and had enough pad left at that time, however, he mentioned that I would possibly be looking to replace the rear brakes in a few months. I listened to Dave’s advice and upon my most recent oil change visit I scheduled to have my rear brakes replaced. It is this type of customer care that keeps me coming back to NISSAN D’DDARIO. The facility, the vehicles, and above all the entire STAFF are first class. I have recommended NISSAN D’ADDARIO to friends and family. As a result, my father has since leased twice from NISAAN D’ADDARIO and is VERY pleased with his Rogue and the service he has received. D’ADDARIO NISSAN IS A FIRST CLASS DEALERSHIP!

No help what so ever after I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience I filled out a preapproval online I called in to check on status. I was told I would get a call back with all financing information regarding monthly payment as well as interest rate. After 4 hour of waiting I called and was told I would need a deposit to check financing options which I totally did not understand this as I was told I would be called back with this information. Then I was called back for the rep to make a statement of how much a monthly payment would be based on me being approved from a bank through carmax. With me being a first time car buyer I thought I would receive better service I did not.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Still Screw ups after 35 years

Air bag recall on 2003 Pathfinder. Dropped off at service dept. Picked up at end of day. Was informed additional warranty work was done on driver's side strut. I did not authorize this work, nor was the strut malfunctioning. Days later, driver's side strut rubbing and non functioning. I call dealer. They say I will be charged to look at the strut and that they are not responsible for the strut. It was in good working order prior to them 'repairing it'. Moreover, Service Mgr. says I authorized strut work; they have it on a phone recording. I told him to send me the recording; never received. Now, the whole strut assembly is completely loose. D'Addario Nissan sure fixed my car - NOT! I'm bringing the car to my regular mechanic, ASE Certified Master for 25 years. All his work is excellent. In 1984, I brought my brand new 200SX (15,000 miles) into D'Addario nissan to have them look at the head gasket. Oil was leaking from the gasket. I picked up the car and the service mgr. told me, "it's natural weepage, perfectly normal for a head gasket". I said nothing and left. I contacted Nissan corporate. D'Addario had the car repaired; head machined and new gasket installed. Issue was the aluminum head was not mating properly with the steel block. I know cars. My father was a machinist his whole life and tank mechanic in the army. I've torn apart engines and put them back together. He taught me well. So, 1984, daddario nissan lies to my face. 35 years later, they haven't changed one iota. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATANS AND AMATEURS!! They give great dealerships like Bob Sharp (now Bruce Bennett) a black eye. I never had any issues with Bruce Bennett and they have worked on my cars for years. Not one issue. I go to daddario nissan twice and two major issues; plus their duplicity is revolting.

I had a absolutely amazing experience at this dealership. We had trouble getting a loan and they went above and beyond to help us get into the car we purchased. Matt and dan z were incredibly nice and everyone was ALWAYS kind. Never pushy and super informative. Totally recommend to everyone.

Terrible service

I brought my Titan in for 20000 mole service which is oil and filter brake fluid exchange tire rotation and other safety related items. I made an appointment with the 20k service request left the truck there all day and they only changed the oil. I found this out when I went to pay. The woman in service said I didn’t request that. If I didn’t request it how did I know the exact price? They said they would take care of everything else while I waited. The told me they changed the brake fluid but when I looked at the truck the bleeder valves still had dust on them. Not only did they take my money but they gave me a false sense of security that me and my family had all the safety items taken care of. If you love your family and value your hard earned money don’t go here!

Painless Rouge Sports Purchase

First new car in 18 years. Scary at best, but the dealership and Victor Santos, Sales Consultant made it easy and pleasurable. Great customer service from all. A local dealership where we purchased a new Maxima 18 years ago. We have been using their service department throughout and will continue to do so. 5 Star experience.

Nissan sales is always top of the line and excellent however, Nissan service in my opinion is lacking courtesy, detail in explaining what is covered and what is not and most of all honesty! Love the car but Nissan service is truly lacking!

Transparent and fast

Reasonable, Friendly and fast service

In 2014 we purchased a Nissan Sentra from D'Addario Nissan in Shelton, Ct. Great car no problems. This year we went back and decided to lease a 2017 Rogue. The sales people are very helpful and friendly. Michael Swiattouski was our consultant, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Michael managed to get our payments where we wanted them within a blink of an eye. We are very satisfied with the hospitality, the knowledge and the agreed payment. The Rogue has many great features, from the look of it to all the accessories it has to offer. There is a blind spot detector and the dual air conditioning is a great plus for me since my husband is always cold he can turn his side off and leave mine on. I said I needed the oil change done on the Sentra and they said no problem we will do it when you come to pick up the Rogue. Great dealership, Great people, Great vehicles

Fast and Easy sign and drive lease

This is my second lease with D'Addario. Both times I got the best sign and drive lease deal with them. I negotiate the sales price first, then lease. I think a lot of people do not realize that the sale price is negotiable on leases. What is not negotiable is the buy out price at lease end. So any sales price reduction is less you have to pay during the lease period. Both times they did not have the exact car I wanted but quickly found it at the prices I wanted. Car was all in perfect showroom condition at pick up.

Exceptional Dealership

We have dealt with D'Addario Nissan in Shelton, CT, for three years. We leased a 2014 Altima from them, and we have just turned that in to lease a 2017 Rogue. The experience dealing with the sales people and the D'Addario family for the first lease was unlike what we expected -- no pressure, no manipulation. They simply found a way to give us the car we wanted, with many accessories, for the monthly price we wanted to pay. Every service appointment during the three years was easy and convenient, and the staff were helpful and friendly. So when it was time to lease again, we went directly to D'Addario (we also like the Nissan products and didn't feel the need to check out other makes). The experience was terrific again. Our salesperson, Victor Santos, listened carefully, gave us facts and figures so we could decide whether to buy our lease car, buy a new car, or lease again. He never once tried to steer us into anything, never gave us a "sales pitch." We liked him; we trusted him; we did a deal.

Needed a charge for my Leaf

I am not sure who the sales person was, but he was a very nice guy, I own a Nissan Leaf and was in need of a charge, The sales person greeted me, and I asked him if they had a charging station, not only did he show me where they were located, he also told me about the quick charger they had in the back next to service. I was really impressed because he moved a car that was blocking the charger so that I could charge my Leaf, I didn't even have to ask. Thank you for the service, whom ever it was. and thank you to the female service advisor that helped me figure out how to use the quick charger. Eddie. C
