Cruise Control Only Covered 50% under Factory Warranty!

Went for an appointment to get my cruise covered under the warranty! After waiting for 2 hours, the service advisor comes to talk to me! Accordingly to Advisor the Cruise Control is not covered under the warranty because I broke it! Advisor explained that the service manager Sammy looked at it and said that I broke it and it's not covered under the warranty! I asked the advisor Martin, to have Service manager call me as soon as he got inn, the following day! I didn't get a callback from the see Manager! I called GM George Yazbek, left him 2 Voicemails, and he called me right away and apologized and explained he would look into it and would have an answer soon. Sure enough Manager Sammy, called right after the GM, apologized as well and explained he would send the pictures of the broken cruise control to the Warranty and he would get back to me in two to three days! As promised Service Manager Sammy called me back by the 3rd business day and Adviced me that the warranty will only cover 50% ! I was quoted $295 for the part plus 3 hours of labor at $150 an hour, for a $645 total, but since the warranty covered half I would only be responsible to pay around $300. I said thanks, but I can't afford it! I called Lexus of Thousands Oaks parts department and they only quoted me $160 for the part, but explained that it takes less tha 45 minutes to install it, and advanced me that this should be covered under the Lexus warranty! I went to Lexus of Thousands Oaks service department. The Service advisor Called the service Manager. In less than 5 minutes, the manager said yes this would be covered under the warranty! I got covered at Lexus of Thousands Oaks, at 100 % by the Lexus Warranty, two days later! I got a nice courtesy loan Car, while they fixed the cruise Control! Lexus of Thousands Oaks, took Great Care of me! I'm giving Lexus of Thousands Oaks a Great Review! I work for many Hospitals, in Ventura County, word of mouth is the best advertisement!

Misleading liar! Zero stars if I could

Chris Pack can’t be trusted. He didn’t explain anything I was signing. He guided me the entire way, telling me where to sign while going very fast. I just realized he had me sign a decline to no cancellation agreement. And After telling him no politely 5 times to his warranty offers (he kept lowering the payment & throwing in Gap for free) he went and grabbed my husband. As if I didn’t understand. Answer was still no. Then he told me some lie about how my banking loan won’t allow me to walk away without some kind of warranty. When I asked him where it said that at, he pointed to his computer screen and said, “Right there”. When I asked Chris to grab the gentlemen that was assisting me, I explained to him and my husband how I was now being FORCED to sign some kind of warranty. Christopher Pack immediately spoke up and said “no, no ones forcing you”. And began making excuses to them. I once again declined him offers. He finally offered me my warranty for the same monthly payment. Hypothetically, I said yeah Id take it then. He responded with, “of course you will”. At that point I didnt want anything from him no matter how “sweet” he made the deal. When he drew up the new contract and laid it out for me to sign, I noticed he was covering a figure with his finger. I had to forcefully pull the contract away from his finger. He had lowered my monthly payment. This entire time he had the power to give me a comfortable monthly payment. The whole ordeal was a haggle from the beginning. Also he did not include a copy of my lower car payment/warranty paperwork. But what was included was a BUYERS GUIDE that checked off a NO DEALER WAREANTY. They were all told several times that I have a 1 year old and another baby due any moment. We are moving to a bigger home and I’m going to be on maternity leave soon which cuts my monthly income almost in half! I was asked to put an extra $500 down. And did not get the monthly payment I asked for in the first place. Now i am close to $600 in the hole every month! How can he sleep at night knowing he screwed me and my two little girls over like this!

Calvin did a great job and provided us with a very outstanding customer service. This is our 3rd Lexus bought from Lexus of Oxnard and Calvin was the salesman on the last 2. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were buying and provided us with a sense that we are buying a very excellent and a very safe car. He is very approachable and very friendly and I can even count on him for help and assistance whenever I have questions about the car even months passed after buying the car. Amazing experience at the DCH Lexus of Oxnard! This team is stellar and customer focused. I appreciate their help and sincerity from start to finish. Joe Green was kind, helpful, and responsive from the very first phone call I made to the dealership through to the moment I drove off with my car. It is evident that each member on this team wants to make sure their customers leave on a positive note and a feel like a member of the Lexus family. After I purchased my new car, I went in to service the vehicle and was blown away by the customer service. Martin in the service department was genuine and did his best to address all of my questions and made it easy and convenient for me, the customer. They truly went above and beyond. I would recommend my family and friends to purchase their next vehicle from this dealership just to get the same experience I had. Antonio Cruz provided warm, knowledgeable and superb service, making the experience of purchasing our car a very positive and professional one from beginning to end. I came to the dealership with two specific cars in mind that I had previously researched. Antonio promptly located the cars we wanted to see, and proceeded to accommodate our test drives, answer our questions and proceed with the process in the most friendly and caring manner. We also met with Miguel Munoz Vignes who provided excellent help as well in our process. The entire car buying process was great from the test drive to signing the paperwork. I would highly recommend DCH Lexus if Oxnard for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I have to give a shout out to Frisco Robles for his knowledge of the car I was looking into purchasing, Carlos Cannon who got me an amazing deal, Antonio Cruz who assisted with the purchase even though he wasn't the original salesperson, Mark Viggiano for his finance expertise and last but not least Denis Kenny for the final approval in making the deal happen.

Great Experience....3rd time!

We had a very bad experience with Lexus of Tustin/Newport. On our way home we stopped at Lexus of Oxnard...with whom we have bought car before. Our experience was seamless....Antonio helped us via the phone to let us know what they had for us...we agreeed over the phone on details and drove up to see and pick up the car. They kept our old one which was being given to grandchildren...kept it for four days. My daughter took the train up to get it and Antonio went way out of his way and picked her up at the train station and gave her a ride to the dealership. Every person at the dealership was stellar! We felt customer service could not have been better!

Ask for Joel when you need to upgrade your car or get a new

We just leased our 5th Lexus from DCH in Oxnard. We work with Joel, who makes the process friction-free. Once we had managed all the details, we showed up with our old 2015 and the new 2017 was sitting there waiting for us. The process of converting the old lease to the new lease was painless. The service is amazing - we leave in Santa Barbara, 30 min north, and they regularly drive up to pick up the car for servicing. Love this dealership.

Very Impressed

My fiance and I had been looking for a cross-over all day in the east end of the county. We were very impressed by the Lexus RX350, but decided to hold off in buying one that day. My fiance decided to call DCH Lexus of Oxnard to see if they had any RX350 F-Sports in stock. He was connected to Antonio who went out of his way (over the phone) to help assist us; calling us back with stock info multiple times. He actually found an RX450h for us, which we were unable to find anywhere else. We immediately drove down there to look at it. Antonio was wonderful throughout the whole process. Once we decided that we were interested in purchasing the car, we referred to the sales manager, Denis, he was also very accommodating. The customer service at this dealer is unlike any other dealership I have seen-It is wonderful! They really work with you and want you to be happy. After we agreed on a deal, we were transferred to Mark for processing. Another great experience!! All the staff were wonderful and we ended our experience with Antonio taking pictures of us with our new car. I highly recommend this dealer--we drove all the way from Simi to go here, and would do it again! Thank you DCH Lexus of Oxnard!! We have the perfect car for our future family!!

Fantastic is the word I would use to describe my deal with DCH Lexus of Oxnard. All the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and fixed all of our concerns. They bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I was so happy that they made my sons first car buying experience one to remember.
