Rude employees and ripping off customers

I would recommend that you stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Not only are their employees and the general sales manager extremely rude but they will rip you off when it comes to the purchase price of your car. Very questionable sales practices.

Inadequate Service

I've had my 2014 Corvette in for an overheating issue 3 seperate times with zero resolution. The service managers phone call to me the third time was unprofessional at best. I would not recommend going to this dealership unless you have a lot of time to kill and want the focus of your visit to be anything but the problem with your vehicle

Professional and courtesy

This was the most professional and most courtesy visit I have had at Vaden Cadillac of Brunswick in 3 years. I was treated with respect and dignity. I have no problem bringing my car back because I know I will get professional services.

Unit we wanted, price point adjusted to market, cash sale in late August Dealer had misplaced one of a set of two key fobs Paper documents were unreadable Promises, Promises, Promises............ Performance on Promises is the basis of repeat business At present purchasing an additional key fob and looking for paper documents online Wife's ride.......wife not happy therefore Husband really not happy Suggestion.........don't sign unless every single piece and part is in your physical hand Dealer talks a good game

Too many surveys

Amanda is always wonderful. I have had a phone call and this is the second survey and I have responded everything is great. I think one would be enough. Angie is the nicest of all. The verification at the end is just too much.

I recently purchased a vehicle 4 weeks ago and still do not have the vehicle. Really sad that it has come to a survey. I hope that you learn from my experience and fix the service department. I would never buy another vehicle here and would not recommend this place. I still have no idea when I will get it.
