Outstanding Salesman and Dealership

We have purchased/leased 4 GMC Acadia's from Danny Len (salesman Greg) and have nothing but outstanding praises for this salesman, dealership cooperation and service. Will probably buy again within the next year through this same salesman and at Danny Len.

I would recommend this dealer.

The service department helped me out as much as they could. I even received a courtesy car for the time my vehicle was being repaired. That helped me out a lot. I had to have my vehicle repaired twice in a month. They gave me a price a little on the expensive side but helped me out with discounts. I wish they could of explained why my car had done what it did and what I could do to make sure it wouldn't happen again.

I would recommend this dealer.

First Class Dealer

I have purchased four GMC trucks from this dealer and each in each transaction, from the initial contact with sales, finance and finally service the experience has been outstanding. This is a "no pressure" no added cost dealer that can be trusted. The service department is very knowledgeable and professional. The service managers are very experienced and take care to explain each service in as much detail as necessary. I recommend them over any of the mega dealers I've dealt with in the past.

Quick, no hassel, very pleasent

This was the first dealer that i offered a deal that they said yes, and when i went in they gave me the deal without jerking me around. Kile and Nigel were great and had everything lined up before i came in

Deceiving acts

Was very attentive and welcoming when purchasing a new vehicle. But once they had the sale, it all changed! Vehicle is a lemon, been at service dept many times. They do not acknowledge you with a good morning etc just a yes. Very infriendly service front end. Do not think I will ever purchase another vehicle from Danny Len gmc! I change cars every 2 years. I'll be going back to the foreign car market a much better built vehicle!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Good buying experence

Picked out vehicle on the dealer web site, went for a test drive and left. Did internet searches as to true market value, etc. Returned to dealer, met with Kyle, Internet manager. Kyle was very accommodating, provider all dealer invoice information without hesitation. We came to a price I was satisfied with and purchase the truck. Kyle worked very hard to get me a price I was satisfied with. Recommend going to Danny Len Buick/ GMC in Mt Dora and working with Kyle. Eddie

Very Insulting and Not Dealmakers!

We visited the dealership (from out of state) after finding a potential vehicle via autotrader. We were insulted by the Finance Manager while discussing the taxes from out of state and how they are handled. He essentially called us liars and laughed at us (along with the salesman). There was never any offer to see what it would take to earn their business, and the attitude was the worst I've ever seen with a car dealership. I hope the ownership takes a careful look at their staff.

Awful experience. This dealership is full of crooks. They don't inspect or even clean their used cars. We saw them take a trade in and put it out in the lot without so much as an oil change or vacuum. Watch out for these people. They give dealerships a bad name.
